The location of the complex is something that's out of this world. Beaches, shops, supermarkets, cafes and transport are all only a quick walk away. The staff is super friendly, the cleaning staff is surprising as they were present but not once that we felt their presence as they have done their job without us being disturbed. Amazing work from the whole staff - best experience we have ever had traveling. The amenities for the apartment were satisfying for us. I have been checking several apartments prior to our stay and only discovered Anais last minute but for the future I can just skip this step and search for Anais's availability right away - definitely will only be returning to them in the future and not even going to search elsewhere. Highly recommend Anais to anyone if they are looking for a super place to stay!

It is just a personal preference that the hotel is not responsible for! The bed was slightly too soft for us but we prefer harder mattress.

The staff were so welcoming and we felt right at home. Stayed for two weeks and felt it was the perfect location for walks into Chania and plenty of beaches nearby. The bigger pool was fantastic and we used the gym daily. The apartment had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was good (we went into Chania for breakfast a couple times to change it up though as does get boring).

We were asked not to have water by the pool that was not bought by the restaurant. The restaurant worker explained they allow the hotel to use their pools so they can say they have one. We understood but also, if you’re going to be swimming in the heat you need to be hydrated and we don’t expect to have to pay for water at the restaurant in order to do that. Felt this was unreasonable.

We back to hotel for last night before the flight and enjoyed. Luckily early check in option was available for that day and we got room free upgrade. Very comfortable

Noise from road

Everything was great. Good beds, clean rooms and close to the sea. Bus stop and shops just outside. Nice 30 min walk with sea views to Chania old town. The beaches are good and clean too. Good for snorkeling when you go closer to the rocks. Hotel staff very friendly. The downstairs bed was creaking and they fixed it right away!

Suit ten sabah kahvaltı yerine gitmek için 40 basamaklı merdiven inmek caddenin karşısına geçip kahvaltı yerine gitmek gerekiyor. Sonra odaya gitmek için tekrar caddeyi geçmek ve 40 basamak tırmanmak gerekiyordu. Hiç memnun kalmadık süit oda tutmayı tavsiye etmiyorum. Aurıca tatil yerinde kahvaltıyı 10.00 topluyorlar.

Obiekt jest idealnie położny. Od lotniska tylko 30min jazdy. Przy hotelu jest lokalny market gdzie można kupić wszystko oraz dozy sklepik z pamiątkami i akcesoriami plażowymi. Do lidla i Synka jest 1km. Do plaży dosłownie 5 min- rewelacja! Plaża z pięknym piaskiem, czysta woda, bez kamieni i długo jest płytko. W ostatnim tygodniu sierpnia w hotelu było luźno, na basenie czasem byliśmy sami, nie trzeba „walczyć” o leżaki, coś pięknego:):) blisko do restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem.

Zarezerwowałam dwa apartamenty - dla nas i dla przyjaciół. Ani my ani oni nie dostaliśmy apartamentu zgodnego z booking. Po pierwsze metraż- miało być 60mkw a było max 40, brak mebli widocznych na foto- np komody więc nie było gdzie rozpakować rzeczy. Byla szafa ale bez półek. Ogólnie ciasno bardzo. W toalecie standard bardzo niski, toaleta była częściowo wyrwana ze ściany, był jakiś serwisant kleił ją sylikonem bo ciekła woda. Codziennie powierzchownie sprzątane, wymiana ręczników co 3dni. U przyjaciół przez pierwszych 4 dni nie wymienili ani razu, dopiero po tym jak zgłosili to na recepcji, śmieci też potrafili pominąć. Miał być widok na ogród nie było, u nas był widok na tyły hotelu.

