Het appartement heeft veel potentie, maar moet wel echt even opgeknapt en opgefrist worden. De locatie is prachtig, maar er is weinig echt in de buurt qua winkels en horeca. Daarnaast misten wij op het balkon wel echt een stukje privacy. Je kijkt zo bij de buren op hun balkon.

Na chegada não foram dadas instruções suficientes sobre cofre, códigos para entrar e sair, gestão da limpeza do quarto etc. No Booking não específica que há opção de comprar pequeno almoço à parte. Não havendo informação nenhuma e havendo fotografias de pequeno almoço, assumimos que estaria incluído.Este não é uma review ao hotel mas sim à informação que está na página do Booking.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Todo. Desde la atención de Rita a las instalaciones. El parking tiene plazas de sobra. Está todo muy cuidado y limpio. La habitación super amplia y equipada (como un mini apartamento). Una terraza grande privada con mesa y tumbonas. La piscina super agradable con el jardín y las tumbonas y una zona de barbacoa. Te dejan unos cafés, tés y dulces de cortesía pero además tienes a disposición más cosas que puedes comprar cuando quieras, incluidos algunos productos de artesanía. Además, puedes encargar el desayuno en cualquier momento y te lo llevan a la habitación (un desayuno completisimo). Buenísima relación calidad-precio.
Nada. Por decir algo, los muebles de la cocina tienen algo de humedad dentro, pero es lo esperable en la isla.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Apartamento con piscina en Sao Vicente, una zona menos turística que Ponta Delgada pero muy bien ubicada, justo en medio de la isla, ideal para recorrerla. Lo mejor, sin, duda, las espectaculares vistas del Atlántico.
Para 3-4 personas queda muy pequeño ya que el sofá cama se come todo el espacio. La cocina es minúscula y con muy pocos utensilios!! Es un apartatamento Más bonito que cómodo.

televisão parecia ser da guerra de 14, funcionárias tentaram abrir a porta pelas 9h da manhã sem bater à porta, sendo que o check-out é até às 11h. a varanda é capaz de ser muito bonita mas inacessível… não dá para abrir a janela. quanto à piscina, parecia que a água já não era mudada desde o verão passado, cheia de bichos e areia no fundo. jardim com bom espaço, mas aparenta estar abandonado com erva mal cuidada, o pé até até afunda. portão sempre aberto, aparentemente partido… se os vizinhos quiserem dar um mergulho ou estacionar o carro, estão à vontade porque ficou sempre tudo aberto. barulho de manhã até à noite. horrível.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026What a wonderful place. We can very much recommend staying here when you visit the island. We had a one-bedroom apartment with a view on the garden and pool. It was incredibly tranquil. The apartment is new and really clean, with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen. There's free parking on the property. The views out the back of the building, over the Atlantic, are stunning. You can enjoy them very well from the shared roof terrace. And finally, the staff are amazing, so helpful and sweet, we felt very welcome. Will definitely be back when we revisit Sao Miguel.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Das Zimmer war perfekt für zwei Leute, obwohl es ein Studio war, kam es einem durch die Raumtrennung eigentlich größer vor. Natürlich ist das Highlight der Ausblick auf das Meer. Unsere Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte eigentlich alles was man benötigt, nur Kaffeekapseln musste man extra bezahlen. Sehr toll fand ich auch, dass man vor Ort Fahrräder hatte, die man kostenfrei benutzen konnte. Sie sind jetzt nicht im Top Zustand, aber es ermöglichte es uns, die Gegend anderes zu erkunden.
- Zimmerservice kommt nur alle zwei Tage und obwohl wir drei Nächte da waren, kam keiner um das Zimmer sauber zu machen. - Die Balkons sind durch mittelhohe Bambusstäbe voneinander getrennt, heißt man hört und sieht viel von seinen Nachbarn. Das habe ich als ich die Unterkunft gebucht habe, nicht so erwartet.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Гарний новий готель. На самому березі океану! Тихе та красиве місце! Локація на півночі острова, до столиці Понта- Дельгаду 10 км на авто. У номері є все, чисто, охайно. Ліжко, диван, маленька кухня( можна приготувати їжу, є весь необхідний посуд, холодильник, єлектроплита, чайник та кавоварка), душ , тераса з краєвидом на океан!!! Дуже затишно та комфортно. На території готелю є басейн та лежаки. Паркінг входить у вартість.
Все ок, але трохи відчувається запах плісняви та затхлості коли заходиш у номер. Мені здається вентиляція не працює чи її немає взагалі.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Die Unterkunft scheint noch ziemlich neu zu sein und ist direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool- und Gartenblick und haben in der gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst gekocht. Es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine (Kaffee und Filter für die ersten Tage vorhanden), Teekocher, Mikrowelle und Backofen. Alles war ganz neu und das Appartment schön und modern möbliert. Es gibt auch einen Klapptisch und -Stühle um draussen zu sitzen. Personal ist zwar meist nicht vor Ort, doch über Telefon sehr gut erreichbar. Check-in sehr einfach mit hinterlegtem Schlüssel mit Codezugang. Ein wirklich sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Toller Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus und die Wohnung rochen super gut und waren sauber. Kleine Küche, in der sich auch mal etwas kochen lässt. Es gibt einen Pool, den wir im März noch nicht nutzen, in den Sommermonaten aber sicherlich eine nette Abkühlung ist.
Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte nicht.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Een heerlijke kamer op een geweldige plek! Wij hadden pech met het weer, maar het zwembad zal in de zomer zeker nog iets toevoegen.
Er was een verbouwing gaande op de benedenverdieping. Ondanks dat het niet al teveel overlast gaf was het fijn geweest dit van tevoren te weten. Ook hebben we geen enkel personeel gezien, dat voelde heel onpersoonlijk voor zo’n mooie locatie.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026We are a young couple and we stayed at this wonderful place for four days. Everything was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations. Considering that on the island it is almost necessary to rent a car in order to explore it properly, the location, slightly outside the main town of Ponta Delgada, is absolutely not a problem from a logistical point of view. The town can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and, in our opinion, the position of this property is actually even better. It is conveniently located halfway between the western and eastern sides of the island, making it easy to split the visits over two or more days. Most of all, the property overlooks the ocean, allowing you to enjoy your stay surrounded by the sounds and colors of nature. The rooms are clean, well organized, spacious, and modern. The view is amazing, and only the wind on some days can be a small downside, as it may make it harder to fully enjoy the terrace. The staff is extremely punctual, kind, and helpful, and the cleaning service is frequent and very efficient. We truly believe this is one of the best options available on the island, especially considering the excellent value.
Nothing that can be attributed to any fault/lack of the accommodation.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026The location directly on the sea is very very nice. Also the Apartment is modern and the terrace is nice too. Lot of parking space and it was absolutely clean. That you have the option to book a breakfast it’s nice too, especially when you arrive late in the evening.
There is no window in the bathroom, the weather was bad so we were not able to get the humidity out of the room - which made it hard that clothes and towels are getting dry again. We are not sure if the air condition is really working.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026The view out of the room is very nice. And you have private parking close to the house. There is a great dehumidifier, which works wonders.
Sadly there were constructions at the time we were there so sleeping in was not an option. Also the apartment had a funny smell.
