Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο αργά το βράδυ μετά από μια πολύ δύσκολη μέρα και τα κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιόν μας υποδέχτηκαν με ένα ζεστό χαμόγελο και μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε από την πρώτη στιγμή πολύ όμορφα. Όλοι ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, very clean and in a wonderful neighbourhood.

Personnel tres sympathique, hôtel bien placé. Le seul bémol : les touristes qui ne respectent pas forcément la propreté et notamment aux abords de la piscine et les toilettes de la piscine. Peut être faudrait il un peu plus de surveillance à cet endroit.

Il manque des rondes autour de la piscine pour la propreté, demander aux gens d attacher leurs cheveux et aussi aux gens de ne pas bloquer les transat avec des serviettes toute la journée.

Super freundliches Personal, wunderschönes Hotel, sei es die Lobby oder das Zimmer. Lage ist auch gut, mit der Metro ist man innert 10 Minuten in der Altstadt.

La ubicación, la habitación muy cómoda todo muy limpio, el personal de limpieza muy simpáticos y amables, al igual que el personal de recepción, y la disponibilidad del estacionamiento ya que es muy importante.

La cama era dura. Quizás quitaría la moqueta de los pasillos.

Het was enorm fijn dat er elke dag gekuist werd in de kamer. Daarnaast was het altijd zeer fris binnen en lagen de bedden enorm goed. We hebben echt goed geslapen, wat helpt bij een citytrip!

Het zwembad is best wel ‘saai’ en niet zo diep. In de nacht kan het heel koud worden in de kamer, dus een donsdeken was dijn geweest.

Room was complete and as expected. Air conditioning worked well considering we visited during a week with temperatures of 38-40. The hotel was easy to reach and well connected to public transportation. There are nice breakfast spots nearby. The concierge was very helpful.

It is slightly farther from the city center, which can be a pro or a con depending on your preference.

La decoración, el tamaño de la habitación con una macro ventana y una macro televisión, un baño precioso con amenities de Rituals. Tiene piscina en la primera planta. Está muy bien! Recomendable y para repetir.

Beautiful hotel with contemporary decor. Room was very comfortable with good quality bed linen and towels. Good storage for clothes and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and room was cleaned every day and complimentary water was topped up in the fridge daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Carmen in the dining room was especially lovely. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold items and the dining room had a lovely light and airy feel. We loved the hotel and location near the underground was very convenient. We will definitely stay again.

La insonorización de la habitación no existe por ningún lado. Se escucha como accionan los interruptores las habitaciones del lado, el compresor de la nevera cuando se enciende te enteras. La puerta de la habitación no aísla tampoco nada. Como los de las habitaciones vecinas sean personas normales de las que hablan y miran la tele, te vas a enterar de todo. En fin. Mucho trabajo para mejorar.

Reserve en otro establecimiento cercano en sevilla con booking, y al llegar a Rentalsevilla no estaba la habitación hecha. Hice la reserva a las 23.40 de la noche en Hesperia Sevilla y a los 10' ya estaba en una habitación maravillosa. Trato rápido, impecable y hotel de 10. Michas gracias

Not being able to eat in hotel but next door restaurant franchise- we couldn’t take our drinks in from the bar when I couldn’t finish mine before others and go into sit down

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait de ne pas avoir consommé mon petit-déjeuner que j'ai payé pour deux personnes le samedi, vu que le restaurant ouvre à 8h et que je dois partir à 7h30. Je n'avais pas cette information. Si je l'avais eue, j'aurais pu ne pas payer de petit-déjeuner le samedi et préparer quelque chose au lieu de partir sans rien manger le matin, surtout pour un voyage vers Barcelone où la route est longue. J'aimerais bien que le site Booking intervienne pour me rembourser les deux petits-déjeuners non consommés.

La piscine est juste un bassin d' un mètre de profondeur, c'est une remarque qui est loin d' être essentielle pour un séjour dans Séville.

La puerta del baño no cierra, queda un espacio entre el marco y la puerta. Esto reduce la intimidad y el confort. El bote de crema corporal estaba vacío.

The hotel was tidy but sure it was running on a skeleton staff,but other than that just a normal expectations for a four star hotel.

They ran out of wine on day2 and when I said well get some at the supermarket they laughed. The beds are on wheels never seen this before always rolling away from headboard until u look and they have brakes like an hospital bed lol and very firm. The plungers in bathroom for the shampoo and shower soap had jab solid on two occasions. Pool very small and sunbeds short supply and need a v.good clean and no control by anyone re saving.Pity about the restaurant they need to really look at the menu.

Posizione comoda per le mie esigenze. Spaziosa la zona piscina/solarium. Stanza silenziosa.

Moquette e tappezzeria nelle parti comuni molto buie. La stanza stessa era poco illuminata. All'arrivo un asciugamano doccia e uno mani erano macchiati. Essendo sola ho usato gli altri e l'indomani sono stati sostituiti.

The staff at Hesperia were exceptional. So helpful, informative, and kind. Great location in the city, right next to the metro line with the heartbeat of the City only a couple of stops away.

Było cicho w pokojach. Wspaniałe wnętrza połączenie modern i tradycji hiszpańskiej. Bardzo czysto. Sprzątanie super i czyste ręczniki codziennie. Basen był dobrą rekreacją. Bardzo blisko z hotelu do zabytków w Sewilii. Polecam pokój z tarasem na piętrze. Bardzo byłam zadowolona.

Room with facilities as a mini refrigerator and a large TV screen. The location is well served by small restaurants and easy access to public transportation (metro, bus), and is very close to shopping malls.