Cudowny obiekt, znaleźliśmy tam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do wielu plaż oraz do sklepów, obok obiektu przystanek autobusowy. Dwa baseny, które w szczycie sezonu nie były przepełnione, dwie siłownie z całodobowym dostępem. Personel bardzo pomocny i miły. W dzień wyjazdu po opuszczeniu pokoju mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w recepcji i cały dzień korzystać z basenu i obiektu, a przed wyjazdem dostaliśmy czyste ręczniki żeby wziąć prysznic przed wyjazdem na lotnisko. Chętnie wrócimy

Trochę brakowało naczyń, za mało szklanek do napojów i mniejszych talerzyków.

Die Lage zum Meer und zur Stadt waren gut.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war zum Teil überfordert. Das Frühstück selbst war etwas eintönig und lieblos. Die Zimmer sind jedoch geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber.

That was wonderful staying! Hotel is big and have places to rest and perform activities. Delicious food, close to wonderful beach and bus stop. Good quality and hospitality Pet friendly - there are cats walking and also some birds with their nests carefully covered with boxes, so they are not rejected and can continue to grow little one

AC seems needs review - it was more like fan, doesn't cool room enough. When there was power off in hotel region - no suggestions or activities performed by hotel. Of course exact power off not under their control, but at least some cooling drinks or snacks could be nice to have.

Two pools, one very big and lots of shade in the afternoon which was great for our kids. Our room was large, comfortable, well equipped and had a lovely mini-terrace with a big table which we had breakfast at. Staff helpful and friendly. Vg value for money.

Miła obsługa, bliskość do sklepów, ok 2km od obiektu jest duży Lidl dodatkowo. Jeśli ktoś chce wybrać się do Chanii autobusem bardzo blisko zlokalizowane są przystanki autobusowe. Basen, plaża bez zarzutów. Regularnie Panie dbają o czystość w pokojach.

Hotel z najleprzym personelem!!! Przez pomyłke zarezerwowałam apartament z 1 sypialnia zamiast z dwiema. Na drugi dzień dostalismy zmianę. Rewelacyjny, głęboki basen, wystarczajaco leżaków. Bardzo dobre sniadania w formie bufetu. Nie trzeba wczesniej zamawiac. Bardzo wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Duzo miejsca na rzeczy.

Łóżko dla syna to taka leżanka. Narzekał ze nie wygodne.

c'est la 3e fois que nous nous rendons dans cet hotel. Le personnel est charmant et au petit soin, 24h/24. Les deux piscines sont top. Si l'envie est au sport, il y a une salle bien equipée ainsi que quelques jeux d'arcades. La situation à qq centaines de mètres (8min à pied) de la plage est incroyable. Que demander de mieux.

Appartamenti collocati in un complesso moderno e di recente costruzioni, vicino alla spiaggia. Dotato di due piscine bellissime, di una palestra ben attrezzata e di un suggestivo punto per le colazioni. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era confortevole e ben arredato. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene!

Beliggenheden er fin ift strand, busforbindelser og lokalt indkøbscenter. Der er dejlig stille og roligt uden larm. Jeg synes det var dejligt folk ikke kunne lægge deres håndklæder på solsengene, og så bare tage væk en hel dag. Der er fitness på hotellet, som jeg også synes var godt, så man ikke skal tage ind til byen for at træne. Det er med i prisen.

Receptionen var meget svær at finde. Vi brugte 1/2 times tid på at rende rundt for at finde receptionen da vi ankom om aftenen. Man skal lige vænne sig til, at hotellet er opdelt i 3 bygninger. Der mangler viskestykker og kludde til opvask. Stikkontakten til bl.a. el-koger sidder et utrolig uheldigt sted - alt for tæt på vandhanen i køkkenet. Det er ikke helt ufarligt med elektricitet og vand så tæt på hinanden. Jeg kunne godt have tænkt mig, at der lidt oftere blev skiftet håndklæder eller var lidt flere håndklæder til at starte med. De blev skiftet hver 3. dag.

No había luz en la terraza por lo que para cenar no era práctica.

