Jissan is an amazing person, in fact all the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough. We are very happy the property was spacious and there were many chill out areas.

The choices available for differing cuisines could be improved on to cater for all tastes - no fish and chips available three days in a row

Location

Smell of room , mini bar was dirty full of old food left by another guest

Quite and location

Old need some renovation, and there are no services in swimming pool whatever you need they will call someone to take your order and it takes time. The gym it very limited with equipment

The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thanks to Jassim for his amazing support and for going the extra mile to help us. We really appreciated his kindness and assistance!

Breakfast was good but we can do better

location was good, the room was comfort & clean, I like the breakfast was very good.

All was good.

All good

All good

Everything

Nothing

Overall good & i really liked the way that lady was playing the piano.

There was nothing not to like

Staff were very friendly & professional. The room was spacious, clean & had lots of storage options.

The swimming pool looked better in pictures. In reality it was closed off, small & noisy with kids.

Clean

Nothing

Reception and valet parking were very good

All was good, except they need to focus on details more. We were three persons, however, there the amenities provided were only for two persons, there was a certain smell in the room, no one prepared the beds for the night, there was no complementary fruit basket or chocolates. In short not the pampering I have come to expect from Intercontinental five star hotel.

Everything

Nothing

1- Everything was good 2- Employees are helpful ( Rebecca was nice and polite and helpful) also there was an indian guy who helped to park my car up and was nice ( unfortunately forgot his name) 3- location is good 4 - Swimming pool is good 1- كل شيء كان جيدًا 2- الموظفون متعاونون (كانت ريبيكا لطيفة ومهذبة ومتعاونة)، كما كان هناك رجل هندي ساعدني في ركن سيارتي وكان لطيفًا (للأسف نسيت اسمه) 3- الموقع جيد 4- المسبح جيد

No cold water , there is only warm and hot water , wish there was also cold water :( لا يوجد ماء بارد ، فقط دافئ و حار ، كنت اتمنى وجود ماء بارد :(

perfect

Brilliant central Bahrain location

Decor is a bit dated

Location, service, beds, swimming pool, parking, and breakfast.

The location of the Hotel is center of attraction and near to Bab Al Bahrain, which made our life easy and excellent. Breakfast was awesome,, the served Ladies and Gents like Kamal, Bakhit, Das, and almost all served their best as a mother to child, whatever i ask, they provided, no words to say.. They are asset to the Intercontinental Hotel, Bahrain,, I could see the IHG of Bahrain is the excellent among the other 5 Star Hotels in GCC.

Nothing as such
