Food
The location and cleaniness and profesionalism in staff
Good stay with all services provided.
Everything - location very near to all the major places, food, hospitality, staff behaviour, excellent breakfast options, facilities, room service.
Nothing actually. Only problem was that the approach road was under construction when we visited. But they arranged for our drop with their own vehicle. Some of the other activities were priced high.
The rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful.

Amazing property. Clean spacious rooms and very near to all local attractions. Staff is also very polite and courteous. Loved it.
its amazing
all good
Rooms and beds a generous size, clean and comfortable. But it just seemed like the hotel was in the middle of no-where. we could walk to town and lake and fort during the day but not at night - no street lighting. Hotel had a restaurant but it was not busy so we ate elsewhere.
Didn't like the location. The hotel is surrounded by farm animals and rubbish.
Staff is very average and not the warm kinds (which is very unusual in hospitality industry). The staff was evidently pushing tasks from one department to another. Seemed like they want to make money on every given instance- baby food was also chargeable, which is not chargeable at every Hotel, wherever we have stayed earlier. Food is very basic.
The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle and it is very quiet and cosy here. Surrounded by woods and from the roof terrace there is a good view of the fort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food on the roof terrace is very good and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is run by Ishan, who is very friendly and helpful and is available to answer any questions. All in all, this is a great place to stay and the price/performance ratio is absolutely top. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and accommodating staff Pickup from the station The amenities are Ok overall
A bit outside the centre
The break was good. The cook was kind and asked us about our preferences and options, for breakfast. The aloo Paratha and sandwiches were decent. Even though the Poha was not that good, the cook was kind enough to get it replaced and he accepted that feedback.
I did not like the hotel overall. I selected the Deluxe room with the glass windows but Maru told me that they have only one kind of room and we got a room with small windows on the first floor. I feel like I was given the wrong room, when I asked for details Maru was so rude and he told me that the information on Booking.com is wrong. I feel that I was targeted with discrimination and hatred, because of my ethnicity or my religion.
Great Place just outside of the main city just what we like. Centre are not to our liking . Met all basic requirements.
The outside areas could be maintained better.
beautiful place. good service
great stay and co operative staff
food taste can be better
Rooms r very spacious and clean.
We wer expecting room overlooking the fort .but unfortunately we got room on ground floor
Amazing rooms and customer service
Nice ambiance
Jaiselmer is known as the Golden City and so are hearts of its people. Excellent hospitality. Very cordial and accommodating. We had a wonderfull and comfortable 4 day stay also it is close to every thing such as the Fort and few tourist places. Pleasant, spacious and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are its staff. All the staff are incredibly helpful. The breakfast had good choices and everything is freshly made and yummy. In fact, my friend requested to make tea and the GM set up a tea making experience - we enjoyed the conversation over tea with the team and other guest too. If you want to experience overnight camp try Helsinki hotel's own new campus site - The Sunset on Dunes is wonderful, so is the clear night sky, at the same time enjoying authentic Jaiselmer cuisine while sitting around the bon fire and enjoying the folk dances and folk music in Night. We did not stay at the campus overnight. However, the camp was full of guest. Thank you Ishan, Shiv and rest of the team. Highly recommended Helsinki Hotel if you are staying in the Jaiselmer.
The room was too good. Also the reception was good.
Food was not that good. Fruits must be included and no vegetable menu was available. Only paneer recipe was available
It is absolutely beautiful. The structure of the room and the windows.
The staff seemed a little cold and not friendly. Especially when I requested for a better room.

Food..it was horrible
Staffs are supportive
Food,outside ambience
Not much. The rooms were just about ok, the manager and staff were polite.
The bathrooms were not clean and there were stains in the WC. Shower nozzles we’re clogged, hand faucet was leaking. One of our rooms had no rugs on the floor. Replenishment of toiletries was stingy. The property is short staffed. Rooftop restaurant is just some wooden chairs and tables with faded and stained tablecloths. There’s no buffet breakfast. We were disappointed.
Everything was very well managed and nice comfort given.
Nothing as such. Location can be better. View is only on the terrace of the hotel.
Very good service, great hospitality. Staff was very helpful with all our requests. Room was good
good breakfast
more tasty like chhola batrora
Very nice big rooms , breakfast at rooftop also very good. Highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice room very comfortable.Breakfast was very good .We had a good evening diner the food is not expensive and very good and also a good view from the rooftop. We reccomend this hotel .
Everything was oke.
Excellent value for money! great location, away from the hustle but a very easy walk to the fort. amazing view of the fort from the rooftop restaurant. loved it all ! very comfortable bed. view of the fort from our room. delicious food on the rooftop with beautiful customer service from the lovely waiter
Minimal toiletries, no AC remote or bar fridge
Clean and comfortable beds!
