Next to train station

Despite asking by email and being confirmed that the second sofa bed to be made up, this didn’t happen, sounds a small thing but arrived exhausted after a long journey and the room phone didn’t work so had to queue at reception for half an hour to sort it, luckily the 3rd floor reception was less busy than the ground floor reception . The receptionist said that you can only have the sofa bed made up if you book for 3 persons, sounds silly!

Albergo moderno, colorato, accogliente, con stanze grandi e confortevoli. Lo staff è gentilissimo, la colazione ricca e il ristorante è molto buono.

Piękny obiekt, dobre śniadania. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Szkoda, że basen do 20:00 tylko otwarty, po całym dniu zwiedzania fajnie by było skorzystać. Polecam.

Mieliśmy mały problem z pościelą, ale zostało to nam wynagrodzone. :)

Fui con mis hijos y disfrutamos muchísimo de las zonas comunes del hotel. La piscina y la terraza excelentes.

Que el bar del hotel cierre tan pronto por la noche.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Moxy Hotel. Der Empfang war freundlich, wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check in unterstellen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Die Dachterrasse auch sehr schön. Die Lage ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof ideal.

The room was big and comfortable, it was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good and the location was very convenient if you are traveling by train.

I think the only thing that bothered me a bit is that the check in process takes quite a long time which causes lines at reception. If you need something from the desk you end up waiting a while

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Omdat we zo’n leuke klik hadden, kregen we zelfs een upgrade naar een kamer met prachtig uitzicht op het Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. De bedden waren heel comfortabel, al waren ze wel wat aan de korte kant. Met mijn 1,76 m paste ik er eigenlijk net niet helemaal in. Het ontbijt was tenslotte echt fantastisch: enorm veel keuze en alles van uitstekende kwaliteit. Absoluut een hoogtepunt!

De kamer was wat aan de krappe kant en voelde door de langwerpige vorm een beetje als een pijpenla. De voegen in de badkamer kunnen wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Ook vonden we de verlichting niet heel praktisch. Er waren meerdere schakelaars, maar het was niet altijd duidelijk welke waarvoor diende. Vooral ’s nachts is dat onhandig als je alleen het badkamerlicht wilt aandoen en ineens de hele kamer verlicht is.

L accueil à la réception au check in horrible à 23h30 on vous dit qu il n y a plus de chambre qui correspond à la catégorie que vous avez choisi et payer !!!!

Hotel de chaine, très bien situé par rapport à la gare pour toutes les connexions trains et aéroport. Métro à proximité et vue agréable en étage élevé. C'était notre demande principale. La propreté est parfaite ainsi que le Rooftop style années '70. Certaines personnes sont très agréables (au cas présent Valentina).

Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Les chambre même en Upgrate ne sont pas au niveau de standing annoncé , avec des salles de bain petites, sans crochet de rangement et une tuyauterie non entretenu. Nos 3 chambres pour un séjour de 3 nuits ne furent nettoyées entre 15H et 16H ... ! et surtout, le personnel de la réception fait comme il veut et certaines d'entre elles ont refusé toutes explications en pouffant "madre mia". Inadmissible. On est très loin des standard des chaines Mariott.

Gute Auswahl an herzhaften oder süßen Frühstück. Vegetarier kommen hier auch auf Ihre Kosten. Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Service war auch super. Wir waren zufrieden. Waren nur 2 Nächte dort wegen einem Konzert, aber gerne wieder.

