Todo bien, excepto el precio y el aire acondicionado de la habitación. Ya empieza a hacer frío, y mi familiar ha cogido un catarro por culpa del aire acondicionado de la habitación. Aunque nos dejaron unas mantas para las camas, no han sido suficiente, porque hacía frío en la habitación.

Debería poder quitarse el aire acondicionado de la habitación, y que no esté centralizado.

Location was good, service deskk to check in not so effiecient we had to wait for at 35 minutes in line to be able to reach a desk and check in and get our keys.

The room was wait too small the beds were too close to each other the view a little opening through out the window curtains if felt very clausthrophobic, it was noise the wall were very thin. The wors part was trying to get our transportation from the airport the hotel supposed to provide us a taxi, car booked in advance to to take us to the hotel with no extra charge a person who to us in the car dropped us in a place very far away from the hotel because he wanted to charge us so much to take us to the hotel that was only 10 miles from the airport at the end we had to wait a long time for an uber paid so much for it, because that thief driver tried to rip us off and drop us in a bad neighboorhood, it was a horrible experience arriving to the hotel in Barcelona the worst part of our trip to Spain.

Poca privacidad del baño. El personal de desayunos, dos camareros quejándose de que la gente come demasiado en el bufet, sin importarles que haya clientes delante, de forma insultante.

I chose it because of the location to the train station. The staff were excellent. The food very good.

Hadden een verblijf nodig voor onze vroege vlucht vanuit Barcelona. Dit hotel is perfect gelegen boven het treinstation. Verder niet meer over nagedacht maar na aankomst werden we direct goed geholpen aan de balie. En de kamers echt super goed. Bed super fijn. Een rolluik om het lekker donker te maken op de kamer. En alles er op en eraan!

オンラインチェックインしたのに、チェックインの時間掛かり過ぎ。ロビーの床の素材の性でスーツケースを引くのに重い。朝食が、美味くない。ぶどうは酸っぱい。スイカ甘くない。温かい食べ物コーヒーだけ。野菜がない。バスタオルがでか過ぎ、で古い。フェイスタオル無し。髭剃り使ったが質が悪い。

Hicimos el check in on line para ahorrar tiempo. Aún así, el proceso de check in al llegar tardó más de media hora (solo había que pagar la tasa turística). Era temprano y no nos dieron la habitación. Al volver más tarde para recoger la llave y el equipaje, tardaron otros veinte minutos en hacerlo. El personal de recepción parece competente pero el proceso y los sistemas son absurdamente lentos.

This hotel is situated above Barcelona Sants Train Station and is therefore great if you have an early train the next morning. We stayed for one night before catching a train to Seville. When we arrived early evening the receptionist informed us that we the VIPs of the week and had been upgraded to a suite. On entering the suite there was a bottle of cava in an ice bucket on the table. The suites are amazing, nice sitting area, separate bedroom with a very large bed and a bathroom that was bigger than some hotels we have stayed in. As we arrived late we decided to eat in the Orbital Bar which was very reasonably priced for a hotel. The next morning we had an early breakfast in the Oxygen restaurant, which offers an amazing hot and cold buffet, probably one of the best we have had. We also found all the staff that we engaged with to be very friendly and helpful. It was a shame that we had so little time to enjoy the facilities. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Not having enough time to enjoy the facilities. Next time may have to stay for a day or two.

2泊しましたが、予約時と宿泊当日と二重で宿泊費をチャージされてしまいました。このホテルの問題なのか、ユーロスターズ系列の問題なのか、またはブックングコムの問題なのかはまだ不明です。現在交渉中で、まずブッキングコム側から調べてもらっています。

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere around the hotel was very calm and relaxed. Air conditioning created a very comfortable environment. The Space theme was very entertaining and appropriate as we were on our way to view the total solar eclipse.

It’s an excellent location if you were taking the train. And very clean, practical rooms.

The location worked for us as we were passing through Barcelona. Considering it's at the train station, our room was exceptionally quiet. Amazing. It was also well appointed, modern and clean. The breakfast was stellar with delightful extras like bee pollen and dried fruit - plus all the usual items. Lovely display of everything. The space theme within the hotel is funny and entertaining. The location has eateries within quick walking distance. It was a great choice for us to stay.

Que no hubiese servicio de habitaciones a partir de las 23:00 horas, la verdad es que llegamos tarde del tren y no teníamos que cenar.

