No parking was provided, thanks to the gentlemen who assisted us with a park by the gain gate. The help desk check in representative was helpful and pleasant.

The bedhead make noise for the entre night, its not attached to the bed. There was no beach. This information about the beach is fabricated. For the bathroom One of the wash cloth was a used, no shower gel was provided only two small hand bar soap. There was no balcony. Customer services was extremely poor and the manager was unpleasant while speaking to him on the phone. ( He's up in the mountain) When asked about the additional excess charges, the representative could not explain and the manager stated that the 10% was for gct and could not explain what booking. com charges and continuously blamed booking.com for the excess charges.

The room looked nothing like the photo advertised: The building looked tired inside and outside, which put me off completely. Money was deducted from my card early without consent, and I didn't receive an apology, only a poor excuse regarding their cancellation policy. ( I had NOT cancelled). My view was the back of a building! Paid £58 per night, not value for money, unfortunately. No breakfast served. I'm not sure I would eat if they did offer this service either. You can get a Travelodge Hotel for less and get more value (facilities, food, ect) for your stay. House keeping only every 4 days.. which is crazy! The layout of the room could be better! I had an extra double bed and a single bed in my room. The balcony door scrapped along the floor each time I opened or closed the door, announcing when I went to use the balcony. The lamp didn't work

My mother was the guest that stayed there. However she left her iPhone in the room and when she went back it was gone she logged on icloud and tracked it. She saw that the phone was still in the hotel. However when she went to the man at the front desk and told him what happened he Said he would call the police which he didn't by the time she went bk in the room the phone started to move there was two other men out there the person went to craft market and left to Cornwall courts she went to the station and reported it. In the morning she requested to speak to the manager he told her she was forgetful and that nobody could go in the room she said he didn't feel safe and wanted to get a refund for the remaining time there he said she couldn't get one so I had was to book another hotel for her bottom line they know what was happening. Ohh and when she went to the front desk the night when it was missing he told my mom it could be the maintenance man because he dine it before.

The room is suitable for a short stay, and the location is excellent.

A few complimentary beverages would have been a nice touch. The bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable.

Just overall bad experience, the toilet didn't work! The AC didn't get the room cold until early that morning. The towels had very strong washing powder smell. Bed skirt was nasty just over the worst

The property does not look like the pictures. The room was outdated and felt unsafe. The room door was faulty and the location of the room was in a poorly lit alleyway.

Hotel was better than what I thought and was good value for money. Water was hot , nicely air conditioned room fridge available and kept my stuff cool and cold. Only thing I would just say is that if there was a double pillow in the room stay would have been perfect. Would definitely recommend

My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would urge anyone to steer clear. First off, we arrived for a two-night stay with a non-refundable booking. Upon checking in, we were greeted by an indifferent receptionist who refused to show us the room before payment—something I’ve never encountered at any hotel, especially when I’m paying upfront. Big red flag #1. Once we settled into the room, things went from bad to worse. The toilet didn’t flush—I’m talking about an unfixable, unusable toilet. How does a hotel not ensure basic amenities like this are working? Big red flag #2. Next, we were shocked to learn that they charge extra for towels. Yes, towels. And when we asked for additional towels (which is standard in any hotel), they acted as though we were asking for something unreasonable. Big red flag #3. The room itself was untidy and poorly maintained—dust on every surface, and an overall feeling of neglect. It honestly felt like we were staying in a place that didn’t care about cleanliness or guest satisfaction. I get that not every hotel is perfect, but this was on another level of bad. Now, for the real kicker: the so-called “security” outside the hotel. The person on duty was sitting at the gate, smoking cannabis and literally sleeping on the job. I couldn’t believe it. This is supposed to be the person ensuring the safety of guests? Honestly, it felt like a scene from a bad movie. To add insult to injury, the reception door wasn’t even locked during the night. We had to double-check to make sure no one could just walk in off the street. I can’t think of a single reason why a hotel wouldn’t secure its front entrance, especially at night.

Nothing abt this run down place

Place is nasty and have a lot of prostitutes in the building. Upon my initial arrival at said hotel on July 29 approximately 8:30PM, I was greeted with epic disappointment and deplorable conditions. Not only was the facility filthy with roaches and rodents and deteriorated, but the visual sight and presence of drug dealing was carried out brazenly. Loitering was at its peak and individuals were even seen brandishing weapons without hesitating to conceal even when other passerby saw what’s going

The location is good but no parking.

There is no proper parking facility and for that reason I could not stay. So I did not stay at the location.

Hotel was okay. I stayed for the walkable distance to bars, restaurants and casino. Hotel is on the Hip Strip so the location worked out well.

Location to town.

I stayed at the hotel for 12 nights, and my room was only cleaned once, six days after I checked in. The rooms are damp and in need of significant upgrades. I requested to speak to a manager but am still waiting for a response. I was upset because the hotel advertised cable televisions in the rooms, but there were none, which feels like false advertising. Additionally, it claimed that rooms are cleaned every couple of days, which is not true. Overall, this hotel does not provide good value for money and seems unsuitable for long stays like mine.

