Excellent location, comfortable room with a nice terrace, spotless clean with firendly and helpful staff. Very quiet despite the busy location, extremely convenient adn great to walk around the city center, yet a metro station also just across the street, recommended!!

The only downside is the lack of gym or a pool but this is to be expected given the buidling

The place should have more than 1 functioning elevators. There was only 1 functioning elevator and it’s always full, causing delays and frustration.

The hotel is centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, places of interest. It's fully renovated in the inside, very nice and modern. The room itself is really comfortable, it has everything we need to stay with two girls, everybody has their own space in the room. It's also equiped with a washing machine, but you have to get your own laundry soap. Also they don't provide any dish washer detergent for the dishes, nor a sponge. The bedding equipment is very comfortable, the wardrobes and the living room as well. It has a sky bar where you can have breakfast with a view, we really enjoyed that. Breakfast itself is excellent, with a lot of options to choose from.

I didn't like the smell when we first entered the room, it smelled like pure bleach, it was not so pleasant, even though I appreciate they use bleach for cleaning, there are ways to avoid this. Also there were some lights which didn't work. And the window in our room was not very well attached or sealed, so a lot of noise came from the upper floor where the sky bar is and it was really annoying if you wanted to sleep at 10 or 11 pm for example. We told the reception person about this and they solved it the same day. We could still hear noises, but not so loud.

Very disappointing stay. The AC was not working properly, housekeeping was below standard, and the elevator situation was unacceptable. Only one elevator was working, and it was constantly crowded due to Sky Bar visitors. Later, none of the elevators were operational. The hotel should keep at least one elevator exclusively for residents. Overall, poor service and facilities, and I would not recommend this hotel.

I loved the convenience of the location and the size apt we had.

The noise from other balconies at 2- 3 am. Had to contact the front desk about the noise. The telephone in room didnt work. The elevator was down luckily there was another but with the Sky bar upstairs it was a long wait to have the elevator come down and up.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel Gran Via et la vue le soir sur la terrasse du restaurant. En demi-pension, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la qualité des menus proposés au restaurant le soir ainsi que le petit déjeuner très copieux le matin. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant.

Quelques défauts dans la chambres ont été remontés à l'accueil le jour de notre arrivée mais rien n'a été corrigé. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing. Il s'agissait des lampes suspendues de chaque côtés du lit qui étaient défectueuses ainsi que le bouchon du lavabo qui ne fermait pas. Grosse déception : Nous avons oublié un ballon de basket, que nous avions acheté spécialement pour un anniversaire, dans la chambre ou bien au moment de la récupération dans votre garde bagages. Après notre départ, nous avons contacté l'hôtel le jour suivant qui devait revenir vers nous mais aucun rappel ! Dommage !

They have two elevators one of them isn’t working and the other one takes years to reach you! Also, you can hear all the noise from Gran Via like you’re sitting in the middle of them.

Property is in the center of madrid, close to everything you might need. Gorgeous views of the city. Bed was really comfortable. Even though the street outside is loud, when all windows were closed you could barely hear anything. The staff was really friendly and helpful, 10/10.

Coffee machine was broken, terrace doors could not close/lock. Some of the amenities were missing in the room (like extra towel, slippers, toothbrush holder). TV only has a few channels, no netfllix or similar stream services. But we were only in room for a short time so its not a big deal.

Un solo ascensor en funcion lo cual se formaba un caos debido al rooftop. Esto afecto de sobremanera nuestra estadia con personas de 3ra edad.

המתנה ארוכה מאד כל פעם למעלית אחת בלבד, איטית מאד, המשרתת את כל אורחי המלון (כולל האורחים שבאים משעות אחה"צ ועד הלילה לבר בגג המלון). מעלית נוספת היתה תקולה ולא תוקנה.

Πολυ ανετο apartment με ευρυχωρο μπανιο, μεγαλη και ανετη κουζινα. Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη, ηταν πανω στον πιο κεντρικο δρομο της Μαδριτης. Εξαιρετικο πρωινο.

Το καταλυμα εχει skybar στον τελευταιο οροφο. Καθως εμεις μέναμε στον ακριβως απο κατω επικρατουσε λιγη φασαρια με αποτελεσμα να καθυστερησουμε να κοιμηθουμε.

The apartment was large (2BR) and well equipped. Comfortable and cleaned daily. Great location right in the center of Gran Via.

Only 1 elevator worked and with the rooftop bar the elevator was busy so wait times were quite long. Priority for hotel guests of course.

