Nous avons passé une première nuit dans une chambre dont la climatisation était défaillante. En pleine nuit, elle s’est mise à souffler de l’air chaud. Vers 3 h du matin, la température dans la chambre devait avoisiner les 38 °C. En plein été, nous attendions évidemment de pouvoir bénéficier d’une chambre fraîche et confortable. Nous avons été contraints d’éteindre la climatisation et de supporter la chaleur toute la nuit, d’autant plus que les fenêtres étaient bloquées et ne pouvaient pas être ouvertes. La direction nous a proposé de changer de chambre pour la deuxième nuit. Malheureusement, nous avons rencontré exactement le même problème : la climatisation a fonctionné correctement jusqu’à environ 23 h, puis elle s’est mise à ne faire que de la ventilation, sans produire d’air froid. Suite à nos plaintes, un technicien est finalement intervenu pour notre dernière nuit. La climatisation a de nouveau fonctionné pendant un certain temps, mais elle s’est malheureusement remise à ne faire que de la ventilation par la suite. Au final, nous avons donc passé nos trois nuits dans des conditions très inconfortables, sans climatisation fonctionnelle, malgré nos signalements répétés et le changement de chambre.

The place was very comfortable and excellently equipped.

The place smelled as though smoking had previously been allowed indoors and they haven’t been able to completely get rid of the odor. Unless there is still a smoking section, which could explain the unpleasant smell we noticed. I didn’t like being charged $20 per night for parking, especially since this fee was not disclosed anywhere beforehand. Additionally, while using the computer in the lobby, I noticed that some guests were charged the parking fee while others were not.

Super großes Zimmer (Suite eben), hätte ich nicht gebraucht, aber was soll es. Gutes Frühstück, sogar mit Porzellan und Glas und richtigem Besteck.

Preis Recht hoch, aber es ist Washington (naja, nah dran)! Dafür aber eben auch eine Suite.

Easy access to the metro and the fact that they allowed us to check in early.

Housekeeping us done twice a week. They indicate that you can request for the service anytime but it doesnt work. I made such a request and was told the only thing they do is change the towels. The aircon also makes some loyd noise..

Booked a two bedroom suite and surprisingly i got three bedrooms, two with single beds and one with double. The suite was spacious, cozy, well. Maintained and very clean.

Probably the breakfast timing which starts at 6 and ends at 9 which is way too early noting that a lot of people on holiday to relax so why wake up so early just to eat breakfast quickly?? Maybe one more hour extension.

Location is excellent. Easy to travel to DC. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The elevators were a little slow. And, not enough of them. But, not terrible.

Stanza grande con possibilità di utilizzo cucina, anche se prenotato per 4 e c erano solo 3 sedie. Una discussione con la persona al front office per avere la 4. Struttura molto datata e abbastanza lontana dal centro di washington, noi ci muovavamo sempre con uber il cui prezzo era lo stesso per 4 biglietti della metro.

Stanza molto ampia, con grande frigo e cucina, bagno ampio, posizione ottima ad Arlington, comoda la lavanderia al piano.

Stanza non molto pulita e piuttosto vecchi i mobili.

The location was great to get to the metro. We had a large room with plenty of space for the family and a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking.

Posizione ottima, vicino a metro , in contesto tranquillo e sicuro. Appartamento spazioso con cucina ben attrezzata. Letti comodi. Chiedete il balcone,le finestre si aprono troppo poco... Personale davvero preparato e gentile!

Proximity to the airport as my flight was cancelled and I was rebooked for a 6:30am new flight.

Veľmi dobré raňajky a reálnymi príbormi a taniermi. V jednotlivé dni boli raňajky trochu odlišné a podávali ich už od 6:00. PC aj s tlačiarňou plne funkčné. Dobrá dostupnosť k metru v príjemnej rezidenčnej časti.

Hotel pôsobil, že už má svoje odžité a potreboval by modernizáciu, určite výťahy.

Schöne Lage im Viertel Arlington , 7 Gehminuten zur nächsten Metro Station courthouse. Blick auf s Memorial Monument und Kapitol zum Sonnenaufgang - sehr besonders . Frühstück reichlich und wurde immer aufgefüllt , Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich , alles sehr sauber .

