We spend a few days in the Sharaton Grand Tel Aviv celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time. We loved the beach and the Executive Lounge Club and particularly the on going attention of Mary Ann. Her attention to detail and the high level of service was outstanding. I always choose Marriott, and this is my first time staying at the Sheraton Tel Aviv. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed, and I already know this will become my home away from home whenever I am in Israel. Thank you to Adela for the best welcome! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is consistently excellent. World class! A special thank you goes to the Club Lounge team, which truly makes every visit feel extra special. Mazal is absolutely wonderful—she always welcomes us with genuine warmth, kindness, and care, making us feel like family from the moment we arrive. Her hospitality is exceptional and she goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued. I’d also like to recognize Mary Ann for her friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Together, they create such a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Thank you to the entire Sheraton team for a fantastic stay so far. I’m still here for another two weeks and truly looking forward to the rest of my time here!

Excellent hotel! Excellent staff! Perfect location! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The coffee and amenities in the room were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel atmosphere is that of first class service. I had the privilege of using the lounge and it was first class all the way. The wines and drinks were excellent and the food was well prepared and plentiful. I would like to especially mention Elena, Mazal and Adan who were very professional and attentive and made our visit to the lounge a great experience!!

In my opinion it’s the best beach front hotel in TLV, both lobby and dining room face the sea, I’ve stayed there before and booked it again. the room is very comfortable and service is excellent. The pool is nice with comfort beds and big seating area.

The shower room is quite small but the shower itself is very good

Had a great experience at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv Club Lounge. The lounge is always clean, comfortable, and has a great selection of food and drinks every evening. The food is always fresh, well balanced, and made with high quality ingredients. The crew is incredibly attentive and always makes you feel welcome. A very special thanks to Adán, who consistently went above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. I also want to thank Elena and Zenayda, who were always friendly, attentive, and professional. Of course, I don't want to leave out the rest of the staff, who all contributed to making the lounge such a great experience for me and my colleagues. Thank you for the good times!

The very best place. Elena, Martin, Adam, Maria in the lounge were BEYOND warm and kind to my family - the young chaps by the pool were lovely - i adore this hotel which is why i always stay here if coming to israel. also - i adore the pool and view of the sea from it.

Egos was our second stay here. While it offered standard Sheraton service, I found the new-fangled lighting system confusing and the shower controls as well. They offered no instructions for any of this. Breakfast was good but not as good as the other 2 hotels we stayed at during this trip.

This place was great! The lounge had great selections and the service was amazing. Adam, Elana, and Zenaida made sure our needs were met, our glasses were full, and the atmosphere was inviting. They kept the lounge open for the World Cup game and ensured we all had a great time.

Helena, Zanaida and Adam and team were fantastic in the club. Food was incredible. Self serve beverages as well. Highly recommend.

The Sheraton is a home away from home for our family! What makes this hotel so special is the lounge staff specifically Mazel and Mary Ann. The kindest, extremely helpful and most thoughtful people we’ve met. We look forward to seeing them every summer!!

Four weeks of excellent service has been my experience at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. Lounge personnel Adan, Elena, Mary Ann, Grace, Mana, and Zanaida have gone above and beyond in their attentiveness and level of service. The same holds true for the breakfast crew including Daria, Helen, and Rose Ann to name a few. Reservation, concierge, housekeeping, and security personnel all providing the best of service with a personal touch…truly the definition of Excellence!

Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment left us with a very unpleasant impression. I'd like to specifically highlight the chef's behavior. In front of guests, she yelled at the staff and spoke rudely to them. It was extremely uncomfortable to watch. This attitude toward staff creates a tense atmosphere and is completely inconsistent with the standard of an establishment that respects its guests and employees. The service also left much to be desired. Instead of a pleasant experience, we witnessed conflicts and rude behavior from the kitchen management. I sincerely hope that management will pay attention to this situation and take action, as this type of behavior is unacceptable.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful team at Sheraton Tel Aviv, especially Henry and Asel. From the very first day, they made my stay truly exceptional. They were always kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. Every request was handled promptly, with a smile and great attention to detail. Henry is a true professional who was always ready to help with any question or request. His kindness, respect, and genuine care made a lasting impression on me. Asel is incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Her beautiful smile, positive attitude, and willingness to help made every day even more enjoyable and made me feel truly at home. People like Henry and Asel are what make Sheraton Tel Aviv such a special hotel. They are a true credit to the hotel and deserve the highest recognition for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you both for making my stay unforgettable. I will always remember your kindness and will happily recommend Sheraton Tel Aviv to my family and friends. Besides being across the street from one of the most beautiful urban beaches in the world, they have a new, giant fitness center and a huge pool with a view of the beach. They have endless kosher food options, and their gourmet restaurant also look over thr beach. Our room was newly remodeled. Staff was cheerful and helpful. The chef presented special dishes for my grandson who has allergies.