So remind you am a native Mobay is my playground,so I know exactly where this hotel was located in the middle of the hip strip.which is amazing cause am someone who loves the city and the beaches and everything is close by you can walk from point A to b so if you like the busy city life this a perfect spot.and police is on street for extra security if needed 24/7 I would definitely recommend,only one negative the damm steps.so try to book a room on the front,for the suitcases it’s more easier,but the security here are very helpful.

I just didn’t like the back steps if you have kids I would suggest booking a front room otherwise.i felt safe nobody troubled my stuff .

The location was ideal. The middle of Montego Bay on the most active party scene. Unfortunately management needs to upgrade their facility considerably to maximise a prime piece of Realestate that they own.

Even though I was on the second floor in a very old outdated but comfortable accommodations my view had a lot to be desired. The back end of a roof that needed repair wasn’t good.

Parking was a nightmare

No parking. I drove and most of the area around is paid or reserved parking. I got in late at night. The security was nice enough and told me to park it in the driveway/entrance. Was a minor inconvenience.

Very Very poor condition. We left after one hour and went and booked in to some where else. Very disappointed 😞

We wasn't offered a refund or part refund. I asked if we could have a different room as this one was facing a wall and they said no. Very very disappointed 😞

The two girls at front were friendly and helpful

The room was not as pictured. My Deluxe room had a view of rusty roof, door to next room had flimsy lock as did door to outside. No spoons for coffee or tea. No bed coverings. I saw a Deluxe size bug in my bed. Furniture was sparse.

The place was clean and very basic for the small amount charged…A simple stay in a very busy location right across the street from Doctor’s Cave The staff are awesome people and all Jamaican natives… The Female staff all speak clear English. The Male staff was welcoming and protective over all of the guests and the building… There are some real Men protecting the hotel and guests 24/7…

The outside traffic is very loud most days but more on weekends… This area has many attractions and tourist gift shops…

The hotel is on the main street abd extremely noisy . It was very difficult to have a good night's rest.

It was great staying at the Caribic House hotel. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. The staff was very helpful.

There was no light in the bedroom. We had to use flashlights after dark to see in our room. The plug sockets in our room were loose and we could not charge our phones, etc. The A/C barely worked. We had it as low as it would go and it barely cooled off the bedroom. There was no fan to help either. There was no bath mat which was dangerous as the floor was slippery. There was no toilet paper holder. No exhaust or AC in the bathroom. The surrounding area was safe and we walked to breakfast and dinner but was harassed every time we walked out of our room. The hotel barely resembles the photos as it is very rundown.

Definitely a great spot. Very convenient, you’re right on the hip strip, great location however, just keep in mind the Wi-Fi hardly works and constantly disconnects and if you want any sort of room service, you need to request it, don’t expect people to show up. Staff is sweet, overall recommend !

Location is perfect. Outside not as eye pleasing as we are use to, but inside had everything we needed and was clean. Check in was easy, security on site VERY pleasant.

The hotel was in a good location the beach was across the street our room had a balcony with an ocean view it’s no resort and it needs some updates but it did its job! The staff were amazing and there’s always security in the front which was good and there’s a lot of shops and restaurants right down stairs the area was walkable and safe we stayed for 3 days and everyday we walked around we felt safe There’s a beach club across the street for 8$ but if you walk a little further it’s a free beach with the locals and it was great

I LIKED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. We stayed upstairs in room 7 and it’s definitely not kids friendly. It requires a complete refurbishment, flat is dirty, dated and filthy without no form of ventilation as none of the windows can open. No utensils were provided not even a spoon to make tea. No microwave to warm anything, receptionist advised to use their microwave downstairs. Only a television in the room. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The place looks so different from the photos online. It’s so dirty and rundown. I’m really sadden that this kind of premises allow to have guess. And I pay $232 for 2 nights. The staff are friend tho but the conditions of the building is not okay. You don’t even get room service to change the sheets or anything.

Horrible place. They can’t even give you extra towel!!! No shampoo no conditioner no lotion! NOTHING AT ALL. Tv doesn’t work. You have to bring your own tv box or firestick if you want to watch

Its a cozy lil spot got to really look for it. I recently broke my leg and have limited mobility so the hotel has great veiew you have to stay on 3rd floor and there's no elevator and stairs are steep.

This room is no frills but if you are traveling on a budget rooms and facility are very clean. Staff was friendly Nigel the security guard was very helpful and pleasant. Directly across the street from doctors cave beach. The beach is beautiful and cost $8 US dollars to enter. Lots of shopping, nightlife, and restaurants in walking distance. Club 27 27 very close so you may hear loud music if you don't like night life you may not like it. I was on a girls trip and wanted to be close to parties so it was great for me. I have stayed here twice and would stay again good value and great location but nothing fancy.

I had a delay flight and needed somewhere to stay for the night with with my family. The staff members were able to accommodate me for my late check after 10pm. I was very greatful. Was able to get a good night sleep in a well cooled room.
