El desayuno muy deficiente no habia ni huevos pericos es decir con cebolla y tomate El lavamanos estaba tapado terrible La ducha terrible el piso viejo y descolorido ademas no bajaba el agua Los jabones en la ducha desocupados Las toallas terribles eran blancas pero todas percudidas Para resumir el precio que pague fue demasiado alto para lo que recibi por ese precio he estado en cali muy por encima en calidad sino que no habia disponibilidad

Muy buena ubicación y bonitas instalaciones.

La cocina tiene un fuerte olor a ajo todo el tiempo, lo cual es incómodo pues es el restaurante está muy pegado a la recepción, cocinan con mucho ajo. El desayuno se agota rápidamente y no llenan los recipientes con diligencia, nos quedamos 2 días y en ambos no habían platos para servir los alimentos. Es bastante costoso para lo que ofrecen.

Los tiempos de espera en el restaurante son extensos. RoomService de una hora y unos huevos al desayuno de 25 minutos.

La ubicación al lado del Boulevard, que literal es lo que tú vas a buscar a Cali, es perfecta, todo el personal es muy atento, la limpieza y las habitaciones son maravillosas

I was pleasantly surprised by this location because from the street the hotel appears to be very small and hidden. However, once inside it is an oasis. Great breakfast, great roof top bar and tv for sports and amazing staff. The room is great but I wish they would supply a microwave in order to heat up food. Other than that an A+ experience and I will return.

The only issue was that there was no microwave in the room so I had to heat up food with the kitchen staff upstairs and the shower made a dripping sound on the metal drain that I could not turn off. Minor issues.

Grandioso, repetiría muchas veces , la cama comodisima, me atendieron genial y el desayuno muy completo , tienen un bar con una vista increíble

La relación precio-calidad está muy bien. El desayuno es muy completo. Las camas son muy cómodas y limpias.

Para los lugares turísticos que queríamos visitar, la ubicación está adecuada. Sin embargo, en la noche se alcanza a escuchar un poco el ruido de la Calle del sabor. Las toallas no estaban impecables.

The hotel is quite old looking. The breakfast was very basic. The location is very centered so you can hear a lot of traffic from the streets.

La amabilidad de sus empleados y de gran calidad sus espacios de Bar y Restaurante. Habitaciones muy cómodas y con grandes prestaciones

Todo esta muy bien.

La atención es muy buena, tiene una terraza muy linda y buenos cócteles. La ubicación fue buena para nosotros ya que nos interesaba la calle de la salsa.

LA ubicación y el confort del hotel

Buena ubicación, excelente desayuno, rico rooftop Bar.

La ventana de la habitación daba a un patio de luz horrible. Mala ventilación y vista a un muro. Se sentía como una celda. No daban ganas de quedarse ahí ni un segundo más de lo indispensable.

Incompréhensible de fermer les accès au jacuzzi et au bain vapeur à 4.00 PM. Ça n’a aucun sens. Les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur et sentent l’humidité (très difficile à aérer).

The best experience ever ! The hotel is great with an amazing view . fantastic vibe steps away from the vibrant activities of salsa dancing great food & cocktails so much fun, but what made the experience more amazing is Alexander went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday . He is Very professional and welcoming but made sure our experience was top notch, fantastic! We are grateful and enjoyed the visit and all he did for our experience. 5 star 🌟 for sure !! Bravo

Me gustó la atención de sus trabajadores, las opciones que hay de desayuno y la zona de la terraza.

En la terraza no se podía pagar con diversas medios de pago como nequi o tarjeta, fue incómodo porque al momento de estar en la terraza no subimos con efectivo, solamente con nuestros celulares, pues queríamos estar en el jacuzzi sin estos objetos.

Bien ubicado, limpio, moderno. El desayuno y su personal muy bien, todo rico, bien presentado.

Llegamos a las 9pm al hotel. Nos indicaron que hasta las 10pm podíamos subir a la terraza por una bebida de cortesía, subimos a las 9:30 y el joven indicó que ya había cerrado, que el servicio era hasta 9:30. Claramente no quiso atendernos. Las personas de la recepción muy enredadas para generar una factura electrónica, la pedí en más de 4 ocasiones sin éxito.

No sirve para viajes de trabajo, la habitación no tiene donde trabajar, ni siquiera tiene unas cortinas prácticas, la nevera esta en el baño y cosas así. En el desayuno pocas mesas y grandes. En resumen pensado para grupos, pero no para viajeros de negocios

Friendly reception staff. Helpful manager. Very nice, clean property. Comfortable rooms. Quiet and peaceful, even though it's tight in the heart of the city. Breakfast was okay (the bread was not that fresh, but I guess it was no deal breaker.