The room was good for the price it offered. Smaller things could be taken care like hot water, the towel hanger wad loose and cleaning of the room was better. The breakfast was having a limited menu and just about okay.
The breakfast was limited options and just okay
The room was beautiful. Wifi worked well. They have a heater too for winter.
The food is very bad. The road reach hotel is very bad for almost 200mtr Thrs no road.
The Staff was so helpful
Free pick up Arrangements made for sand dune visit
The location It does not match the photos shown The surrounding of the hotel is very unpleasant Food options very less Ac was not working hence had to shift room They did not check the sand dune booking, as we were promised dinner in a camp which was pathetic and unhygienic plus the folk program promised was a sham, pls check before booking
Clean
Things were good
They didn't give early breakfast when asked for it
The rooms are good. Few rooms have better view than others
The bed is not so comfortable as it is a spring mattress and the towels were clean but had few stains
Very welcoming friendly hotel. They went out of their way to get us a room ready when we arrived very early from our train. Rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop has an amazing view of the fort.
Nothing.
The hygiene and service levels were poor. The rooms were dirty and the washrooms were filthy. On the day we arrived, the washroom had urination marks all over the pot. It was in a sorry state. Overall it may be comfortable for people looking for cheap stays but for those looking for experience this would be the wrong choice of stay. It didn't work for us. The food was terrible too. They couldnt even serve toast and butter properly. Wish we could've cancelled after we saw the state and get a refund.
The owner/manager was very helpful.. he not only helped us with early smooth checkin .. he also guided us for awesome vegetarian food places. The rooms are huge… neat and clean .. and location is central so easily you can reach point If you want smooth stay in reasonable price boutique helsenki is the place for you
They should start their own desert safari stay camps
We really did not want to leave the hotel :) Super nice food. The breakfast was extraordinary Helsinki Hotel is a must-visit. It is such a beautiful hotel. The design is exceptional like its location. It's super quiet with a wonderful view on the beautiful rooftop terrace overviewing the fort. Entering the lobby we were feeling home from the very first moment. The hotel manager welcomed us warm-heartedly and offered us Chai. We chatted a little before we went up into our rooms. The rooms are very beautifully designed. We really did not wanna leave the room at all. Super cozy bed and a window nook. Helsinki hotel is our favorite choice of the hotel all over the hotels we have been booking throughout Rajashtan. All the staff was extremely kind and friendly. We had all the dinners in the hotel and breakfast too. We are in love with the banana Nutella pancake and the special naan "Masala Kulcha". We are excited to come back one day. Love & Namaste Rafa & Vanessa
Friendly staff, nice hotel. Good breakfast. Very good value for the price. The location is not very good though.
This was a first rate stay. We stayed two nights before having to move a short distance to the sister hotel which was equally good. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the town and in a nice quiet area. The rooms are light and bright and well presented and serviced daily. There is a clear commitment from all the staff to great customer service and there is a friendly and personable owner who will help in any way required. The food on the attractive roof terrace was excellent and value for money. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good indeed and served by lovely staff. We would have stayed longer if we had been able and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
We are glad that we chose this property for our stay in Jaiselmer . Maru ji came to pick us up at the station at 6:15 in the morning .Which made traveling easy for us . The desert safari and cultural programme was aranged by the hotel itself with transport facilities to the dessert which was at a distance of one and a half hour . The entire experience was fun filled . The staff is very polite and helpful and makes the entire stay a unique experience. The food served was also comforting and excellent. All in all the stay was amazing and the experience was unique and fun filled. We would like to thank Mr.Obijh and Mr Maru for the hospitality they provided us with.
Loved, loved, loved this place!! The room and bathroom were so new and clean with modern furniture and facilities. The shower was powerful with warm water and there was a hair dryer provided. It was seriously the best place we have stayed in whilst travelling around India. I cannot stress enough how comfortable the bed was with clean white sheets and duvet, it was bliss! We stayed in January and it was so cold at night but the hotel already had a modern radiator heater in the room and it made the stay even more comfortable. It was a 10 min walk down a short road and across the street to the entrance of the fort, ideal for us away from the hustle and bustle with several cafes along the walk. They allowed us to leave our bags for a desert safari which was great, however, I had tied my straps a certain way and came back to see the bag had been opened. I checked that the valuables were still there and they were so thought nothing of it. The next hotel I got to i noticed a pair of jeans were missing. Absolutely no evidence it was there but I am pretty sure there is someone who is walking around with some new jeans on. The hotel is great, just take a padlock for your bag in case there is a worker who doesn’t reflect the standard of the hotel.
