Struttura molto carina immersa nella natura, zona silenziosa e con posto auto. Proprietario gentile, camera di dimensioni giuste e ottimo bagno. Cucina in comune con le altre camere gestita alla perfezione e ben fornita, c'è addirittura la possibilità di fare il barbecue.

Pulizia accettabile e discreta, non perfetta, lenzuola con qualche macchia.

Gute Lage im Norden und etwas abseits der grossen Touristenströme. Tolles Steinhaus mit hohem Hauptraum, sehr bequeme Betten. Frischer Rosmarin im Hausgarten ^_^

Leider kein Backofen in der Wohnung und nur 2 Herdatten - aber kochtechnisch durchaus organisierbar. Leider auch keinen direkten Terrassenzugang wie die andern Wohnteile.

Lo mejor es la habitación nueva limpia y con baño muy cómodo , cama grande y cómoda Cerca del aeropuerto pero en un pueblo tranquilo con piscinas naturales cerca y un bar de pueblo para tomar un café por la mañana o noche y un pequeño supermercado a 2min todo, parking dentro y fuera también en la calle

Es caluroso hay un ventilador pero para dormir hace falta un ventilador de techo y la calle no es silenciosa , llevar tapones si necesitas mucho silencio pedir que no sea una habitación a la calle

M'ha agradat molt la ubicació, la neteja i els amos han estat super atents a tot.

L'emplacement permet de rayonner facilement dans l'ile.

Le logement était très humide avec une forte odeur d'humidité/ moisi. Les meubles sont vétustes et abîmés par l'humidité. Nous étions obligé de garder la fenêtre ouverte à cause de l'odeur, malgré que la rue soit très bruyante. Nous ne nous sommes pas senti à l'aise dans ce logement et avons dû organiser notre séjour pour y passer le moins de temps possible, y compris les jours de pluie, car l'odeur de moisi était trop dérangeante. Par ailleurs nous avons mal dormi, la literie ne nous convenait pas.

La cucina ben fornita e il bagno grande e comodo. Non mancava nulla.

La nostra camera era un po' calda e anche con la finestra aperta circolava poca aria. Inoltre, dando sulla strada, al mattino si sentiva un po' di traffico.

Tutto! In particolare la zona barbecue, il giardino e i tavolini fuori per mangiare! Anche la cucina aveva tutto il necessario! Il posteggio proprio davanti alle camere è stato un valore aggiunto! La camera era spaziosa e molto pulita! Josè ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cose da fare e posti in cui mangiare!

Muy cómodo, limpio y funcional. José super amable.

Camera ampia e pulita con bagno privato. Cucina in comune ma con spazi "privati" per lasciare il proprio cibo. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato diversi posti da visitare e ristoranti da provare.

Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di cambiare il materasso perché non è troppo comodo.

La ducha está medio rota, sale agua por todas partes. La cocina muy incómoda y el menaje escaso y viejo. Mucho calor en las habitaciones y no se puede abrir la ventana del techo por si llueve y entra agua. No es lo que esperaba por este precio.

Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y cómodas. Los jardines muy bien cuidados y tanto José como Fernando fueron amabilísimos.

O local do alojamento é muito bonito, o jardim, os pássaros a cantar, o laguinho, é muito pacífico e convidativo.

Sentimos a falta de um estendal para podermos colocar as nossas toalhas e coisas a secar, tornou muito difícil secar a roupa ao fim de um dia de praia.

Habitaciones y zonas comunes amplias. Estaba todo nuevo y bien cuidado.

Alles super. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Geschirr und seinen eigenen Kühlschrank. Im Garten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Das Zimmer war ordentlich.

La ubicación en la isla , la comodidad de la cama y los servicios y la información prestada por el anfitrión

Había mucha humedad en la habitación pese haber un deshumificador eléctrico , y como la luz de la zona común entraba por nuestra puerta al encontrase en el mismo área

Nos tocó en un edificio precioso con distintos apartamentos. Estaba muy bien preparado con las zonas comunes (cocina y terraza) y en la habitación también muy bien👌🏼 volvería!

