Dukes' Arches Brugge - by Dukes' Hotel Collection

Lovely old building with comfortable, spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and fresh fruit etc. Fab location right in the heart of the city, easy walk to everything. Nice atmospheric bar. Lovely staff who were very accommodating. Great attention to detail everywhere in the hotel and good secure parking.

Location, amenities, extremely helpful staff, absolutely fantastic breakfast

Nothing at all

Central location. Nicely furnished.

Nothing

Gorgeous building. Large opulent rooms. Block out blinds. Large bath. Lovely bar sitting area. Excellent position.

Everything

The hotel was spotless but our bedroom carpet was badly stained which we didn’t like. We asked for slippers which are usually provided in a 4 star hotel. Towelling dressings gowns would have been a nice touch.

We really enjoyed our stay - the hotel was very central and the staff were very friendly! The room was lovely and comfortable with great air-conditioning (that could be regulated in our room to our own preference). Would recommend the hotel and would stay again!

Gorgeous property, amazing location to explore Bruges from, delicious breakfast and lovely plush bedroom. Really kind and helpful staff.

Our tap seemed to only run warm water but otherwise no issues

Location to the city square

Poor hotel internet connection

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above my expectations, simply delicious with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The location was perfect. we were able to walk everywhere. This was by far our favorite place to stay on our European adventure.

It was all perfect. There wasn't anything we did not like.

Location is excellent, friendly staff

Two single bed joined up as double is not very comfortable and coffee machine is not a good one with hardly any coffee pods to use. Just a kettle with a few coffee sachet will do epspecially considering there is only one electric socket.

Great location, comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast.

The toilet being separate from the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. And the hot water took a bit of skill to keep at a constant temperature when having a shower.

Stunning building and fabulous location for seeing Bruges. Breakfast was excellent

Fridge in room not cold enough

Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf ein „Superior-Zimmer“. Danke nochmal dafür. Empfang, Zimmer, Frühstück… Es war alles perfekt. Sehr gern wieder!

Sehr gutes Hotel, zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.

The location was great only a five minute stroll to the city. Staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious, parking on site was a bonus and the breakfast was excellent.

We were put in an annex out the back of the hotel with a few steps to climb which wasn’t very good for my wife who has reduced mobility.

Everything was at the highest level of service

Excellent room! With the standing of the hotel, the breakfast could be better with someone in the breakfast room who could make omelets or crepes with the request of the guests. Also Nespresso coffee is missing to be considered.

Great location in the centre of Brugge. Excellent breakfast with good choices, although the cooked breakfast was lukewarm.

Nice reception and bar, good breakfast, nice staff,

Room located by the parking lot, not quiet in the morning. Spa was « ok » but didn’t feel so clean and not relaxing in the end

Excellente literie, calme, bonne insonorisation.

Rien

Great location, got a free room upgrade, the spa in the basement is a nice touch.

Housekeeping tended to come a little late to my room each day I stayed.

RAS

Emplacement parfait , petit déjeuner au top

Salle de bain vieillotte

Great place to stay Clean and specious room Close to everything The staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was superb 👌

Nothing

Traveled with a friend - spent one night in Brugge and we shared a room. The room worked well for us - it was clean, beds were comfy, location was perfect, and the staff were super helpful - could not have asked for more.

Rien

Niets eigenlijk

What a wonderful stay! The hotel itself is elegantly decorated, and simply walking through the halls—especially taking the beautiful wooden staircase—is an absolute delight. A huge thank you to the fantastic staff for upgrading us to Room 203 in the main hotel building! It made our stay extra special. For future guests, just a quick heads-up: the car park is on the tighter side, so if you drive a larger SUV or dislike tight maneuvers, you might want to consider alternative parking. To top it all off, the breakfast was outstanding—everything we tried was completely delicious. The entire hotel has a clean, welcoming atmosphere and a truly lovely ambiance. We’d gladly stay again!

We had a very comfortable stay overall. If we had to offer a small piece of constructive feedback, it would be that the bathroom lighting could be just a touch brighter near the mirror and in the walk-in shower. It’s also worth mentioning that an iron wasn't available during our stay, though this didn't take away from the otherwise great experience.

locatie

wellness was heel slacht, dat informatie in web was totaal verkeerde normal hotel is zonder wellness en GYM

Close to the city centre Very friendly staff Clean Modern

rien

The hotel and spa were beautiful and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

Everything was great

Great location and great breakfast
