שירות מושלם!! ארוחת בוקר נהדרת, נקי, האזור נהדר. באתי עם הילדה שלי והיה נהדר!!!

Location is prime, hotel is descent but far away from previous glorious times, plenty of improvements could be implemented.

No pool bar in operation, no taxi availability, non motivated staff

Très bel hôtel, très belle chambre, magnifique vue, jolie piscine, petite déjeuner très bon et varié , personnel agréable !

המלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, נקי , האוכל בארוחת בוקר היה מגוון וטעים.המלון נמצא במטרים ספורים מהים ובקרה יש מכולת זה מאוד נוח.

לא נתנו לנו לחנות בחניה של המלון אפילו שהיה שם מקום והיינו צריכים לחנות בחניון יחסית רחוק. דבר שני כשמגיעים אורחים חדשים למלון עם תיקים ומזוודות ראוי שיפתחו להם את הדלת, השומר ועובדים אחרים בכניסה עסוקים בדברים אחרים.

La salle de bains devrait être rénovée , pas à la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles car vieillotte . Et toilettes intégrées sans aération . Les sols ne sont pas nettoyés au quotidiendans la chambre . Tout comme les couloirs . Le personnel du desk pas toujours avenant quant à booking , m'a vendu une semaine d'hôtel avec transfert gratuit à l'aéroport mais impossible d'y accéder . D'où ma réclamation

New executive rooms are directly on the beach. The two swimming pool: heated and the salty outside.

באנו לשני לילות , קיבלנו חדר מושלם מול הים . כל אנשי הצוות בלי יוצא מן הכלל היו אדיבים ושירותיים ברמות :) תמיד דיברו בנימוס והגיבו בחיוב . הבריכה בחוץ הייתה מגניבה ומותאמת לילדים יש המון פרטים קטנים שעשו לי את זה אם זה המגבות המותאמות למיטות שיזוף או אלמנטי ישיבה בתוך הבריכה שיהיה נוח נוף מרהיב והעובדים היו תמיד עם חיוך . נהנינו ואין ספק שנחזור

Nous avons passé en famille un merveilleux séjour Nous avons été pris en charge personnellement par Jeremy et Salum qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes En essayant toujours de répondre à toutes nos demandes Un grand merci à eux L’ hôtel est parfaitement placé La piscine est vraiment agréable et bénéficie d’ un panorama dont on ne peut pas se lasser Séjour parfait en famille dans un hôtel magnifique et un pays merveilleux

Emplacement top Petit déjeuner sucré très bon contrairement au salé.

Manque d’entretien de la piscine et des chambres en général Pt déjeuner correct sans plus. Le sucré est très bon et très frais mais pas le salé. Salle à manger et parties communes trop bruyantes beaucoup de grandes familles avec enfants ce qui ajoute au bruit. Parking indépendant sous l’hôtel surchargé à 120 shekels par nuit.

הגענו ל4 ימים במלון אחרי שרצינו לנפוש בצפון ולא מצאנו מקום… ואנחנו כל כך שמחים שהגענו בסוף למלון דן, מיקום מדהים על הים, חדר מושלם ומרווח היינו עם שלושה ילדים ולא הרגשנו אותם… לנו היתה פרטיות, לבן הקטן היה חדר משלו ולבנות עוד חדר עם דלת מקשרת… נוף לים. ארוחת בוקר מעווווולה.צוות מקסים! תכלס הולכים לחזור אליו שוב!!! בלי שאלה! ובן המנכ״ל היה נדיב נעים ומקצועי♥️

Le service était mauvais, les prestations de l hôtel se sont fortement détériorées. Le Lounge ne correspond en rien à un Lounge…. C est honteux de vendre cette prestation comme telle.

Объект не вернул 1000 шекелей депозита, вернее я истратил 21 шекель и не вернул 979 шекелей , а прошел уже месяц

The location. The stuff who cleans the room every day .

The pool was crowded, can’t use the elevator. The breakfast closed too soon. The lifeguard was very rude I asked something for my daughter birthday couple times. Nothing happened :( I received my room around 9 pm !!!! I realized that my friend who booked 1 night received a gift from the hotel, while i booked 10 nights didn’t get anything. Overall very disappointed!

accueil parfait, un grand merci à Ido, Jérémie et toute l'équipe d'accueil qui a été plus que très à l'écoute et disponible, sécurité appropriée : Raymond et toute l'équipe de sécurité de l'hôtel on été d'une impressionnante efficacité ! petit déjeuner au top : complet, varié et produits d'excellente qualité ! merci a Moussa pour sa bonne humeur quotidienne service d'étage et service client de très haute qualité durant tout le séjour. efficace, discret très à l'écoute équipements en chambre complet (fer et table à repasser, machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, bouteilles d'eau tous les jours, savon, shampoing et soins de très bonne qualité, linge de toilette incroyablement agréable ...). petit plus : serviette disponibles pour la plage renouvelable plusieurs fois dans la journée : plus que très confortable tout est fait pour rendre le séjour facile et agréable. je recommande vivement cet hôtel Emilie AZARIA

