Amazing experience, staff very kind and the room was great with a pretty nice view of the city. 2min to the metro station making it ideal to go either to the city or to the airport.

The room-elevator card scanner was slow and somewhat inconsistent. The air conditioner was rather loud.

Mina försök till dialog med hotellet om detta har inte heller hanterats professionellt utan jag avvaktar fortfarande svar från hotellet. Jag hade förväntat mig mer av en professionell kedja som Hyatt.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, especially Irma who made us feel so special, but personally delivering celebratory balloons and treats for our anniversary! Brad shares were easily accessible and it was close to everything. Very nice breakfast too!

There was nothing too concerning, just it’s a little bit dated, and while the bed was good, some of the actual pillows and bedding could use an upgrade.

Location to the metro, to Iwo Jima Memorial, to food, and to Highway was all great! The bed was comfortable minus the extremely flat pillows. The shower/bathroom was very nice.

The pillows. So flat. The water in the lobby was a great offering, but they did not keep it filled as they should with record heat. Basic black coffee offering seems like a reasonable thing to have available for your guests.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric Arlington! The location couldn’t have been better—everything was convenient, and the Metro is just steps from the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get into Washington, D.C. If you’re traveling with kids, the Metro’s long escalator is practically an amusement ride by itself and was a highlight for our family! The staff was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. It wasn’t just the big things—it was the small acts of kindness and attention to detail that made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect home base for exploring the area. Between the excellent location, exceptional staff, and easy access to public transportation, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great location, great staff, and a great overall stay. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Arlington/Washington, D.C., area! Parking garage is a little tight in a pickup truck

This hotel is excellently located a 3-5 min walk away from Rosslyn station, which has nonstop trains to DCA, IAD and downtown DC. It also has frequent bun service to Georgetown, just across the river. This makes it an ideal spot for visitors to the DC metro area. The hotel itself is showing its age in some areas, but is still well maintained and clean. The staff, specially the manager Mahmut was welcoming, warm and friendly.

Great views from the rooms. Awesome coffee shop and breakfast buffet on second floor. Convenient to downtown areas and easy to get to. Parking options as well

Location, Pleasant room. Welcoming staff. Restaurant whilst the menu was limited choice was good. The seafood salad, particularly as we are talking hotel restaurants, was excellent as was the lamb with Greek salad. The lady in charge, (sorry I forgot her name) was friendly and efficient. The egg station at breakfast was good

My one criticism is that the breakfast food was not kept at the correct temperature. In fact the bacon, sausage scrambled eggs etc were in the zone where if kept that way for too long, ( more than a couple of hours) they become a health hazard). A few continental options.. ham cheese tomatoes etc would also provide a bit more variety when staying for a few days especially if you don't like sweet foods for breakfast..

Our family returned to the Hyatt Centric Arlington for a one-night stay this past weekend, and it reminded us why we like this property. The customer service here continues to be excellent. Checking In We were checked in by Mahmut, who we actually remembered from a prior stay when he assisted us with a suite upgrade via text. This time, we needed a standard 2 Queen Bed room for the four of us. Mahmut was incredibly welcoming and efficient. He even stepped in to take our keys and coordinate the valet when the attendant was away from the podium. He also made sure extra water and towels were promptly delivered to our room, which we really appreciated. Room Accommodations The double queen room was very clean and provided a comfortable night's sleep. While the footprint is a bit compact, it is very typical for the market and perfectly fine for a short stay. Breakfast Update Breakfast was covered under our Globalist status. The meal was good, but we did note that the live omelet/egg station from our previous visit wasn't running. It’s possible this was just due to the holiday weekend schedule, but worth noting if you've stayed here before. Staff Recognition The highlights of our stay were definitely the interactions with the staff. During check-out, Cindy was wonderful and efficiently took care of our breakfast credits. We also enjoyed a great chat with Irma. Between Mahmut, Cindy, and Irma, the front desk team provides fantastic hospitality. We will definitely be back.

The manager Mamoot ( I hope I smell his name correctly) was nice and professional.

I was not pleased with my stay. Once entering the rooms, there was a strong mildew-like smell, almost as if the carpet had not fully dried. It made the room feel damp and uncomfortable. I was also disappointed that there were no microwaves available in the rooms. The only microwave was located in the main lobby, which meant having to carry food downstairs and wait in line just to warm it up. Overall, this was very inconvenient and negatively affected the experience.

Friendly staff and great service

We stayed in Hyatt Centric Arlington on the return leg of our trip to Virginia. The hotel is very conveniently located near Rosslyn Metro Station on SILVER Line, which made it very easy to reach Washington Dulles International Airport for our return flight. The Reception Staff are very welcoming and friendly. In particular, we were dealing with a very pleasant and most helpful young lady - IRMA, checking us in and checking us out the following day. The hotel is very modern, well designed and bright. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was a pleasure to use their very efficient elevators. The elevators were exceptionally fast in comparison with many other hotels. The METRO is vey easy to use and even on our departure day we managed to do some sight seeing, returning to the hotel for our luggage and and making our way to Dulles International Airport without any rush. This was not our first trip to Washington DC, but now we would not hesitate to use this hotel again as a first choice when we travel to Washington DC again.

I cancelled five minutes after I booked so I never stayed there. I am waiting to be told they are refunding the $$ as I called Booking as well as the Hyatt. Both said the other had to make the decision to refund me. I am very upset with Booking.com. They did not help at all and said it was up to the Hyatt.

Location going into Washington was great to take the Metro in. The hotel was very clean and the night time manager was exceptional. Rooms were clean and parking available too.

I have stayed at this Hyatt Centric for years. This most recent visit was my favorite. The front desk manager gave me a wonderful welcome, explained the benefits of my reservation (I had forgotten that breakfast was included), and made sure I received everything I needed. Excellent service. Great location, nice facilities, and not a huge hotel - just the right size for a professional visit.

La habitación era muy confortable y el baño estaba en buenas condiciones. Viajé con mi hijo pequeño y, en la última noche, Christopher de la recepción tuvo un gesto amable al regalarle una pequeña manualidad, lo cual fue muy agradable.

Aunque sabíamos que nuestra tarifa no incluía el desayuno, el costo de 25 USD por persona resulta algo elevado en comparación con otras opciones disponibles en los alrededores.

I wanted to cancel our reservations. I tried online but no confirmation so next day I called Hotel number. When I got to reservation option - it hung up . So then I went to website to reservation site and when I put in my confirmation #, it didn't recognize it. So then I emailed and absolutely NO response. Lucky I have over a month to see if I can get anyone to answer.

Had to move to a different room at 3:00 am due to an ice machine down the hall that sounded like glass breaking all through the night. Got placed in a different room that was equally as noisy. This hotel is very antiquated and worn. The only good thing about it is its location.