Nada. Por poner algo, quizá tendrían que haber pasado a limpiar la habitación algún día más (estuvimos 5 días) pero en general estaba todo muy limpio.

La zona exterior está muy cuidada y bonita. Jardin con vistas al mar a lo lejos, zonas de paso cuidadas…

El apartamento olía mucho a humedad y todo estaba muy humedo. Se mojaba la ropa, la vajilla olía a humedad, las sabanas también. Podrían poner un deshumificador para intentar mejorar eso.

Literie un peu mol à mon goût. Hôtel très agréable. Bien situé pour la découverte de cette partie de l’île. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Une critique serait très mal venue au vu du prix. À refaire sans hésiter

Sehr gute Lage wegen der Nähe zu den westlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel und zum Flughafen. Ruhig und abgelegen, trotzdem gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Die Dusche müsste mal überholt werden und das Heißwassersystem braucht sehr lange bis warmes Wasser kommt.

If you have a really big car, it's hard to get to the parking lot, if you have a big car. Decide for yourself on your driving skills.

Der Garten ist schön und auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen vor dem Haus. Modernes Mobiliar.

Die Straße war laut, aber mit dem Schließen der Fenster konnte man gut schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer rochen nicht gut (abgestanden/muffig). Das ging leider auch durch langes Lüften nicht ganz weg.

Relació qualitat preu excelent, ben equipat, cuina compartida amb tot el que es necessita.

Si et toca la habitació propera a la carretera se sent bastant el soroll dels vehicles i en algunes ocasions la botzina ja que s’escau en una pujada amb curva i carrer estret. La paella que hi ha a la cuina s’enganxa una mica alhora de fregir.

Muy buena calidad precio. El trato perfecto. Solicitamos el servicio de lavandería y en cosa de horas teníamos la colada hecha y perfectamente organizada en el apartamento.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist lieblos, heruntergekommen und teilweise beschädigt.

Nos ha encantado la estancia aquí. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. La cocina está bien equipada y se puede compartir sin problema con los demás huéspedes. La ubicación es buena, cerca de sitios de interés y con una tienda al lado. Jose fue muy amable y nos indicó lugares que visitar, los cuales nos gustaron mucho. Repetiríamos aquí sin duda!

A veces había que luchar por el aparcamiento, pero igualmente hay donde aparcar cerca, así que no fue un problema

Las casitas de piedra y el jardín q tienen con merenderos , barbacoa y parking.

Nuestra habitación estaba al lado de la carretera que es muy estrecha y pitan continuamente los coches, tb muchos ladrillos de perros de madrugada. Recomiendo llevar tapones de oídos.

Es una antigua construcción de piedra reformada con varias viviendas y en la finca han construido un par de alojamientos. Todo muy bonito e integrado en el entorno. Se puede aparcar dentro. A mitad de semana también limpian. Hay un encargado muy amable.

Las camas no eran cómodas, es una opinión subjetiva de una mujer de 50.

Do barulho, pois o nosso quarto era ao pé da cozinha partilhada, então acordavamos à noite ou manhã com o barulho das pessoas a usarem a cozinha.

La mancanza dí bidet in uno dei 2 bagni e la tenda nella doccia

Estaba bien situado, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca y tiene parking. El sitio está en medio de la naturaleza.

Uno de los días algún huésped robó un poco de comida de nuestra nevera, supongo que son cosas que pueden pasar al compartir casa.

Piccolo complesso formato da casette nel centro di un paese vicino Ponta Delgada (20 minuti di macchina da aeroporto) con parcheggio interno e grazioso giardino in comune oltre a zona barbecue. Supermercato, bar e ristorante (buono) raggiungibili a piedi in due minuti.