Our family absolutely loved the hotel! We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, and everything was simply perfect — even better than we could have imagined. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and the entire staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner included in our package. It was such a wonderful experience, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay there again!

The breakfast selection was a little limited (the quality was still good!), and we would have appreciated a choice of fresh fruit. However, this was only a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience.

Jest to urokliwy, kameralny hotel butikowy o dobrym stosunku jakości do ceny. Hotel składa się z 3 połączonych części - "żółtej","różowej" i "białej" (część środkowa-"różowa" Suites jest nowsza i ma najwyższy standard, pozostałe są starsze, ale wygodne i bardzo czyste). Kompleks słynie z bardzo zadbanej, zielonej przestrzeni, która nadaje mu kameralny, typowo śródziemnomorski klimat. Cały teren hotelu jest gęsto obsadzony bujną roślinnością. Są tu strzeliste palmy, drzewka oliwne oraz cytrusowe, bananowce, intensywnie kwitnące bugenwille, krzewy oleandrów i hibiskusów. Roślinność skutecznie izoluje też pokoje i strefę basenową, zapewniając intymność. Obiekt oferuje 2 baseny podzielone na strefy, w tym strefę dla dorosłych oraz brodziki dla dzieci. Personel hotelu bardzo uprzejmy, gościnny, pomocny. Lokalizacja kompleksu hotelowego doskonała. W zasięgu 5 minut znajduje się ładna, piaszczysta plaża Golden Beach z krystalicznie czystą wodą, wyróżniona Błękitną Flagą, a niedaleko od niej, na odległość może 10 minutowego spaceru piękna plaża Yannis Beach, położona w urokliwej zatoczce. Otaczają ją malownicze skały, które tworzą barierę dla fal. Dzięki temu woda jest tutaj zawsze spokojna, pozbawiona silnych prądów i cieplejsza niż na otwartym morzu. Skały skrywają wiele jaskiń. Tuż obok plaży rozciąga się zacieniony zagajnik sosnowy, który pozwala schronić się przed słońcem. Przy wejściu do hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego kursują autobusy do Chanii (linia 21, którą w około 10 minut można dojechać do ścisłego centrum Chanii). Położenie hotelu jest także bardzo dogodne ze względu na możliwość organizowania wycieczek na zachodnią Kretę (to doskonała baza wypadowa na dwie absolutnie najsłynniejsze i najbardziej spektakularne plaże na Krecie, położone w zachodniej części wyspy, czyli na słynącą z różowego piasku plażę Elafonisi oraz Lagunę Balos).

Wi-Fi w hotelu jest całkowicie bezpłatne i sygnał jest dostępny zarówno w pokojach (studiach i apartamentach), jak i w ogólnodostępnych strefach wspólnych, ale nie działa wszędzie tak samo sprawnie. Niestety strefę gastronomiczną (w tym restaurację hotelową, bary i całą infrastrukturę basenową) obsługuje zewnętrzny partner o nazwie "My Zen". Firma ta oferuje bardzo monotonne śniadania, serwowane w formie bufetu szwedzkiego, kontynentalnego. Przez 10 dni pobytu menu mieliśmy identyczne (posiłki każdego dnia: jajka, bekon, sałatka z pomidorów, ogórków i cebuli; 2 gatunki żółtego sera i 2 gatunki wędlin, ciastka, płatki śniadaniowe, jogurt, owoce). Do tego w szczycie sezonu obsłudze zdarzało się nie nadążać z dokładaniem jedzenia, przez co goście musieli czekać na uzupełnienie półmisków, brakowało soków, kawy, mleka, itp. Jednego dnia zaplanowaliśmy całodniową wycieczkę do Wąwozu Samaria,Chora Sfakia i Loutro. Wyjeżdżaliśmy przed oficjalnym rozpoczęciem serwowania śniadań w restauracji. Poprosiliśmy obsługę restauracji o przygotowanie śniadania na wynos (breakfast box) dla 5 osób (w tym dla 2 dzieci). Zgodnie z naszą prośbą obsługa przygotowała suchy prowiant na wynos. Na trasie mocno się zawiedliśmy, bo zamiast oczekiwanego śniadania, które kosztuje 12 euro/osoba, w każdym boxie były tylko 2 kromki chleba tostowego, przełożonego plastrem szynki i do posmarowania: po 2 porcje masła i po 5 porcji dżemów, bez jakichkolwiek sztućców do nałożenia masła i dżemu, bez chleba, jakiegokolwiek napoju (choćby butelki wody), bez jakiegokolwiek owocu. Zwłaszcza dla dzieci był to zbyt suchy i niewystarczający prowiant. Nietrudno się domyślić, że nikt z nas nie wykorzystał masła i dżemów i po prostu zmarnowaliśmy to jedzenie przez złą logistykę...Taki zestaw jest absolutnie niedopuszczalny za tę cenę. Płacąc 12 euro za osobę, otrzymaliśmy rażąco ubogie śniadanie.