Hotel Moxy Barcelona liegt quasi direkt neben den Estació de Sants und weist neun Etagen auf. Entsprechend unterschiedlich kann der Eindruck des Zimmers ausfallen, je nachdem, auf welcher Etage und auf welcher Seite das Zimmer gelegen ist. Zimmer zur stark befahrenen und gern als Hupkonzert genutzten Carrer de Tarragona können etwas lauter sein, wenn man die Balkontür öffnet. Ansonsten gibt es an Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Größe der Zimmer nichts zu bemängeln (außer vielleicht ein für meine Begriffe zu weiches Bett - aber die einen mögen es so, die anderen mögen es anders), was bei den aufgerufenen Preisen auch selbstverständlich sein sollte. Die gesamte dritte Etage ist als Aufenthaltsbereich mit Fitnessraum, workspaces, Gastronomie (am Platz und zum mitnehmen), Bar und Check-In Schalter gestaltet, so dass man gegebenenfalls Wartezeiten bis zum Bezug des Zimmers angenehm überbrücken kann. Wer es sich leisten kann, kann im Moxy komfortabel längere Zeit logieren, ohne dass man das Hotel verlassen müsste - außer natürlich, um die Sagrada Familia zu sehen. Das zahlreiche Personal ist stets hilfsbereit und dienstleistungsorientiert.

The receptionist was very attentive, friendly, and genuinely tried to help us with everything we needed. We really appreciated her kindness and support. .

The room we were given barely matched the photos shown on the booking app. It was narrow and quite dark, and the bathroom was extremely small. I think it is important to inform guests clearly about the actual type of room they are booking, rather than presenting only photos and descriptions of bright and spacious rooms. The information and photos should accurately reflect what guests can expect upon arrival.

Habitación pequeña. No ofrece nada excepcional para el precio que tiene.

L hôtel était très bien le personnel de réception bar et restaurant déjeuner adorable Les chambres sont confortables et le prix raisonnable. Très bien par rapport à la situation géographique et au concert des filles au stade olympique.

Le seul bémol c est la femme de ménage qui a commencé à faire les chambres à 8h du matin sans trop de précaution au niveau du bruit, du coup nous nous sommes réveillés très tôt … si elles pouvaient commencer plus tard ce séjour aurait été nickel

Die Lage am Bahnhof Barcelona Sants hat zu einer super Anbindung beigetragen. Wir hatten eine Hola Barcelona Card und konnten so überall unkompliziert hin. Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht, es gab eigentlich alles was man brauchte.

In der 9. Etage kann man nicht schlafen. Dadurch, dass darüber das Restaurant/ Pool usw. war, war es teilweise so laut, dass man die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnte. Beim Check out angesprochen kam nur:“naja das ist nicht zum Hotel zugehörig, das können wir nicht beeinflussen“. Fand ich schon ziemlich unprofessionell und überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Das Zimmer mit Balkon hätte man sich sparen können, da der Sants eine riesengroße Baustelle ist.

The location is amazing, right next to the train station. It has a great rooftop bar and restaurant and pool area and the food is really good. The place is very nice and has great amenities.

The air conditioner in my room was unreliable, which made it uncomfortable at various times during my stay. Staff was extremely helpful, it was just unfortunate equipment problems.

Great facilities we enjoyed the roof top pool and 24hr gym. Comfortable bed. Great location close to Sants station.

Our room was not sound proof we were woken at 10.30pm by loud banging from the room above, which continued for an hour even after we complained to reception after putting up with the noise for half an hour.

Staff was very friendly, especially Muhammed at the front desk was very supportive. Location is very good, close to metro and train stations. Room was comfortable, and fresh.

Breakfast was slightly overpriced.

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la estación de tren. Tiene un Mercadona al lado, y cafeterías y restaurantes enfrente. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero muy completas. Las instalaciones son espectaculares. La zona de recepción y ocio es una gozada. El rooftop espectacular, con el restaurante y la piscina.

The beds were good and the hotel was handy for the station & Metro.

No response to comment about continually running toilet, air con did not work on second night, and whilst the breakfast buffet was designed to tick boxes, in reality it was lacking. FWIW the pancake machine worked intermittently and coffee machines ran out. Moxy is a corporate accountant's idea of what a vaguely edgy hotel should be like. The basics of a 4* hotel were there (good beds, working lifts, attentive staff etc) but no real interest in what it should be. The elevators had "Lift Me Up" on the doors but might as well have said "Let Me Down"

Fantastic location near to Sants train station making it the perfect base before travelling on. Rooftop pool and restaurant were lovely. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with my wife's allergies when ordering the food (which was exceptional).