Nagyon hangos a szobában a hűtő. Éjszakára ki kellett húzni a konnektorból, hogy tudjunk aludni. Aki sok időre veszi igénybe és tele akarja pakolni, annak nem ajánlom, ha aludni is szeretne éjszaka.

The smell is oful. It could be the carpet on the floor or maybe mold. The moment you exit the elevators the smell is unbearable. Same smell also in the room. The bathroom was furnished most likely in the ‘80s. Breakfast is very poor : eggs and sausages everyday and tasteless pancakes. I’ve travelled to 40 countries in the world, this was the worst hotel of all.

We liked everything

Friendly, efficient staff. Clean. Above average hotel breakfast buffet--real plates, glasses, coffee cups, etc. Beds comfortable. From 8th floor breakfast room, there is a nice view of the Washington monument, etc. Being a Court Suite, it was a large, spacious room

Stayed four nights, and air conditioner barely worked at all the last two days. Facility is dated. Somewhat expensive for age of hotel.

La atención del personal demasiado básica! Solo una hablaba español, con el resto era imposible entendernos. Cuando me tocó hacer check out a las 11, a pesar de haberme alojado 1 semana completa con ellos me fueron a buscar 2 veces a la habitación insistiendo para que hiciera el check out cuando aún eran las 10 am, se ve que precisaban la habitación para otra persona pero yo estaba dentro de mi horario. La ubicación es lejos de todo. Viaje en verano y había que caminar mucho para acceder algún local. Sí o sí se debe usar metro o alquilar auto. El ascensor se trancó varias veces. Los pasillos fue muy sofocante el calor y el olor a encierro. No hay gimnasio, ni piscina y por el precio que tiene lo veo relativamente caro para no tender nada en comparación a otros que cobrarán lo mismo y tenían alguna característica importante. No volvería! Tuve que elegirlo ya que tenía un evento esa semana pero nada conforme! Si quieren salir a caminar y tener una tienda o súper no lo recomiendo! La zona hermosa, pero no para hacer turismo.

The cleaning staff was nice and friendly. The front desk staff was not friendly and some front staff bordered on confrontational.

The bed was comfy and clean. The breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. The hotel location was near Arlington which is why we chose it. Staff was very nice and we liked the snack bar. It was also nice to be able to do laundry - very helpful.

We wished breakfast went until 10:00 instead of 9:00. We didn't like the fact that there was very little toilet paper (our reservation was for a week). I also felt a bit misled that the ad for the hotel said "restaurant" ... I wanted to be able to go to a restaurant for dinner, but really all it offered was breakfast for 3 hours, which is not the same. The kitchen in the room did not have enough silverware (plates for 3, cups and glasses for 2, silverware for 1).

location was great. Had laundry facilities. Staff were friendly enough, bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was ok and changed each day, just got quite busy at times.

Hotel was a let down, photos made it look better than it was, it was very old and tired, the room was clean but felt grubby, very old decor in the room espcially the kitchen area, the cutlery drawer was dirty, carpet was tired and flat and when we walked in there was an awful smell.

Velmi pohodlná postel, která nebyla měkká jako v ostatních ubytováních. Dostatečný tlak vody ve sprše. Snídaně celkem ok.

Museli jsme zaplatit tři depozity za jeden pokoj kvůli poruše systému. Nápomocní lidé z recepce nam pomohli problém vyřešit.

Purtroppo 2 ascensori su 3 erano guasti; Il lavandino si intasava molto facilmente; Il corridoio non era molto profumato e gli arredi abbastanza antiquati. Sicuramente non un 4 stelle ma massimo 3

Breakfast was a hit every morning, staff was wonderful.

The vents were not cleaned, covered in dust. The elevator was small and slow only part of them worked.. extremely hot at night.

The hotel offers a daily hot breakfast with a nice view from the top floor, has larger than average rooms with kitchenettes, and has a small gym.