Cute small hotel, well maintained. Our room was recently renovated and comfortable with good beds. The kids loved the 2 small swimming pools. Friendly service, convenient location: close to beaches and right at a bus stop.

Loved this place, great location. Rooms are dated but spotless. Staff are very friendly.

This hotel is divided into three blocks with two roads to cross and LOTS of steps to climb as there is no elevator. This is not ideal with heavy luggage.

Pozadli jsme o prodlouzeni pobytu s velkym predstihem.Nebylo nam vyhoveno,ale mohli sme si dat sprchu a uschovat zavazadla.V mistnosti pro zavazadla bylo neuveritelne horko.Neuskodila by tam ventilace.

Odalar geniş ve tertemiz. Önünde balkon içinde kitchenette var. Otel yeşillikler içinde temiz ve sakin personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir ama yeterli.

Les - : Route passante juste devant et donc tres bruyant surtout la nuit (dérangeant pour dormir, fenêtres très mal isolées) / Petit déjeuner vraiment pas qualitatif du tout (choix très restreint et pas de qualité, tous les jours la même chose) / Demi-pension à ne pas prendre sur 10 jours (choix sur carte restreinte on a l’impression de manger tous les jours la même chose et dessert non inclus dans demi-pension mais « offert » à savoir une glace « mini magnum » sans marque et c’etait tous les soirs pareils… / Transats assez vieux et peu confortable aux abords des piscines

die Lage ist hervorragend ruhig und in relativer Nähe zum Strand es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichketen in der Umgebung und das Angebot an Getränken an der Poolbar und die Qualität ist sehr gut.

das Frühstück wurde von einem externen Anbieter geliefert und war für deutsche Verhältnisse nicht besonders gut. Die Öffnungszeiten der Poolanlage haben den Pool leider für uns nicht nutzbar gemacht da wir gerne morgens und abends im Pool schwimmen, er aber erst um 10:30 geöffnet und um 18:30 schon wieder geschlossen wurde. Außerdem wurden schon gegen 7:30 mit Handtüchern liegen reserviert die vom Hotelpersonal nicht wie auf allen Schildern geschrieben abgeräumt wurden.

Zum Abendessen gab es meist gratis Raki im Anschluss an das Essen und ein Eis. Zum Frühstück wurde uns oft ein Obstdessert gebracht. Es gibt einen Minimarkt gleich um die Ecke der auch bis 1 Uhr noch geöffnet hat und wo man sich mit dem Nötigsten eindecken kann.

Schlechter W-LAN Empfang bei den Unterkünften auf der anderen Straßenseite der Hotel-Anlage. Eingeschränkte Auswahl beim inklusiven Abendessen. Wollte man etwas von der anderen Karte bestellen musste man das Essen voll zahlen auch wenn man Halbpension gebucht hat. Zum Frühstück gab es im Grunde jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl an Wurst und Käse. Gepäck musste man selbst mehrere Treppenstufen hoch tragen. In einem der Pools war bei einem Abfluss das Plastik gebrochen und es bestand ein Verletzungsrisiko.

