The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here if we came back. We were just surprised with the goodness of people here, we will come back again. Thank you

The Room was clean and comfortable. The Beds were comfortable. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was clean and offered a wide variety of very good food. We had an Excellent stay.

The location was nice and staff were friendly.

The whole property was dirty. There was hair in the fridge, bathtub, and bathroom floor, dirt and stains on the walls, and clogged drains in the rooms. In the common areas there was the same mud on the floor the entire stay.

The rooms are dated, but they are clean and sufficient for my needs. Would stay again.

La vétustes de la piscine (soleil décolle et se colle sous nos pieds mouillés) Le petit déjeuner très peu d'éléments appréciable au goût.

Zimmer war sehr groß Betten und Handtücher sauber, Lage war für uns gut.

Great for a one night stay on a road trip

The hotel is in a good location to go and see everything we wanted to see.

The bathrooms were not the greatest. The would only open half into the bathroom because of a door stop in the middle of the bathroom floor. Plus the toilet acted like it d I d not want to flush in any of the rooms I rented.

Camera molto spaziosa. Posizione a un’oretta di strada dritta e comoda (ma con alci la sera!) per il Grand Canyon. In una cittadina un po’ folle sulla route 66.

Ein etwas größeres Hotel während unserer Rundreise. Trotzdem empfehlenswert, nettes Personal und gutes Restaurant am Haus (Frühstück möglich). Von dort unternahmen wir einen Tagesausflug (Hinfahrt 1:10h) zum Grand Canyon.

Es war okay, wenn auch eher hochpreisig.

The staff was fantastic, the location was perfect. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The bar had a great bartender, good drinks and tastes food. We met some really cool people and really enjoyed the American Legion located a few blocks away.

The only thing that bothered me was the smoking area. Myself and my husband are smokers and we both strip our cigarettes and put them in ashtrays provided or trash cans. Smoke area was not maintained. A employee would sit out and smoke and throw thier butts into the rock beds and spit all over the walk way. The concrete was stained with spit and no one ever picked up the butts. Finally I picked them up cuz it was feeling pretty ghetto.

Our room smelled very bad

We stayed 3 nights and it was a great location to visit the Grand Canyon and Williams. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and pool and hot tub for the end of the day.

It was close to Williams AZ downtown.

It was ok, a bit dated, room needed some attention. Window curtains were coming loose, floor was stained, the shower water pressure was good. The bed was medium firm and the bedding was worn

Wow what I didn't like was that when I checked in the air conditioner didn't work I had talked to someone it took 2 hours before they came in to check it it was a total probably about 4 hours before they can put one and take one out and put another one in and take another one out after it got put in and it started working I was fine

Lack of options for breakfast. During my booking it said breakfast included. You only can get coffee or hot chocolate in the morning. Asked a staff member and was told no we don't have it stated on our websites we don't offer free breakfast you can go to the restaurant. Unless you are willing and able to spend $14 a plate at the restaurant attached to the building, there isn't a breakfast. A man walked into my room while I was naked with three children. Before I was supposed to even check out.

The location was right off of the 40, there was plenty of parking, and the staff was amazing

The room was spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. She allowed us check in an hour early when room was available. Easy access to/from the hotel. The hotel is located in the city but the ambience is peaceful like the countryside. Geographically close to the city, freeway, restaurants and gas stations. Parking is spacious as well. Easy check-in and out the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were perfect firmness. Bed linens and towels were clean. It has a TV, coffee station, and a small fridge.

The room smells like an old carpet and has that moldy smell. It's definitely does not smell nice like a hotel at all. The hotel did not smell bad but the room itself smells very bad. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Over all it was very good. One staff member was a bit rude about our keys, but I don’t remember the name.

There is no breakfast provided by this hotel, but there is a restaurant attached. We didn't go to the restaurant. One bed was very comfortable, but the other one squeaked.

The walls in the room are scuffed and dingy, needs paint.

They must have forgotten to finish cleaning the room. The beds had clean sheets and fresh towels but that was literally the only clean thing in the room. Floor was filthy, toilet still had poop on it, curtains broken so wouldn’t close all the way, every surface was dirty. If all you need is a bed and this is a good price then ignore the ratings. Otherwise you can find a much better place in the same price range.