I’ve stayed here twice but the first stay went better. This time there were problems with the air conditioning not working in July, poor water pressure in the shower, and virtually no hot water - I tried various times during the day and night. The king bed felt old and saggy to me. This time the price was higher and with the inconvenience of being farther from DC attractions, the value just wasn’t there this time.

For the 3 nights we stayed there no one came even to through the garbage. The A/C in the room smelled badly.

Para una familia de 4 personas es muy cómodo y amplio. La suite tenia sala,comedor, cocina, espacios amplios.

El personal de recepción no son amables, nunca en los 3 dias llegaron a limpiar la habitación, a pesar de que lo solicitamos.

The location is great - close to the DC Metro which gives access to the capital. (Note that if you are visiting Arlington Cemetery you basically need a car.)

The breakfast lacked variety, so if you are staying for more than a few days it will become a bit boring.

Doskonała lokalizacja. Blisko metro oraz restauracje. Bardzo duży apartament. Możliwość skorzystnia z pralni i suszarni.

Hotelwymaga odświeżenia, ale stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo dobry.

Viajamos en familia. El hotel es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Una decoración un poco antigua pero todo limpio y con lo necesario para un estadia comoda. Nos permitieron guardar las maletas antes de la hora del checkinn esto nos permitió salir a pasear comodos. El desayuno está muy bien, con frutas, jugos, café, cereal, panes variados, panquecas....la ubicación es perfecta, solo tomar en cuenta que la estación del tren/metro queda a pocas cuadras pero es una pendiente medio intensa . En la plaza donde está la estacion del tren hay minimarket y lugares para comer. Igual el hotel tiene una pequeña venta de galletas, sodas.

Un dia el aire acondicionado dejó de enfriar, sin embargo la atención de nuestra llamada fue casi inmediata. Vino el tecnico a revisar y ajustó para que comenzara a enfriar de nuevo. Incluso nos ofrecieron otra habitación si no estabamos comodos con la temperatura en la habitación.

The AC was broken and we were not told this until we were ready to check in. We had actually arrived 2 hours earlier but were not told about the situation even at that point. As temps were upwards of 35 degrees celsius we had no choice but to cancel the booking and look elsewhere. I understand that these things can happen but the hotel could have given us warning about the situation. Luckily we found an alternative hotel without difficulty however we had to pay an additional sum of money for our 3 night stay. Very disappointing customer service indeed.

Staff sleeping at front desk, flickering light in the bathroom. Hair on the bed. Room not properly cleaned. Waiting in a line to check in.

O café da manhã é muito bom, mas a sala é pequena para tantas pessoas e há filas. Quarto com geladeira, pia, fogão, máquina de lavar louças, pratos, talheres. Quarto com 2 camas grandes. Próximo ao hotel fica o Rocky Run Park, que é ótimo para crianças.

Mobília e decoração antigos. O hotel fica a cerca de 15 minutos andando da estação de metrô e de um Whole Foods, e estávamos em grupo com idosos e crianças. Tivemos que fazer muitas viagens de Uber e Lyft. A geladeira do nosso quarto teve problema e foi trocada. A máquina de lavar louças também apresentou problemas e foi resolvido. A máquina de gelo do 2º andar não funcionou e tive de ir ao 7º andar pegar gelo.

Difficult hotel to navigate with any mobility issues. Rooms very dated, chipped/scuffed paint, old appliances. Was told that all items served at breakfast contain gluten. If you have any special needs inquire with property if they can be accommodated before booking.

The air conditioner was very loud and kept waking me up at night when it kicked on. Someone staying in our room before us, cooked something strong smelling in the room. The smell lingered and was not a pleasant smell to us.

I loved the balcony and the view. We could see the Washington monument from our balcony. It was a short walk to the metro and we enjoyed seeing some of the area.

Everything suited our visit.

We liked the location and size of the room. Room was also had a well equipped kitchen.

They didn’t clean room and change towels every day. It had to be requested for cleaning every other day. On a stay of 4 nights it only got done once after requesting several times and being ignored. TV was small. Although breakfast was included the food was not of a particularly high standard. There was only one armchair in a large room - a sofa would have been preferable.