We could not find find the hotel the first time we booked Barcelona Santa, only to realize the hotel was right above the train station! How convenient is that!

It was ideally situated for our train journey. However this was cancelled due to the heatwave.

酒店位處中央火車站，人流較雜，有一天一位穿著拖鞋的小孩與我們一起乘電梯，我們先離開電梯，小孩在電梯關門前一刻出了電梯，並開始推每個房間的門，最後我們把小孩趕回地下大堂

I didn’t like the fact that there were no disposable slippers. One day after the cleaning the garbage bin wasn’t emptied.

Alles was top en super netjes! De kamers waren schoon, verzorgd en rookvrij. Het inchecken verliep heel soepel en vriendelijk. De bedden waren ook echt comfortabel, waardoor we heerlijk hebben geslapen. Wat we ook erg leuk vonden, was de Star Wars-vibe in het verblijf. Dit maakte het extra speciaal en vooral voor de kinderen was het een leuke verrassing. We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad en komen hier zeker nog een keer terug. Absoluut een aanrader!

No me gustó tanto la zona,una mesera del restaurante muy seria y poco amable,las mesas del desayuno muy juntas en algunos sectores,el colchón podría ser mejor y particularmente en mi baño había un ruido en la ducha como gota en forma permanente,di una remera para lavado y planchado y me la dieron con una estampa estropeada y una noche pedí un café y eran las 23:05 y no me lo dieron.Mi habitación era la 345

Quarto grande e confortavel. Dão kits de higiene dental, o que achei bem conveniente. Possui máquinas de video game que os hospedes podem jogar. Fica praticamente dentro da estação de trem/ônibus.

Check in demorado. Inicialmente me deram um quarto que a cortina automatica nao se movimentava, tive que trocar de quarto. Está tendo muita obra nos arredores. Quando eu chegava de uber com o GPS eu ainda tinha que andar um pouco para a entrada do hotel (que eu tive dificuldade de encontrar) . Poderia ser enviadas instruções aos hóspedes para não ficarem rodando procurando a entrada no meio da obra. O pagamento é feito através de link que mandam no chat do booking, sendo que o próprio booking alguns meses atrás nos mandou orientações de não pagar nenhum link externo. Após mandar e-mail para acomodação e para a booking foi esclarecido. No final de tudo, a única conveniência para mim foi a rapidez para sair do hotel e chegar no trem.

L'albergo è bellissimo, ma il fatto che sia proprio sulla stazione di Sants lo rende centrale perché è collegato bene sia con l'aeroporto che con tutta la città.

Loved the location! Right above Barcelona’s main train station, so no taxis required! The decor is really cool too - Very spacey! Champagne on arrival! Two sinks in the bathroom!

The only thing we can think of is maybe more USB ports, so fewer adapters would be necessary.

The hotel is place right above the metro and train station which is perfect for airport transfer and easy visiting the city. It is the first hotel with a specifc thematic (starwars) and this is visible everywhere: loby, elevators, rooms. The rooms are big, new furniture. Good cleaning and services. I reccomend it

One single minus is that although the sound isolation of the rooms is good, there is some noise from the nearby construction site.

Very nice, clean and the access to the train was very convenient. Amenities are great with tea pot, cups , tea/coffee is very nice to have it and ready to use in the morning. The bed is heavenly.

I wish they provide tissue , it’s important to me to have tissue specially for my make ups needs.

Otel, çok temiz. Yataklar rahat. Metro istasyonunun hemen üzerindeki konumu nedeniyle ulaşım çok kolay.

Resepsiyon her zaman çok meşgul. Check in ve check out işlemleri için sıra beklemek gerekiyor. Odalarda açılabilir bir pencere olmaması da önemli bir eksiklik bence.

Lack of restaurant, particularly given the location; entrance from street not very impressive, and only two small lifts. The design concept is interesting but the result rather bleak. The Orbital bar likewise is not very welcoming.

Perfekt gelegen für Bahnreisen direkt über dem Bahnhof, trotzdem hatte ich einen sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt. Schick und modern eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung mit Sinn fürs Detail. Mir hat das Weltraum-Thema gut gefallen.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr effektiv, aber zu Beginn auf 18 Grad eingestellt. Das fand ich etwas zu niedrig und auch in Sachen Energieeffizienz nicht nötig.
