Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Quiteness and proximity to the area I visited around Eshowe
The room was extremely dirty. Around the window seals on the inside, specifically in the bathroom where I could visually see, there was a spider web. This is an indication that when cleaning is done, there's no supervisor to follow up and verify whether cleaning is done adequately

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026My stay here exceeded all expectations. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Coming back after a long day of work was always a pleasure. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort and peace of mind while traveling.
There was nothing that stood out as negative, the experience was smooth from start to finish.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable and I love the fact that they have a play area, where I could entertain the little one. Spa staff were friendly and the maintenance staff was very helpful.
I didn’t sleep a wink throughout my entire stay. The hotel runs a night club after hours, at some point the music went on until 4am. If you want peace and tranquility, avoid booking in December. The staff members speak loudly in the early hours when reporting for duty. Patrons were very loud, didn’t respect fellow patrons when retiring to their rooms.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The venue is located on the main road. it is easy to find. The reception area is well presented. The TV has more channels then in other places I have visited. They also provide WIFI to guests.
On Saturday we had bad experience juice was finished. Person in the kitchen counter didn't want to add juice I had to request her to go and buy juice at the supermarket. She finally went somewhere and brought it. Aircon was faulty, bathroom had water lick, curtains had mould and location has no view

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025the bed was comfortable and room was easily accessible
the amenities didn't accommodate diabetic guests, there was no canderell sugar and you expect a 4 star to have that sugar, since there are showers in the rooms , they must provide shower cares for the guests, no hand towel. Maintenance is low, there was no toilet seat in our room. At the restaurant the service is very slow, they need to appoint a kitchen manager to improve the service
