Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Ik heb een nacht geslapen in het hotel in verband met een werkbezoek in Brussel. Het hotel doet echt wat het beloofd. Kamers zijn super schoon en voor een zakelijke hotel echt heel sfeervol. Fijne douche, fijn bed en je kan makkelijk parkeren onder het hotel. Ontbijt was ook prima. Het hotel ligt natuurlijk niet in een super gezellige wijk, maar als je bij het vliegveld moet zijn of bij de NAVO is het perfect. We waren er ook niet van uitgegaan dat het een hele gezellige wijk zou zijn. Het ontbijt had trouwens glutenvrije opties.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Het ontbijt en het restaurant was super personeel echt vriendelijk mooie locatie goed parkeren bij het hotel overdekt .lekker gegeten . Ga zeker graag terug
Eigenlijk viel het niet tegen maar ik had een kamer voor drie personen en dan kreeg ik een rolstoelkamer daardoor zit bijvoorbeeld de wasbak wat lager ook in een badkamer vond ik zelf niet prettig wij zijn allemaal erg lang.

De kamer ruikt wat muf maar wij kwamen echt midden in de nacht aan en moe dus we gingen meteen slapen. Het ontbijt is wel beneden de maat van wat er van Radisson verwacht mag worden. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd beneden, niet echt variatie in broodjes. Op de vleeswaren staat niet wat voor vlees het is. Plakjes kaas en beetje brie door elkaar, klein beetje watermeloen en de rest was blik fruit. Warme gerechten ook vrij weinig, beetje bonen en roer ei.

De liging te ver van de restaurants je moet altijd vervoer hebben en de prijs voor een maaltijd veel te duur tevenbde snack hoek had niet veel keuze en was ook veel te duur om zo maar te noemen een sandwich bijna 7 euro drinken bijna 4 euro sorry das te.

The room was also very dusty and did not seem properly cleaned or maintained. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the room and feel that the hotel did not provide good value for the money.

We came earlier because we land in Brussels in the morning but they let us in the room...great that parking is available inside the hotel...rooms are comfortable and clean, beds are excellent...everything looks very nice. Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Le personnel du restaurant était très sympathique et le service vraiment agréable. La chambre est correcte et l’hôtel reste pratique pour une nuit avant un départ depuis l’aéroport.
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à Bruxelles, nous avons été surpris d’être accueillis uniquement en anglais. La salle de bain présentait du carrelage endommagé et l’espace extérieur est vraiment sous-exploité : seulement deux salons de jardin en plein mois d’août. Le restaurant ressemble davantage à une petite restauration de camping qu’à celle d’un 4 étoiles : burgers, pizzas, salades et frites surgelées. L’espace bar et la réception sont pratiquement confondus, ce qui donne davantage une impression d’hôtel type Campanile. Et surtout, le parking à 20 € par jour est franchement excessif : dans notre cas, il représentait environ un quart du prix de notre nuit. À ce tarif-là, c’est effectivement le grand luxe… pour la voiture. 😅

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026J'utilise cet hôtel régulièrement pour mes déplacements depuis Zaventem. Les chambres sont grandes et très confortables. Le petit dej est vraiment très varié et délicieux. Dans parking en sous-sol pratique.
Pour une fois je vais mettre un commentaire négatif à cet hôtel en raison du manque de souplesse de la personne chargée de la réception. En raison d'une arrivée après minuit, je me suis trompé d'un jour dans la date d'arrivée. l'arrivée était prévue ce jour là, mais après 15h, ... L'hôtel était plein, ce que je comprends donc nous n'avons pas pu y dormir. Par contre, nous avons demandé l'annulation de la nuit suivante puisque nous devions rentrer. Nous avons eu un refus catégorique avec en plus une attitude très inappropriée. Je suis en gros utilisateur de booking. Je sais qu'il y a des rêgles, mais je sais aussi qu'un geste commercial, surtout pour cet hôtel qui n'aura pas de soucis pour revendre la chambre, est possible. Alors bravo, jeune homme, vous avez surement gagné une nuit et en plus revendu une seconde fois la chambre. Mais vous ne me reverrez plus, ni moi, ni mes collègues.

Not really it says 10-15min from the airport but the shuttle make so many stops it's crazy, the shuttle does not come in front of the hotel you have to make your way up to the bus stop and the shuttle do not run after around 9-10am and will start back at 5:00 pm so if your flight gets there around noon you are on your own. There is also no luggage carrier if you have more than 2 it is struggle.

Staff dismissive on complaint of a nymph cockroach running on and around the table in an area where food was available and in close proximity to the kitchen and restaurant area. At the time they claimed 'it flew in' but nymphs can't fly. Once home I sent a photo of the nymph and area to have a photo of an adult cockroach sent back and a 'claimed' identification as a 'forest' cockroach... given this is an airport hotel in a built up area I asked for the evidence of it's 'undisturbed rotting leaf litter' habitat - no reply/ Claiming is as not seen as a 'health' pest I advised of an outbreak of claimed 'forest roach' in Geneva at the Uni hospitals in August 2006. All has now gone silent, the idea we ate in this area twice makes me feel sick. Never had confirmation that the identification was from a qualified individual or that picture they sent back was another cockroach they found after my complaint.
