Reception desk very helpful- easy to get public bus to beaches ie Karon or Patong! Special mention to the main man on reception (didn’t catch his name) but he was so helpful!

Arbern Hostel feels safe, inviting, welcoming - especially important to single female travellers, and the surrounding environment feels friendly and safe too. Great location to expplore Old Town Phuket and surrounding places. Excellent location to catch the airport bus which can be flagged down right outside the hostel.