ברצוני להביע את אכזבתי העמוקה מחוויה מאוד לא נעימה שעברתי במלון שלכם ראשית אני רוצה לציין לטובה את העובדת בלאונג' שהייתה אדיבה מקצועית ונעימה מאוד היא זו ששמה לב שהשארתי את האוזניות שלי על הכיסא ועדכנה אותי על כך ואני מודה לה על תשומת הלב ועל היחס המכבד לצערי כל מה שקרה לאחר מכן הרס לחלוטין את הרושם שלי מהמלון עובדת אחרת ניגשה אליי ודיברה אליי בצורה יהירה לא נעימה ומתנשאת במקום פשוט להחזיר לי את האוזניות שלי היא התחילה לדבר על בדיקות הביאה אותן בתוך שקית כלשהי ודרשה ממני להציג מסמכים ולחתום על טפסים כדי לקבל את הרכוש האישי שלי אני חייבת לשאול איפה בדיוק אני נמצאת במלון יוקרה או בבידוק ביטחוני בשדה תעופה האם אורחים לא שוכחים לפעמים חפצים אישיים מדוע הייתי צריכה להוכיח שהאוזניות שלי הן אכן שלי כאשר השארתי אותן בלאונג' זמן קצר קודם לכן חזרתי זה עתה מהחוף ובמקום לקבל שירות פשוט ומכבד נדרשתי להציג מסמכים ולעבור הליך מיותר לחלוטין רק כדי לקבל את האוזניות שלי כל הסיטואציה הייתה אבסורדית מה שהפריע לי עוד יותר היה היחס שקיבלתי במקום לעזור לאורחת אותה עובדת התנהגה כאילו עשיתי משהו לא בסדר הרגשתי שאני נחקרת במקום לקבל שירות בהמשך הבחנתי באותה עובדת עומדת בדלפק הקבלה ומשוחחת על המקרה עם עובדים אחרים לאחר מכן מספר עובדים הסתכלו עליי במבטים שיפוטיים ומתנשאים מדובר בהתנהגות בלתי מקצועית לחלוטין עובדי מלון אמורים לקבל את פני האורחים בחיוך ולספק שירות ברמה גבוהה ולא לעסוק ברכילות על לקוחות אנחנו מתארחים במלון שלכם באופן קבוע ומשלמים סכומים משמעותיים עבור השהות שלנו לכן החוויה הזו הייתה מאכזבת ומקוממת במיוחד כאשר משלמים מחירים של מלון יוקרה מצפים לקבל יחס מכבד אדיב ומקצועי ולא יחס משפיל ועוין בגלל חפץ שנשכח אם הנושא הזה לא יטופל כראוי לא תהיה לי ברירה אלא לפרסם את החוויה שלי בפלטפורמות ביקורת שונות ולהגיש תלונות לגורמים המתאימים אני מבקשת מהנהלת המלון להתייחס ברצינות לתלונה זו לצערי רמת השירות שחוויתי במקרה הזה הייתה רחוקה מאוד מהרמה המצופה ממלון בסדר גודל ובמוניטין שלכם ופגעה משמעותית ברושם שלי מהמלון מלון ברמה כזו לא אמור להתנהל בצורה כזו והחוויה הזאת הורידה את רמת השירות בעיניי לרמה נמוכה מאוד

الموقع جميل والخدمة ممتازه

كنا برفقة الاطفال وقبل حجزي للفندق كان لي استفسار اذا حمام السباحة يوجد فيه تدفأة وكان الجواب انه يوجد . لاكن عند وصولنا واستلام الغرف والتوجه الى حمام السباحة كانت المفاجأة ان المياه كانت ثلج وغير مقبوله للسباحة ولهذا خرب كل المشوار الذي كنت انوي ان افرح الاولاد فيه في العيد . مع انه توجهة للمسؤولين وسالت قالو الحمام مدفئ لدرجة حرارة 28 ولاكن قالو نريد ان نستفسر ونرد لك جواب وللاسف لم يرد احد علينا بجواب انا اتاسف على كل مبلغ اهدرته في هذه الرحلة ...

We stayed at this hotel for Shavuot and Shabbat — two nights, two days. I'll start with the positive: the hotel service was outstanding, honestly the best we've experienced in Israel, and we've stayed at many hotels here, including some of the top ones. The staff really knows what they're doing. However, the pricing for the holiday meals is simply incomprehensible. We were charged 800 NIS per adult for the Shavuot meal and 600 NIS per adult for the Shabbat meal. For children, it was 600 NIS and 400 NIS respectively. These prices are completely out of line. What meal could possibly justify 800 NIS per adult — or 600 NIS for a child? Even Israel's top restaurants don't charge those prices. We told ourselves it was excessive, but since we're shomer mitzvot we had no real alternative — and we assumed that at those prices, the meal would be truly exceptional. It wasn't. The food was decent, but the variety was limited, there weren't enough stations, and you had to wait in line just to get a piece of meat. At what point does someone look at what's being served and decide, "yes, this is worth 800 shekels per person"? It just doesn't add up. It's a real SHAME, because this is a beautiful hotel and we would have happily come back. But at these prices, something has to give. The hotel needs to stop overcharging like this — otherwise guests who know what reasonable pricing looks like simply won't return.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מתחת לכל ביקורת. התבאסנו מאוד, האוכל היה קר (שקשוקה. מקושקשת) ברמת הלא אכיל. לא היה מבחר, ירקות שלא היו בטיבם, לחמים קשים. כשמשלמים על מלון כזה כל כך הרבה מצפים לתמורה.