Il cibo è decisamente mediocre. Se ne può valere la pena prendere la colazione, sconsiglio la mezza pensione (il menù incluso è sempre lo stesso e le bevande non sono incluse, nemmeno l'acqua).

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Chania and the surrounding areas. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and everything we needed for a relaxing family stay was there. What we liked most was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming, polite and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. We were travelling as a family, and the hotel was a great base for discovering Crete. We explored Chania, visited different parts of the island and really enjoyed coming back to a comfortable place at the end of the day. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful, and we really appreciated the hospitality. Anais Collection Hotels made our Crete holiday even more enjoyable, and we would happily stay here again. We loved actually everything: the staff was welcoming and totally helpful. One of pool is deeper and for swimmers, another for kids, just perfect. The location is super and convenient. Our rooms was quiet, always clean and with a cute terrace. Generally the hotel is well-equipped and full of plants, I love that.

I think that maybe breakfasts may be more various but still they were enough for me and my family. Great Greek salad every morning, some proteins, and many kinds of bread.

Near Golden beach, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Staffs are super kind and professional. They let you use swimming pools and shower before and after check-in and out.

They don't give you new towels (e.g. for three nights). But you can burrow towels for 3 euro at the reception.

Fantastisk personale, virkelig søde, venlige, friske, hjælpsomme, servicemindede, imødekommende.

Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker, men hotellet løb tør for mad flere dage og der var ikke nok personale på til morgenmaden. Måske kunne det hjælpe at udvide/forlænge tidsrummet på morgenmad.

Noi am rezervat camera de familie cu un dormitor. Nu mi-am putut inchipui ca sunt asa de vechi si degradate camerele. Asta nici nu era o mare problema, dar baia este groznica, nu se putea sta pe toaleta, geamul de la baie era spre coridorul pe unde treceau turistii… si foarte mare mizerie. Dupa cazare, am cumparat servetele dezinfectante si am inceput sa curat totul… era foarte mare mizerie, curatenia consta in dat cu mopul . Dupa 6 zile de stat in acest tip de camera am solicitat schimbarea aceasteia, si urmatoarele 5 nopti am primit o suita superioara. Aceasta arata cu totul diferit, este mai nou totul, baia este decenta dar curatenia la fel. Nu se face curat decat foarte superficial , toata chicineta era plina de praf , aparatul de cafea , fierbatorul, prajitorul de paine erau pline de praf, paianjeni pe la geamuri, praf sun pat, iar lenjeriile de pat au fost schimbate dupa 5 zile la solicitatea noastra. Articole de toaleta, prosoapre curate si hartie igienica primesti numai daca soliciti, altfel nu se lasa nimic in camera. DEZAMAGITOR, NU ISI MERITA BANII.

Pozitia buna, aproape de plaja, cu magazine si taverne aproape . Exact in statia de autobuz.

Curatenia, foarte mizerabil, curetenua superficiala, totul plin de praf, paianjeni, baia nedezinfectata, prosoape si lenjeri curate numai la 5-6 zile. Articole de toaleta la cere, nu se lasa in camera. Iar camerele de familue cu un dormitor, dezamagitoare, totul vechi, murdar si toaleta nu se putea folosi, cu geam pe coridor, gresie sparta, cada murdara, wc pe care nu puteai sa stai. Suitele mai bune, dar curatenia la fel lipseste TOTAL. Iar geamurile nu izoleaza zgomotul deloc, totul se aude noaptea. Nu se putea dormi.

We had a wonderful stay at Anais Hotels Collection & Suites. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and always willing to help. Our room was cleaned every day and the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. I was also very touched by the lovely surprise of wine and fruit prepared for my birthday — it was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The location was excellent, close to the beach and a bus stop, which made it very easy to travel to Chania. Thank you for the great hospitality. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily return again.

