Шум с ресторана отеля до 2 часов ночи не давал уснуть. На следующее утро я сразу сказала обо всем администрации, они поменяли мне номер, но там все также плохо было. И я просто съехала. Мне не вернули деньги, мне не сделали ничего взамен. Первый день отдыха был испорчен!

1. The windows were very unclean with visible dust, grim and dirt 2. The room was not the same as shown in the photo 3. AC was working very well that even i switched off it was blowing cold air 4. Room heating system was not working 5. One of the lady staff at reception asked me to pay 5BD for allowing a guest to visit me for short stay although the room was a double room. 6. The room is not sound proof

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025The hotel is located at a very convenient location, very close to the Souk, so lots of options for food. Also the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a good option for a mid budget stay in Bahrain.
The shower didn't have hot water most often, also my room's bathroom light went off on the first day. Also, there is a bit of a delay in providing everyday necessities like water.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2025Location is exceptional, very close to the souqs and fabulous local restaurants. Plenty of banks nearby and close to other mainline hotels (Intercon etc.) for any activities there.
Lighting in the room was a bit dull, internet was very bad and cut in and out all the time which made it difficult for my work. Bathroom area needed mats etc. which were not in there on check in bath/floors extremely slippery. A/C was noisy, fridge was noisier but they replaced that promptly which was good.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2025Beautiful hotel.lots of amenities.wonderful staff.free breakfast was huge.very good restaurants in the hotel. In a very nice part of town.right in front of the huge souk. Downside. The rugs in the hallways needed cleaning. Hot water ran out very fast. There are pan handlers but no one was rude or too pushy. I recommend the old fort which is free as well as the museum. Booked a pub crawl and had a blast. Ham is café next door is fabulous. Coffee is as expected very good. The country is very friendly and clean. Impressive Archetecture. Overall a wonderful trip.

1. The room temperature was so cold even with the AC being off. It was about 13 degrees. The AC was switched off, but I think they also have the central AC, which you can't control. Anyway, it was freezing cold. 2. Dead cockrowch in the bathroom on the tile. They didn't even bother to clean it 3. The bed sheets are super worn and dirty. This cheap management didn't bother to change sheets once in 10 years 4. No socket. There was only one behind the curtains, hardly noticeable. 5. Everything is very, very old and dirty

The staff who received me at the door and brought my stuffs inside kept asking me for tips. I don't know what's wrong with him. He almost forced me to give him a tip yet he has salary. I asked all the 3 times I met me whether to bring my luggage inside or you bring my car to the parking area
