Hilton Garden Inn Muscat Al Khuwair

Good location and most of the things are reachable in very close proximity.

Room was clean

At checkout time was wasted, i asked for an Iron and table and explicitly mentioned that I need it urgently but nobody cared ultimately i lost the window of breakfast and had to checkout. The hotel is next to a train station and all night the trains were honking infinitely leaving the chance to sleep.

‏amazing stay

Clean and close to shops and restaurants.

The room was okay, and comfortable. Location is very good.

- Maintenance response was not good. I asked to change a burnt bulb, but there was no response till next day, when I complained about poor service. - I asked for a facial tissue box. It took them more than an hour to provide it after a second call. - I asked for a bar of soap, because I do not like liquid body soap. The response was: (We do not have it).

Amazing stuff

Location and reception staff are very helpful. Available gym and pool for ladies

The Treatment of together restaurant staff. I previously ordered pan cake (during my previous stay) but when i ordered it this time they brought one without fruit or sauces. I actually ordered it for take away and it was miserable. Just the bread with raisin !!! I paid 8.500 RO and left it back at the cafe. The restaurant staff didnt even apologise or refund the money.

Location and staff

There were stains on the bed sheets and toilets weren’t clean.

Staff n facility Especially at front desk and housekeeping Mr Anmol was excellent at his service

Location

1. Poor breakfast , very poor, disaster 2. No brush, slippers or other sanitaries in the room 3. No white towels

They gave me a smoking room even though I said I did not want to. Also, despite saying they could change my room, they did not. Now I stink of cigarettes. Breakfast was meh

Peut-être mieux entretenir la piscine pour femmes

Everything was great. Thank you to the receptionist, Sema, who was very kind and welcoming. She kindly gave us a room with a beautiful view. We also appreciated the complimentary fruit as a lovely gesture of hospitality. We had a wonderful stay.