The only little thing we found less comfortable was the bed, as it consisted of two separate mattresses. It would have been even nicer for us to have one large double mattress, but this was only a small detail and did not affect our lovely stay.

Great pool area - especially for kids - with plenty of space and shade. It’s a clean, calm and nice hotel with helpful staff. Very close location to Golden Beach and easy access to Chania Old Town with bus.

The area is parimarly residential buildings which makes it very quiet in terms of restaurants and shops in walking distance - especially wifh children in the summer heat.

We’re bought half board, the choice of food is poor. The food is too salty and the drinks are not included (even the water)

Great position beach and shops on foot a few minutes walk away

Specifically in our room the air conditioning unit of the hotel next door resonated with the walls creating a low frequency noise in the bedroom which was very penetrating. But this was a localized effect and not all the time present

L'accueil très bien 👍, tous adorables, ambiance familiale, cool. La chambre grande, confortable, literie top, avec un coin cuisine, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire, petite terrasse avec 2 chaises. Des plantes partout, jolie déco du lieux extérieur, piscine top, petit déjeuner bien. La proximité de la plage golden beach 5 minutes à pied, merveilleuse, surveillée, calme et peu profonde pour les enfants avec des douches, des bars, transats 10 € avec parasols pour la journée et des pédalos très jolis.

Dommage pas climatisation à la réception, les chaises sont trop lourdes et pas confortables pour déjeuner ou dîner. La musique de fond un peu trop forte. Il serait bien d'avoir davantage de fruits frais au petit déjeuner...

Struttura bella ed accogliente. Fermata dell'autobus proprio fuori alla Struttura comodissima per spostarsi Chania in 10 minuti. Personale molto gentile. Belle entrambe le piscine.

Troppo alti i prezzi del cibo (sia colazione che pranzo) molto più alti di altri ristoranti sia nelle vicinanze che a Chania. Inoltre con meno scelta

Proximité de la plage, jolies piscines, appartement (3 personnes) assez spacieux, Clim performante, literie chambre très confortable. Très bon restaurant à proximité, dans un grand jardin. Ménage fait tous les jours. Petit balcon mais jolie vue sur la mer et endroit assez calme.

Le lit canapé 3eme personne (dans le salon, sans volets ni rideaux occultants) est très inconfortable et pas du tout adapté à un adulte. Après 2 nuits difficiles le service à la clientèle a été très efficace et à pû fournir gracieusement à notre 3eme adulte une autre chambre afin qu elle puisse dormir convenable ment. Clim uniquement dans le salon, donc impossible de fermer la porte de la chambre et notre appartement n’avait pas de volet ni rideaux occultants, donc réveillés à la première heure. Petit déjeuner très moyen.

Ligger tæt på flere lækre sandstrande. Bussen til Chania tager 10 min og stopper lige foran døren. Der er et fint supermarked samt biludlejning tæt på. Generelt rigtig godt beliggenhed

Morgenmaden var for kedelig. Lidl bakeoff og ingen udskåret frugt fx. Det var skuffende og ville jeg nok fravælge en anden gang. Suites med plads til 4 voksne mangler opbevaring til tøj i stuen ved sovesofaer.

Hotel was great. Clean, great location with supermarket 50 metres away, bus stop to town right outside. Great food at hotel restaurant too. Restaurant staff very good and friendly also.

Lifeguard at the pool was over the top. We had young children just having fun and he was complaining the whole time. Even stepping into the pool from the edge into 2.4 metre deep water was not allowed. It added unnecessary stress that we opted for more days at the beach as a result.

