Personal del lobby sin capacitacion, no encontraba nuestra reservacion, muy tajantemente indico que se deberia volver a pagar aun cuando ya habiamos pagado a traves de booking, nos asigno mal la habitacion y hubo que volver a solicitarle el cambio de habitacion.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026That despite us arriving earlier than the check in time they allowed us to check in without any difficulties or questions. We’re extremely tired, so we appreciate it. As soon as you walk in they greet you, helped with luggage, assisted me with my elderly parents. They served them something. The hotel smelled amazing. The staff were wonderful. Very pleasant & friendly. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else.
There’s nothing I did not like. I was extremely pleased

Desde que llegamos el servicio muy malo, nos hicieron esperar para entregar las habitaciones, el servicio del Bar pésimo parecía que no querían atender.

1つだけ。大きなクローゼットの中に冷蔵庫兼冷凍庫があるのですが、ダイヤル最小にしても「ボォォォオ〰︎」って音が定期的にしていて、眠りが浅い人は音で起きちゃうかも。

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Our recent stay was quite average overall. Upon arrival, the experience was somewhat disappointing compared to our previous visit, where we were warmly welcomed with drinks. This time, with a larger group, there was a noticeable lack of communication—we were not briefed about the complimentary food and drinks included in our package, which felt unorganized. The rooms, while spacious, are in need of a major update to meet modern standards. The bar service was particularly slow; during the first night, with the bar nearly empty, it still took a long time to get drinks. The following day, service worsened—the staff failed to check in with us regularly, and we had to place our order directly at the main bar. Our waiter only came over once, which was inconvenient. Fortunately, we were there mainly to enjoy conversation and drinks, but the poor customer service left something to be desired. Overall, improvements in staff responsiveness and room updates would significantly enhance the experience.