La ubicación es espectacular, lástima todos los inconvenientes que presenta el hotel con respecto a sus instalaciones y su servicio

No nos gustó, que en el primer cuarto que habíamos reservado se dañó el aire acondicionado y luego nos movieron de habitación y una parte de la habitación no tenía energía, ni en el baño ni en la zona donde ubicaron 1 de las camas y nos pudieron a dormir a 3 en una King size, por otro lado el día de llegada en la zona de la terraza estaban grabando un video y nos incomodaron porque nos estaban haciendo tomas para salir en ese video sin autorización y nos tocó salir del lugar, siendo esta una zona exclusiva para huespedes

A 2 pas du café boulevard del rio et de la calle del sabor. J'avais une chambre avec balcon qui donnait sur la rue pietonne mais le bruit était largement supportable puisque l'hôtel ne se trouve pas là ou les gens dansent dans la rue donc c'était parfait.

Todo me gusto bastante y debo aclarar que la primera noche tube un pequeño problema en la habitacion y al siguiente dia lo comunique en recepcion y esa misma tarde nos cambiaron a otra habitacion mucho mejor y sin costo extra, estoy muy agradecido por esto con la gerencia del hotel.

Buen servicio, el restairante ofrece varias opciones y es practico si uno no quiere salir a buscar comida. Central en la zona. El personal es muy amable.

Well build business hotel, located on oldtown Cali, full of a variety of restaurants and night clubs, as Radisson member I got special rate in a junior suite room. Everything went well, no complaints.

Great Hotel!

I liked everything.

I had a reservation through a 3rd party website. When I arrived the hotel had no record of it. So I made a duplicate reservation on the hotel’s website which was confirmed. Nevertheless, the hotel had no room. Apparently two rooms that needed repairs had been forgotten to be removed from the inventory. After four hours somehow I got a room. These things can happen - but what cannot happen that hotel staff is utterly unprepared to handle them. I had to ask several times to be offered something to drink and maybe a dinner while I was waiting for the problem to be solved. It was denied repeatedly before finally the General Manager approved (after he himself had declined). I was then offered my second night free - an offer that was not honoured at check out. Unclear why the hotel has its inventory on a third party website, but claims to have no business relationship. It smells like mismanagement. Unclear why no room was available and then four hours later suddenly there was. There was no one senior with any decision making power at the hotel at 6:30 pm and it was clear both the supervisor and general manager were not keen to speak with me. No apology was offered. All in all a regular hotel, but with terrible customer service and poorly trained staff. My case is certainly exceptional, but if you want a hotel that can handle problems promptly and courteously when they arise, I recommend choosing another one.

My stay was a wonderful experience. The staff and management were incredibly helpful caring and treat you as family. The room 407 was spacious and overlooking the vestibule street, where friends and family meets on the weekends for enjoyments. Rooms always clean breaks delicious and variety of lunch and dinner. our stay was marvelous. staff is always ready to be helpful.

The staff were amazing. Alexander checked us in, gave us the special rate of COP 270,400 and took all of our heavy luggage to our penthouse room 708 with a balcony which has a panorama view of downtown Cali. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and my wife commented on the quality shampoo and conditioner. The breakfasts were amazing cooked to order omelettes perfectly done and a dazzling array of other condiments hot and cold. Mauricio, the hotel manager, offered us maps of downtown Cali with the walking tours, cultural points of interest and tourist highlights- all with 10 minutes walk. You are in the epicentre of the city- better location than the Intercontinental hotel. The Faranda is only 5 years old and has a Turkish bath and two jacuzzi’s on the rooftop with city panorama views. Juan, the day reception gave us welcome drink vouchers. The area is protected by teams of private security paid for by the Alcalderia/Mayor of Cali so everyone is more than safe. Heat value, top location ( only 4 blocks from Calle de Sabor from where the live street salsa happens). We return to the hotel 5-7 July.The architecture of the hotel is indoor/ outdoor- not the traditional hallways. Simply amazing stay for $69US a night in this 50 room hotel.

I like staying downtown, food and transportation are cheaper tha other districs, besides, cultural eviorement are very interesting to explore, this hotel offer confortable rooms , warm service and good price, i could Say, it might be the Best downtown hotel in Cali

Hotel bien ubicado para estar cerca de los sitios turísticos. Frente a la peatonal del boulevard del Río para salir a caminar y acceder a los sitios de interés. El hotel es pequeño 6 pisos pero sus habitaciones son cómodas y las camas ricas para descansar Recomendado si tu plan es turismo