Lage

Wir haben online über Booking gebucht. Unser Flug hatte sehr Verspätung. Wir sind um circa 4:00 Uhr früh im Hotel angekommen. Also die Nacht, die wir gezahlt haben, haben wir überhaupt nicht dort übernachtet beim Empfang hat uns der Rezeption ist nicht reinlassen wollen bis wir den vollen Preis für die Unterkunft bezahlt haben, obwohl wir es über Kreditkarte schon gezahlt haben. Er hat uns festgehalten, als wären wir irgendwelche kriminelle, die umsonst übernachten wollen. Das Hotel war überfüllt. Viel zu viele Gäste viel zu wenig Aufzüge. Jedes Mal musste man, wenn man rein und raus will, mit den Aufzügen sehr lange warten. Im Pool gab es nicht einmal Platz im Pool und nicht einmal Platz draußen bei den liegen alles war voll voll voll. Für diesen teuren Preis sind wir bezahlt haben hätte ich mir schon ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Das ist wenigstens mehr Platz am Pool geben könnte. Ich war drei Nächte dort. Ich könnte nicht einmal nicht einmal hab ich es geschafft in den Pool einzusteigen, weil es so voll war.

Chambres rénovées avec accès direct piscine au 2ème et 3ème étage. Piscine avec terrasse dont la vue est à couper le souffle. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Services à hauteur d'un 5*, aucun doute.

Emplacement idéal , 2 piscines dont une d’eau de mer , petit déjeuner copieux , personnel adorable . Mention spéciale pour Jérémy qui parle français et qui a su répondre à nos requêtes … 👌

Pas de balcon dans la chambre , ménage un peu léger et travaux dans l’hôtel pendant notre séjour …

Our last day, pool was far too busy

Very nice refurbished Executive sea view room - light bright and spacious Executive lounge is no longer a private lounge it’s now an open space in what used to be a restaurant- possibly due to refurbishment- who knows wasn’t well explained nor highlighted when booking lounge access as an extra What let’s this hotel down is the poor service - Trying to get an omelette at breakfast this morning was a joke - it literally took asking a supposed manager 3 times “are you telling me in a $600 dollar a night 5* hotel you can’t make a fresh omelette” Poor staff training - staff couldn’t seem to use the coffee machines or figure out how to get the orange juice to pour out the glass canisters. I know hospitality has been badly hit over the last years but these are the basics Reception equally poor service but the bellboys and support staff were excellent It’s a shame this hotels service has fallen so badly

קצת ישן מהמלון לים היה קשה מאוד לעבור בגלל עבודות לא נעים

מלון יפה סטייל, איכות , נקי , באיזור מצויין, ארוחת בוקר מושלמת

הבריכה זה אחד הדברים הכי מבעשים שפגשתי, וכל הסיפור עם זה שלא ניתן לשבת בבריכה ולהזמין משקה או אוכל . צריך לצאת החוצה מחוץ לאיזה מזנון או קיוסק לא יודעת איך לקרוא לזה ללא שירות ועם אוכל ברמה הכי נמוכה . ממש מבעס, כנראה זה לא מלון שמתאים לסיגנון הזה.

I got a room with smell of mold And was a hair on the sheets🤮 I’m very disappointed!

We could not be happier with our stay at the Dan. The hotel itself as well as the convenience to the beach. We had wonderful service from the entire staff and especially the manager Saloom and Jeremy Dery- thank you for making our stay amazing!

Grande chambre, grand lit, Salle de bains top Piscine extérieure a l'eau de mer légèrement fraîche avec vue sur toute la tayelet jusqu'à Yaffo. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Viennoiseries excellentes ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en Israël.

Chambre pas encore rénovée un peu sombre avec moquette qui fait des vagues. Le personnel, pas toujours au top, et notamment quand on vous laisse galérer avec vos bagages pendant qu'on discute avec les collègues. Pour un hôtel de ce rang, c'est dommage.

Pool felt clumsy. No vibes. No one preparing your chair. No drink service. No music. Definitley lacking.

We have stayed in the Dan many times snd it is like home from home. The pool is super. Great food. And above all terrific staff. We thank you gor looking after us so well and we shall be back again as usual

We came back to the Dan tell Aviv Hotel after several years and were very surprised by the very nice renewed rooms and the great hospitality especially by the guest services team

Great location and new rooms are amazing! Service was great by all the staff!
