Excellent room and super courteous staff.

Zatrzymaliśmy się tu na jedną noc przed wyjazdem na South Rim Wielkiego Kanionu. Pokoje okazały się w zupełności wystarczające i komfortowe, a śniadania typowo amerykańskie. Dobra lokalizacja – blisko centrum miejscowości, sklepów oraz restauracji. Obsługa przemiła i sprawna, a samo zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegły ekspresowo.

Modernes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Fußläufig ins Zentrum, der Ort selbst ist auch nett. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, für europäische so lala.

Es gibt nur einen Kritikpunkt: Die Klimaanlage ist viel zu laut. Ohne wiederum ist es recht warm, aber gerade noch auszuhalten. Mit ist jedoch an Schlaf nicht zu denken.

The only good part of the stay was the breakfast.

No wi-fi and tv all night. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of support for the wi-fi problem and no compensation by the hotel. Hotel staff said wi-fi was spotty. That was misleading. They should have been up front and offered compensation for the inconvenience.

Cleanliness of the room rated 7 out of 10. The hotel lost WiFi on our third (final) day and night, very disappointing. When staff was made aware of our displeasure at check out we only received a “sorry”.

La struttura è pulita e comoda al “centro” città. Ha la piscina interna.

Perfetto, staff accogliente, posizione perfetta per visitare il grand canyon e la Route66, fantastica la colazione, c’era di tutto, abbondante e squisito, pulizia della camera eccellente, accoglienza veramente fantastica, ottimo il parcheggio gratuito, fantastico anche il servizio della piscina incluso nel prezzo, coperta e anche con idro massaggio riscaldato, che dire perfetto?

L'emplacement très pratique pour un road trip dans l'ouest américain en passant par la route 66. Nuit d'étape après Grand Canyon. La chambre était très confortable, grande et très propre. Grande salle de bain. Belle salle de sport. Piscine. Clim pas trop bruyante (rare) !

Petit déjeuner moyen. Très industriel. Piscine un peu sale (pansement qui traine, transats pas très propres et cassés). Personnel pas très accueillant (pas un sourire), aucun effort pour articuler, pour se faire comprendre.

This hotel had a fabulous breakfast, friendly staff, lots of amenities, and a clean, almost new feel to everything. We will definitely be back!

The internet was intermittent.

Location of the hotel is really good--right off the interstate for easy travel, but also close enough to the Route 66 historic district to provide some fun tourist opportunities. Staff was professional and courteous.

There was nothing that was dissatisfying. Everything met our expectations and then some!

The location was right off the freeway. Not far from all the places you would want to visit. But, it was very quiet and comfy. And the breakfast was AMAZING.

Pillows were a bit blah, but it was ok.

There was nothing not to like

There was initially some confusion about the request we had made to try to have the two rooms used by our family either adjoining or close to each other. Maria and Harley worked diligently to come up with a solution that accommodated our request and made our family vacation far more comfortable and secure, as we were traveling with small children (which was the reason for our request). We so appreciated that they went above and beyond to take care of us.

We had a very comfortable stay! The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and everything we needed. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the town center and a great base for exploring the Grand Canyon. The staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and having access to a laundry room was a nice bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton in Williams, Arizona. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions we had. The rooms and the entire facility were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, making it easy for everyone in the family to find something they enjoyed. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The family-friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and great service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Williams and the Grand Canyon area.

Our room door had a 1/2 inch gap that we could see into the hallway. I did notify the hotel and was assured that it would be taken care of.

Great location. We stayed here for 2 nights because we were taking the train to the Grand Canyon. From the moment I walked into the entrance I could tell how clean it was. From the lobby to the dining room to the pool to our room, it was sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Over the years I have stayed in many Hampton Inns across the country, by far, this one was the best.

Le bruit permanent et important de la ventilation dans la salle de bain… seule réponse de l’établissement : c’est normal, c’est dans toutes les chambres, fermez la porte de la salle de bain. À préciser que la « porte » de la salle de bain est une porte coulissante, comme celle d’un placard. Autant dire que l’étanchéité et l’insonorisation ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Bien pour une nuit étape mais on ne serait pas resté plus.

Das Hotel und der Ort Williams haben uns auf der Durchreise sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war neu, groß und sehr sauber.

Die Klimaanlage kühlt in Langen An/Aus-Phasen, was aus unserer Sicht zu teilweise sehr warmen und dann wieder sehr kalten Phasen geführt hat.