Breakfast is sorted, but it could be more varied in cakes, fruits, and fruit juices. Maybe a daily menu selection could be a differentiator.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Verbindungstür, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten unglaublich bequem! Parkplatz direkt daneben, 25Euro pro Tag!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation. The pool was also great and a lovely place to relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I had a very good stay at Hesperia Hotel Sevilla. The hotel was peaceful, clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Luckily we had bidet in one of our rooms but not all rooms have this. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices, although it would be great if the hotel could offer some halal options for Muslim guests. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool. It was lovely and relaxing, although the pool could be a little deeper. The location was very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities surrounding the hotel, there were few halal places close by which was convenient making it easy to get around and enjoy Seville. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would happily recommend Hesperia Hotel Sevilla. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Good quality hotel at a reasonable price. Stayed here last year and didn’t hesitate to come back. Choosing a standard room this time, it was spacious, cleaned daily, and provisioned with a safe and mini fridge. Bedding was changed mid-week, and towels daily. The room overlooks the car park and La Cerveceria Catalina restaurant, so not a great view but ok. Staff are pleasant, though receptionists could make more effort to engage guests as they pass the desk - most tend to keep their heads down, staring intently at their computer screens. The bar area is pretty dead in the evenings, with just the odd couple of people or family watching the football which seems to be permanently playing on the giant TV. A covered outdoor area adjacent to the bar is available to sit in, though I don’t think this is obvious to guests. It does seem to get the lights turned off at 11pm, regardless of whether anybody is still sat in there, when they stop serving at the bar! The pool area is decent for a city hotel. The pool is raised some six or seven feet from the floor area, so if you have small children then you can’t watch them from your sunbed. Towels are self-served from the entrance to the pool area. The pool seems to be busier in the afternoons - maybe from 2pm. It’s generally pleasantly quiet but one gripe is that this year there have been a couple of days where guests have decided they would play their music loudly from bluetooth speakers rather than use headphones. One occasion was from a low room balcony overlooking the pool, the other from the pool area itself. It’s very inconsiderate of other users of a common area. Unfortunately, it was young English tourists showing the lack of etiquette and bringing the Ibiza vibe. There are no pool guards watching over this area, so anything goes. That said, there is a small hut from which drinks and snacks are now served by a couple of staff members, but they don’t walk the floor to check on guest needs or keep order. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we were room only. There are plenty of places just minutes from the hotel to eat breakfast, lunch or evening meal though. The Nervión metro stop is literally a minutes walk from the hotel and then it’s three short stops into the heart of the city - to Puerta JereZ - where many other eateries can be found. The metro is cheap too - 5 days travel to and from the city for two people has cost €8 in total. There’s a couple of large shopping centres five minutes walk from the hotel - the Nervión, with a Carrefour at the bottom of it, and then at the opposite end of the road there’s another which is more like a John Lewis store. The Sevilla football stadium is also located here. All-in-all, a decent quality hotel which offers a good base from which to explore the city.

Wonderful staff all round from reception staff, house keeping, bar and breakfast. They all made us feel extremely welcome. The outside pool space is nice to have with loungers, umbrellas and a little drinks area selling smoothies etc. Great location with shops, metro, tram and bus stops all within a minute or two walk. We also highly recommend the bar next to the hotel selling delicious tapas. We will definitely stay here again when back in Sevilla. Gracias

Great hotel, a reasonably spacious room with terrace leading out to the pool area. Although very pretty inside, all very beige concrete around pool outside. I would have a few planters with easy to maintain succulents to add a bit of colour. Also the amazing big gym next door which is everything you could want in a gym costs 18 euros for a day pass. Surely the hotel could find this? Otherwise a lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, la decoración del hotel, la amabilidad de los empleados, la limpieza, el baño muy limpio, grande y cómodo.

La piscina es demasiado pequeña para tanta gente en el hotel y estaba masificada. Las habigaciones no estan insonorizadas como dicen ya que podíamos oir la tv de la habitación contigua.

Le personnel n’était pas très courtois et manquait de réactivité. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu le sentiment d’être dévisagés, comme si nous étions des intrus. Le personnel de l’accueil a commencé à nous parler en espagnol, puis a terminé en anglais, sans aucune raison apparente, ce qui était assez déroutant. Aucune précision ne nous a été donnée concernant l’heure du check-out ni le tarif du parking. J’avais pourtant demandé explicitement le prix du parking, mais le personnel a évité de répondre à la question. Nous avons finalement payé 25 €, ce qui nous semble extrêmement cher compte tenu du fait que nous sommes restés de 16h environ jusqu’à 11h le lendemain.

Excellent hotel and service. Helpful & friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Large rooms with lovely contemporary decor throughout. Very reasonably priced drinks & food. Nothing was too much trouble, 30 minute walk from Seville centre and metro just outside the hotel. Lovely chilled atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Good location next to metro. However, very little sunbeds available outside during the day and kindle was taken from our room. When reported to the staff, they said there’s nothing they can do about this and said we probably left it somewhere else!

La colchoneta que llaman sofá cama que es la única opción que te dan cuando reservas una triple. Para un niño puede valer, que tampoco. Pero para un adulto es totalmente inadecuada.

Tutto ok. Devono solo aggiustare il livello volume delle TV. Che quando le connetti con una tua app utilizzandolo da start tv il volume impostato è molto basso.

Nunca tinha estado num hotel tão bonito e tão bem decorado. Pequeno-almoço espetacular e com imensa variedade. Simpatia dos funcionários. Conforto do quarto e da cama.

A única questão a melhorar seria a entrada de luz da casa de banho, que, por não ter persianas, acaba por iluminar cedo o quarto.

Staff were lovely, the room and bedding were great, the pool was small but functional- it was very full so we often couldn’t find space to lie out.

The fitness centre is not part of the hotel but next door and €18 each to use! We thought this was incredibly expensive to add on top. It felt quite often that there was upselling- more premium toiletries advertised in the bathroom, not much water provided.
