The hotel's location is excellent, as it is close to everything one might need, and it is also near Oman Mall and several other malls. The room was spacious and clean, and the service staff were very helpful.

I did not observe any bad things regarding the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at City Seasons Hotel Muscat in Al Khuwair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The reception staff were extremely cooperative, responsive, and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The family room was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family, and even the twin bedroom was great. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. 🍽️ One of the things we really appreciated was the convenient location. Many facilities and services are close by, including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essential amenities, making everything easily accessible. We also enjoyed having a Lebanese restaurant inside the hotel, serving delicious and authentic Lebanese dishes. The food was excellent and added another wonderful dining option to our stay. 🇱🇧❤️ A special thank you to Amira, the lovely waitress at Al Rousha Lebanese Restaurant, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive, and professional. Her warm and welcoming attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. 🌷 The surrounding area is well-organised, convenient, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. In fact, every member of the family wished we could extend our stay! ❤️ A special thank you to the wonderful hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend City Seasons Hotel Muscat to families and would be very happy to stay here again! 🌟

عند طلب بطانية للمرافق او سرير استغلال بدفع 10ريال السرير ليوم واحد وعند طلبي بنوم تحت فلغرفة بطلب بطانية مثل سرير قالو هذا قانون فندق مع جلب لي شرشف بسيط مع اني اذهب الي اي فندق موجود بطانيات للطلب زبون ملاحظه طلب بوكينج كامل ثلاث اشخاص مع كرافي

Staff is friendly, room is wide and clean hotel is accessible to all.

للأسف لم يتم اخبارنا قبل الحجز بأن حمام السباحة مغلق .. واضطررت لعمل مغادرة مبكرة وعدم المبيت ..

ارسلت ايميل بعد حجزي لغرفتين من فرنسا اوضح فيه حول امكانية تسجيل الدخول مبكرا بساعات حيث وصولي يكون الساعه الثامنه تقريبا الا اني تفاجأت بعدم الرد علي واستغلالي بدفع قؤمة اضافيه تصل الى ٣٠ ريال عماني بالضافه الى قيمة الغرفة التى دفعتها مسبقا بقيمة ٦٤ ريال عماني عوضا عن الاستثناء في مثل همذا ظروف خصوصا اننا قاظمون من الخارج او على الاقل اخذ مبلغ رمزي

The hotel infrastructure itself is good. The neighborhood has restaurants nearby and supermarkets. The breakfast is also good and the area it is served is really big.

They even refused to give me a fork. One night, I had some leftovers from a tour and asked if I could have a fork and knife. They told me, "We can't give you any utensils unless you buy something from the restaurant. You can buy a bottle of water if you want them." I found that unnecessarily unfriendly and disappointing, especially considering this is far from the cheapest hotel in the area.

موظفة الاستقبال عمانية التي صادفناها عند تسجيل الدخول للاسف اعطت صورة سيئة جدا لم تكن بشوشه وغير متعاونة إطلاقًا.

Very clean, polite and helpful staff, excellent service and good location of the hotel. All amenities were perfect. Thank you.

Parking of cars is an issue as busy area and limited space is available.

I stayed at City Seasons Muscat and found it to be a decent option for a stay in the city. The location is one of its strongest points, situated right in the middle of Muscat with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel also offers convenient underground parking. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with pleasant ambient lighting that created a relaxing atmosphere. A highlight of the stay was the complimentary Genius breakfast. The breakfast lounge was spacious and offered a wide variety of choices, making for a great start to the day. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, as it did not fully meet expectations. While the overall stay was comfortable, attention to this area would enhance the guest experience considerably. Overall, a satisfactory stay with a great location and excellent breakfast, but with some room for improvement.

Les réceptionniste était non chaland, pas d’esprit de service. Heureusement que le personnel de l’entretien et de la restauration étaient souriants.

The hotel is nice, it has all you need. People in the reception are very kind and available to satisfy any request. The breakfast was hearty and varied (just one day there was to much people and I did not find enough food).

The noisy coming from the street and from the near rooms. Probably the walls of the rooms are too thin. You can hear people speaking in the corridor or in the near rooms. I was wake up in the early morning for this reason.

i got this small room, and the furniture is worn out. The underground parking smells of sewage, and I requested a reservation for another day, but reception and management refused to extend my stay until 4 PM. I was forced to go to a nearby hotel, which I booked for the first time, and it had a better price, was cleaner, and allowed me to extend my stay until 4 PM for free.

Very spacious rooms, wonderful location, friendly staffs

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Its location is excellent, with all major tourist attractions nearby. There is a wide variety of dining options within easy reach, including Pakistani, Indian, Arabic, and continental cuisines. Several large supermarkets are also conveniently located around the hotel. Additionally, the Jame Masjid is very close, which allowed us to conveniently offer both Eid and Friday prayers. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families, due to its comfort and convenient location.

While our overall experience was very positive, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement: 1. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available. However, during peak hours, the service and crowd management could be handled more efficiently to enhance the guest experience. 2. The parking area could be improved in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. 3. The availability and clarity of lift access can be enhanced. At times, it takes longer to reach the ground floor, especially for guests unfamiliar with the correct lifts. Clear signage indicating which lifts serve specific floors would be very helpful.