Everything is easily reachable and walkable from the hotel. The room was very spacious for a family of three. We had a few hiccups during our stay, regarding miscommunication with the reception before our arrival and only one working elevator (an issue when outside guests are queuing up to go to the rooftop terrace) - but it was all handled very well by the staff. Their attitude and attentiveness helped to make up for the issues.

It was rather noisy at night given that our room was facing the road, it was a weekend and people were late into the night.

The apartment had a kitchen, fridge, washing and drying machine. Comfortable bed, great pillows. Staff were great. Rooftoop bar too.

We were located on 3rd floor, interior look in inner yard, and we did not know whether is day or night how dark it was. We asked to be put in quiet room due to sleeping issue and we were put in room near elevator with constant noise caused by it. There is no normal wardrobe for 2 even if we booked bigger room. There were some shelves on room, did not get the use of it.

Location is excellent, apartment was spacious and very well furnished. The out-facing apartments could be noisy due to the main street proximity but the windows do their job to isolate the noise. During the night is quite. The inside facing apartment was generally quiet all the time but a bit darker. Kitchen was a highlight for me it has everything one needs to prep a meal. AC was wonderful in the heat. Breakfast was adequate - by adequate I mean yes was delicious but if you are there for more than 4 days it might get a bit boring as it repeats. Staff is friendly and very cooperative. It is clean and I appreciate that. I would like apologise to the girl at the reception as I am sure I came across a bit angry. I would like to thank her that she accommodated my request to input the details of e CC on my own. (See note for management in what I didn't like)

Elevators are a bit of nuisance, honestly it you can use the stairs. One thing I would advise the management to change is the way CCs Are handled. You don't need to know the CVC code for a transaction which will prompt me to approve the said transaction with my bank. There are other ways of having the cc on record e.g. using the pre authorisation functionality of the pos terminal. I would like apologise to the girl at the reception as I am sure I came across a bit angry. I would like to thank her that she accommodated my request to input the details on my own. Parking situation is not well thought of, 30ish euro per night is noticeable. Do look for public parkings near by they are available.

Los almohadones del sofá cama del living se salen con facilidad. Deberían verlo. Podrían agregar un horno en la cocina. El resto estuvo muy bien! Solo como crítica constructiva esos pequeños detalles.

nous avions reservé une chambre avec deux lits et finalement un seul lit / pas de flexibilité.

A Gran vián a Plaza de Callaoval szemben. Szuper környék, kicsit hangos éjszaka, de sokáig lehet aludni, mert reggel későn kezd a környék éledeni. A szálloda szuper, nagyon kényelmes családi szobánk volt konyhával. A reggeli változatos, bőséges, sok gyümölccsel, zöldséggel és többféle frissen készített gyümölcslével. A reggelit a 10. emeleti bárban szolgálják fel, csodás kilátással.

Az épület 10 emeletes, de csak az egyik lift működöt, ami egyébként is elég lassan járt. Ráadásul délutánonként és este sokan igyekeztek a tetőbárba, ami miatt még többet kellett liftre várni. (mi a harmadikon kaptunk szobát, szóval a legtöbbször inkább a lépcsőt használtuk.)

Hotel location is perfect. One bedroom apartment size is acceptable. Kitchen well equipped. Breakfast is good . View from roof top is nice. Staff is helpful and they respond immediately on WhatsApp. Clean the room is good.

They have serious issue about the lift. During 6 days stay only one lift was working and the other was out of order. So waiting time for lift is so long.. had to take the stair to go down 3 times. Also they keep only 2 coffee pods and they charge for any additional.

La limpieza, la ubicacion, la amplitud de la habitacion y la terraza que tenia el aprtamento con unas vistas espectaculares. Muy bien tambien la terraza donde se desayuna y el roof top para tomar una copa.

Por buscar alguna cosa ...a veces, el ascensor tardaba ya que habia mucha gente utilizandolos.

The location was very good there was everything you could think of in the neighbourhood. I liked the apartment feel and that it had a washing machine that we could use so overall good value for our money.

The hallways were kind of dark and only one elevator was working during our stay.

Location was good for accessing the sights near the city center, but the location also comes with extreme crowds and noise (although the room itself was rather quiet), which is not fun to deal with.

The entrance requires guests to haul luggage up about 5 steps (no ramp; no instructions or available staff for using the electric lift). The one working elevator was too small and too slow—and doubly frustrating when other guests don’t know how to use it (key card), causing us (on the 9th floor) to miss the elevator several times while they figure it out.

Excelente ubicación, personal atento. La habitación resultó muy cómoda, con todos los servicios necesrios para pasar varios días con comodidad.

Tiene disponible un solo ascensor para las habitaciones, rooftop y proveedores y las demoras para su uso son excesivas.