Clean and nice hotel, nothing super fancy, but good. Nice personnel. Deep swimming pools. Gym available 24h. Excellent beach near the hotel (100% sandy, blue flag!). Bus stop to/from Chania next to the hotel entrance, not a long trip and busues go often. Convinient location for trips to the western side of Crete. Breakfast- every day the same, but there is a choice: eggs, bacon, greek salad, pastry, cereals, yoghurt, fruits. Nice markets and two car rentals next to the hotel. Places reccomended: Sterna- excellent Greek tawerna with the garden next to the hotel, Monterno: breakfast, sweets and coffee, Jumbo: if you need to buy any beach stuff (or anything which is not food)- big shop with everything. Overall good experience.

Beach towels were not availalble contrary to what you can read in the description- you have to pay for them, and even then we had to buy our own after two days of waiting for the hotel to have clean towels (if I knew I would take them from home). Wifi uneven - sometimes working well, sometimes not. Service- once we were asked to leave the restaurant at 10 sharp (end of breakfast), not being able to finish coffee/tea, which is according to the breakfast rules, but rather unusual in hotels.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Flexible with check-in and upgraded us which was great, so we had more space. Pool and facilities amazing. Great location. Lovely suite and outdoor space. All absolutely perfect! Highly recommend.

Struttura ben tenuta nonostante abbia qualche annetto, cosa che si nota soprattutto nelle stanze. Letto comodissimo, forse il migliore mai provato in un hotel. Staff eccezionale e sempre disponibile. Belle le due piscine. Mare a 50metri.

Reparto food da migliorare nell'offerta della pensione completa/mezza pensione. Non tanto nella qualità, quanto nella varietà dell'offerta, sia nei pasti che nella colazione. Non si può proporre piatti principali sempre uguali per pranzo/cena così come la colazione davvero troppo scarna e ripetitiva.

Nagyon jól felszerelt, szép és hangulatos szállás, két csodás kis terasszal, közel a tengerhez, bolthoz, bárhoz, étteremhez és buszmegállóhoz is. Minden hétköznap takarítottak, hétvégén is cserélték a szemetest.

Egy mosogatószivacs jó lett volna a mosogatószer mellé, illetve az étkező asztal és székek alatt nem ártott volna lepókhálózni, de amúgy minden szuper volt.

La demi pension qui est répétitive et de qualité moyenne. Les transats réservés sans que personne ne dise rien. Notre chambre était du côté de la route très passante et on avait du bruit jusque très tard. Les routes à traverser pour aller au restaurant, à la réception ou aux piscines Les prix du restaurant étaient assez chers

Breakfast needs improving they were continually running out of things and peoiple were standing round waiting for more to be brought out also selection was same every day no variety. Need more fruit. it was so bad we skipped breakfast on the last day. If this could be improved the hotel would be perfect all round

as usual, we had a quick check in and the room we required was allocated. The cleanliness is outstanding the housekeeping staff as well as the reception are always available if needed. The restaurant has wonderful and generous dishes. Beach towels are available at Euros 3 each.

Ωραία τοποθεσία

Το πρόγευμα το ίδιο κάθε μέρα χωρίς ενδιαφέρον. Κεικ και αλμυρά Μετρημένα και Βρασμένα ξανα, αλλαντικα, ψωμι αυτα τίποτε το ιδιαίτερο. καθε 2 λεπτά ρωτούσαν πιο δωμάτιο είμαστε για Πρόγευμα.. Κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι μόνο. Στο κύριος δωμάτιο οχι. Χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση τα δωμάτια και Επιπλα.

Położenie super. Blisko Lidl, plaża, sklepik rodzinny czynny codziennie. Personel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Naprawdę polecam. Blisko plaża Golden Beach z czystą wodą, rybaki, kraby, krewetki, jeżowce - pięknie. I nie jest za głęboko do nurkowania .

Przerywała telewizja ale to mały szczegół ☺️

It is beautiful place not far from Chania city center by bus, close to nice beaches and bus stop is right next to the hotel. We had a nice stay, this place is very convenient. Beach is just 3 min walk away