Siamo capitati nella casetta in pietra, la più buia. Non so come erano le altre che ad occhio parevano un po' più "fresche" ma la nostra aveva sicuramente bisogno di un po' di restyling. Diciamo che andrebbe rivista sicuramente l'illuminazione, data la scarsità di luce naturale, ci vorrebbe una rinfrescata al bagno (con aggiunta di luce) e maggiore cura nella pulizia e manutenzione: dal tostapane inguardabile al copriletto macchiato ai rubinetti che spruzzavano. Arredi anni 70. L'impressione è che non ci sia molta attenzione alla pulizia profonda e alle sostituzioni delle dotazioni che ovviamente si usurano e si sciupano. Nulla di grave ma visto il prezzo non proprio economico potrebbero migliorare alcune cose. La casa in pietra ha un suo fascino ma per renderla confortevole serve qualche attenzione in più.

Buena atención por parte de José. Alojamiento bastante tranquilo, lo encontramos bastante limpio y equipado. Hay parking privado dentro del mismo alojamiento por lo que es muy cómodo. Para repetir y 100% recomendable.

La cama nos resultó un poco incómoda.

Magnífico sitio, con un entorno natural extraordinario. Inmueble bien equipado. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos.

Mucho olor a humedad por todas partes. Lucha con un par de cucarachas que se habían aposentado en la cocina. El mobiliario deteriorado por la humedad. Todas las ventanas con mosquitera excepto la de la cocina.¿?. Lo de la limpieza no lo entendía. Al día siguiente de llegar, nos limpian y cambian toallas. Después no volvieron a aparecer hasta el día antes de irnos. No estaba equilibrado.

Gentili José che ci ha accolto e dato alcuni consigli, e la signora delle pulizie che ci ha aiutato con un problema in bagno.

Esteticamente il posto non é male, però la nostra stanza (Cedro) era incredibilmente umida, tutto puzzava di umidità. Gli ambienti comuni, nonostante non fossero sporchi, avevano un cattivo odore. Pensavamo di avere un appartamento intero, invece sia cucina che tavoli erano in condivisione con altre stanze, zero privacy. Stanza rumorosissima, sentivamo ogni spostamento di sedia, ogni porta, scarichi del bagno, tutti i rumori delle macchine in strada. Infine, non era garantito il parcheggio, il numero é insufficiente rispetto agli ospiti e praticamente sempre abbiamo dovuto cercarlo nei dintorni, non sempre vicino. Non c'è uno spazio privato dove stendere i proprio vestiti. Non lo consiglierei ad un amico.

Location and feeling of being in the country. Also had a feeling of space being a free standing building in a rural setting.

Upstairs, the mezzanine was not really useable due to lack of air flow.

Good place if you want to visit all island. The room is clean and has all the equipment to cook food.

Good location Couple of Surfspots within 15min drive

Definitely a big plus is the parking in the garden (a bit of a tight entrance, but manageable). There’s the option to have a barbecue or relax outside in the garden. Very friendly and helpful host (Jose). Spacious and comfortable bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen with a dedicated cupboard and fridge space for each room.

The room we were given was located in the basement, and unfortunately, there was a persistent musty and damp smell. Because of this, our bedding felt unpleasantly damp to the touch. However, I must say that as soon as I reported the issue, we were immediately given fresh bedding, so no complaints there. It would definitely be worth investing in a dehumidifier.

The property was clean and updated. Host was friendly and helpful. Quiet location that was not too far from some restaurants and shopping.

Our room was faced to the road and it was very noisy, could not sleep with opened window. Be aware that there is no air conditioning, only fan. But it seems is normal for Azores

the place is really beautiful and comfortable. They clean during the stay.

Nice personal, sheet with information about the public transport, taxi, restaurants and so at the room. In the outside there is table, chairs, you can eat here. There is a garden where is clothes dryer.

At first I would start with the name "holiday house" is confusing because we got one room with bathroom in the house you share kitchen with another people. There is not enough space for parking a car. We arrived about 21:30 and there is not free parking space, so we must find another parking in the city. Om the lamps there is a lot of rust. On the tiles on the bathroom is a little mold. Yes, in this island is wet weather, but in another accommodations it wasn't. Cleaning will come to your accommodation, even if you don't want it. There is no option to put a sign on the door handle. The handle on the door to the building is incredibly low. You have to bend a lot every time..

