I had a wonderful stay at Dear Hotel. The atmosphere was lovely, the hotel was comfortable, and the service made the experience even better. A special thank you to Mariana at reception for the warm welcome. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you, Mariana, and the whole Dear Hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!

Dear Hotel is gorgeous, it's centrally-located, smack-bang in the city centre making it so easy to get around on foot or with public transport. It is a bit difficult for taxis to find parking near the hotel because it is on a busy street - this isn't a big deal at all - just something to keep in mind when you're arriving from the airport. I found the room spacious and had lots of natural light (which is a personal preference of mine). I also love that there is a steamer in the room. It's hard not to mention the rooftop bar and pool which is a distinguishing feature of the hotel.

Not a deal-breaker but I would recommend a kettle in the individual rooms - the hotel already supplies a fridge and coffee station in each room but the hot/cold water stations are located in one central area on each floor which isn't super convenient.

Location was perfect. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good quality and a great buffet spread. Rooftop bar was a highlight.

Very small criticism but the bedside tables were strange! Would have liked a regular side table with levels to allow for electronics and books.

Great location, beautiful rooftop overlooking Madrid and of course the swimming pool which was much needed in the heat. There was always a bodyguard in front of the hotel or on the first floor which was nice.

The location by the Plaza de Espana was great plus right next to the metro station. Easy walking distance to cafes & restaurants. The top floor (15th) outside bar and plunge pool is great. The 360 degree views of the city are superb. The breakfast was very very good, a wide choice and great quality. The staff were very friendly & accommodating (forgot to book a breakfast slot for Sunday morning so only 11:20 available, however the restaurant staff managed to squash us in around 9:40……very good)

Location is great! Loved how comfortable the beds were. Really modern hotel, lovely staff and beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise at the rooftop bar/pool.

No es que no me gustara sino que la piscina es pequeña, si lo coges por tener piscina.

Très bien situé et quelle vue la terrasse sur le toit offre! Le personnel est très sympathique et aidant. Le déjeuner est très bon.

La salle de bain qui est un peu sombre et le drain de la douche qui fonctionnait pas bien.

Perfecte lokatie. Top uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. We kregen een upgrade en hadden daardoor 2 suites op de 10e verdieping. Uitgebreid ontbijt op het dakterras.koffie en thee op de kamer. Gratis drinkwater op de gang. Naast de ingang loop je zo de metro in en de bushaltes zijn ook voor de deur. Maar ook lopend via de Gran Via loop je zo naar de meeste topattracties.

Een van de kamers had geen bureau Dat was lastig met werken op de laptop. Zwembad ging al om 17.00 uur dicht.

very small pool, there are not even sunbeds, there is nowhere to swim, it looks like a children's pool for adults. When we arrived there was a terrible smell of chlorine and it was impossible to breathe. We took a room for three, but it was very small for three people.

The hotel is on the Gran Via, which is an excellent location to reach other areas in the city. Even though you’re on a busy street, we have no complains about outside noise. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful, this goes for the hosts and the housekeepers! We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We’re really glad we chose this accommodation! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is superb, and the room amenities had everything we needed. The hotel is also kept exceptionally clean throughout all areas, which was great to see. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!

The property is very clean and luxurious. It’s central in Madrid so most things are walking distance but the metro line is right outside as well.

Favoloso soggiorno! Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 e tutto il personale è davvero cordiale, disponibile e sempre sorridente. L’hotel si trova in piena Gran Vía, in una posizione davvero eccellente e super comoda per visitare Madrid e spostarsi in città. Bellissimo anche il rooftop, molto curato e frequentato, che offre un’atmosfera davvero piacevole. La pulizia delle camere è ottima e abbiamo trovato tutto molto ordinato e confortevole.

Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, la piscina è piuttosto piccola e non molto intima, perché si trova all’ultimo piano, proprio nella zona del rooftop, quindi è accessibile anche agli ospiti che frequentano quest’area. Per questo motivo, purtroppo, non l’abbiamo utilizzata.

No pasaron a limpiar nuestra habitación en todo el día. Estuvo la habitación vacía de 7.30 y a 14:00 y de 16:00 en adelante y no pasaron ni nos comentaron para pasar más tarde.. y estaba el cartel puesto para que la limpiasen.

Amazing stay in Madrid! The rooftop view and pool are absolutely perfect. The location is ideal: right on Gran Vía, close to all main attractions, with the metro and bus stations right outside the front door. Even though you are in the heart of the action, the soundproofing is unbelievable — once you close the window, all noise disappears and you get a perfectly quiet night's sleep. Special thanks to Celia and Mr. Janković for their exceptional professionalism. Highly recommended!

The restaurant was closed for dinner to allow staff to be off for vacation. This caused only a slight inconvenience for us.
