The service provided by Roy White he took care of all our needs and was honest and caring.

At times it was very noisy with parties from other guests.

Lovely property, not much staff working and this is not exactly a hotel but more so an Airbnb which I was not informed about prior to booking.

Lovely property, comfortable, clean, spacious

The bathroom sink doesn’t drain, the pots and pans are poor quality and were in bad condition when we arrived. There was no shuttle service down the hill. One of our group members cannot walk well so it quite difficult for her. The property could do with some improvements for accessibility.

Rooms were spacious, and had both AC and ceiling fans. Apartment was as advertised. Booking agent was pleasant and communicative.

Directions did not indicate that the entrance is shared with the Nostalgia Day Club, so we missed the turn. When we finally arrived, the checkin experience was good, however the Front Desk did not explain the lock system. We got the code OK, but not the instructions, so I had to walk back to the office in order to get the information. The electric kettle stopped working on the Sunday morning, and not being familiar with electric stoves, we got it turned on, but none of the surfaces would heat up. We ended up using the microwave to heat water for our tea as none of us drink coffee and the coffee maker was not an option.

Love everything from the decore the view from the air bnb how clean the place is. I love it so comfortable, cosy, and welcoming. Modern furniture just as u see in the picture.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, plenty of kitchen equipment.

No kettle in kitchen, coffee maker used to heat water for tea, the taste was not very good. We thought there would be lots of places to eat had to go on a long walk to find somewhere.

Host was very responsive and friendly. Clean and comfortable.

The decor was lovely.