Not the best part of town. Lifts were a bit of a joke getting around (one wouldn't stop on our floor)

Room was comfortable. Storage adequate. Aircon & shower excellent. Good view from balcony towards Montjuic. Terrace great but plunge pool only. Bar food & drinks ok. Free drink tokens appreciated. Great location for getting around near metro & Barcelona Sants railway station.

Great location, a 2min walk to Barcelo Sants station, a supermarket next to the hotel, close to a lot of interesting view points. My son liked the swimming pool. We had an issue on the room the 1st and it resolved very quickly which was very nice. I was scared it wasn’t going to be kid friendly but my son enjoyed his stay so much he wants to come back next year! 😊

Zeer aangenaam verblijf!! Een zeer goede locatie, dicht bij de metro, trein en bus. Ook gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de luchthaven. De kamers zijn comfortabel en rustig. De airconditioning heeft uitstekend gewerkt, vooral tijdens de warme dagen. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was ook zeer lekker. We hebben ons verblijf als zeer positief ervaren en komen graag nog eens terug. Zeker een aanrader!

Als enige minpuntje vonden we het jammer dat er geen koelkast op de kamer was.

Lovely extras you get with lounge areas and rooftop bar and pool. The extra surprise on my birthday with a cake and a note from the hotel. Made my birthday even more special.

The hotel was amazing. The location was very convenient as it was really close to Barcelona-Sants train station. The hotel was clean and modern, with a lot to offer such as a great gym. There is a great bar/restaurant with a pool and sunbeds on the top floor. The staff were really friendly and I loved the hotel room. Would highly recommend!

La atención de la mayoría del personal La variedad en el desayuno y el personal que lo atendía

La habitación con una mesa que es sólo una pequeña tabla; 2 sillas que son de madera, cómodas durante poco tiempo. Un armario que son 6 perchas colgadas de una barra con 1 tabla, inferior y otra superior pequeñas para dejar algo. La habitación no tiene cajoneras, ni mesilla para guardar ropa u objetos teniendo que dejar parte de la ropa en ia maleta o colgado las perchas en un emparrillado. El baño con ducha sobre el suelo inclinado lo que está bien para personas con problemas de discapacidad o movilidad física, pero sin mamparas, con lo que al ducharse se salpicaba lo que se podía dejar en el lavabo. El garaje con una fuerte pendiente de acceso, que pagamos, pero luego renunciamos a usar, diciéndonos en recepcion que se nos devolvería el dinero de lis días de parking, lo cual no sucedió, diciéndonos en recepción que estaba solucionado (supongo ahora que sólo se refería la recepcionista a quitar nuestro previsto uso de la plaza del parking pero no la devolución del dinero como nos aseguraron que harían si al final no usábamos la plaza del garaje). Una cosa es el aire moderno juvenil del hotel y otra el minimalismos y escasez de mobiliario en la habitación que no es nada práctica

Das Moxy ist sehr zentral (Nähe Hauptbahnhof und Metrostation, Supermarkt unten im Gebäude) und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Pool sorgt für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder ins Moxy! 😊

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de notre chambre dans un coin traquille pendant notre long séjour à Moxy. Le petit déjeuner était varié avec des produits de qualité. L'équipe était accueillante et sympathique. Merci Moxy!

Loved the vibe of the whole place! Very chilled and also quirky! The rooftop restaurant, bar and pool were also ideal for our stay because the temperatures and humidity were pretty high, so really needed the shade and the pool to cool off!

Only 1 of the 3 elevators take you right up to the rooftop area, so I would suggest you head for floor 9 from any of the other lifts and walk one floor up the steps to save you waiting to get to the 10th floor and in reverse order when coming back down.

Que no se solventara la incidencia que pusimos sobre el aire acondicionado en la habitación. Pese a decir que iban a ir los técnicos o mantenimiento intento. Todo quedó igual