Friendly host who shared tips for the best Azores visit. Comfortable and cosy accomodation.

The historic building was beautiful. Jose met us at our agreed time. He explained everything to us. He pointed out on a map of the island the important places to see. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants where we had fabulous meals of local fare. We highly recommend staying at this residence.

Over expectations, super nice location, excellent value for money. José was very helpful, recommended super places to eat. Daily cleaning is an unexpected extra, and the parking inside the facility is also a bonus.

The only flaw was the mattress in our bed. Way too soft for us, thus we couldn't have a true relaxing sleep.

We have a two room’s apartment under the roof with big private terrace and with possibility to use garden, barbecue and inside parking. It was absolutely great, everything was clean, new and modern. Excellent staff, José is helpful and is able to share a lot of useful information. The location is very good if you want to explore whole parts of island. We were absolutely satisfied.

Maybe the entrance to the yard could be easier for drivers :)

The house is in a really good position for visiting the island. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was really well organized. The parking is comfortable especially for small cars.

Unfortunately the structure is made by stones and sometimes could happen to find some insect in the room. Except this, everything it's really cosy.

Our stay at Stonewood Lodge was great. To start with, the staff was really helpful and answered all our queries and requests before and during our trip. We stayed with our baby at la Casa Verde, a 1 bedroom accommodation overlooking a lovely green garden.The apartment has all the basics for our week long holiday, and we were able to cook breakfast and dinners for our little one. The location is fantastic to explore the island by car, only a 15 min drive from Ponta Delgada, and very convenient to get to and from the main sites. Stonewood Lodge also has customer parking, making it even easier for us to travel with our baby.

The property is really nice, very well located. From here you'll be able to make the most out of the west side of Sao Miguel and the capital. We were given a whole house in a complex with garden, parking spaces and a nice view. Really suitable for long staying. Our host was kind and informative of the area, really talkative with lots of suggestions. Cleanliness was also good

The parking space was too narrow. We had a Smart and had some issues on the first day parking in the last and only parking spot left. The second day we had more luck with the space but the car became a target of the pigeons of the tree just above the car. Although the house was nice and lovely, the environment was rather humid and damp. We could feel it on our clothes almost immediately after we moved in

We stayed in StoneWood Lodge for 6 nights and everything was perfect. Accommodation have nice gardens and good position for daily trips. Grocery store Continente is only 6 min by car and there is also some local shop. There is always free parking space inside or around the accommodation. Room was comfortable, clean and bathroom was huge. Private fridge in the well-equipped and very clean shared kitchen was also above the expectations. Host José is very kind and helpful. He showed us all points of interest around the island and gave us map for our road trips. It will be pleasure to come back to StoneWood Lodge again. Thank you for amazing stay!

Nothing to mention.

We loved our little house, it was so comfortable and had eveything we needed. We were able to eat outside for breakfast and supper due to the covered eating area which was such a bonus. The view was lovely and it was such a treat to wake up to bird song every morning. Great location, not far from the main city by car and walking distance to a little supermarket, and also good for exploring the rest of the island. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Very good value for money.

Very cute facilities, not far from anything, even by taxi. Host and care staff were great.

Lighting was not great, room had a smell to it like it may have had a mold issue (we didn't see any, but I can't think of a better way to describe it.

A compound with several properties and an inner yard - birds singing, some ocean view. We had plenty of space and an extra bed was provided on request for our large family. The hosts were very responsive and reacted to our questions and requests quickly. Provided useful information and tips, maps and guides - thank you! Parking for a larger car is difficult in the courtyard (and space is limited when all units are used) - we found a nearby municipal parking lot near the church - free - and walked from there instead. Our host Jose was amazing, friendly and responsive which was really appreciated!

I would provide more basics in the kitchen such as paper towels, salt & pepper, extra garbage bags. In our unit, not all windows had an insect screen. All little things that could improve the property.
