What guests love
- •Free airport shuttle
- •Very convenient location near airport / Diegem station
- •Friendly and helpful reception / staff
- •Spacious rooms with comfortable beds
- •Generally clean and calm hotel
- •Modern, well-presented breakfast (when items available)
Areas to consider
- •High extra charges (notably €25 per dog) — poor value
- •Parking expensive
- •Breakfast variety limited; items run out and early-morning options inconsistent
- •Noisy rooms near lifts and loud air conditioning
- •Room issues for some (window couldn’t close, missing small amenities)
- •Shuttle hours have daytime gaps
Cleanliness
9/10Multiple reviews explicitly note the hotel is clean and calm, though some guests reported untidy breakfast tables; overall cleanliness is good.
Service
9.8/10Reception and duty manager praised for friendliness and helping guests (e.g., reassigning a room when a window could not be closed); staff generally described as modern and friendly.
Location
9.6/10Many guests highlight the excellent location near the airport and easy access (free shuttle, good proximity to Diegem station); convenient for short stays.
Room Quality
7.8/10Rooms are described as spacious with comfortable beds, but there are repeated issues: noisy rooms next to lifts, loud air conditioning, a window that could not be closed, missing small amenities (extra cups). Mixed but generally acceptable.
Amenities
9.4/10Free airport shuttle is repeatedly praised and is a key reason for choosing the hotel; however parking is expensive and shuttle coverage has daytime gaps—overall amenities are strong thanks to the shuttle.
Value for Money
5/10Several strong negative comments about extra charges (notably a €25 per dog fee), expensive parking, and a headline calling out poor value; value for money is a notable weakness.
Food and Beverage
6.6/10Breakfast receives mixed-to-negative feedback: some praise presentation, but many guests report limited variety (no fruit, missing pancakes), running out of items at later service times, and issues with early-morning boxed breakfast availability.
Overall Experience
10/10Overall impressions are generally positive due to location, shuttle and helpful staff; despite clear issues with value and breakfast, many guests still found the stay suitable for short/airport stays.
