Leonardo Hotel Köln Bonn Airport

The staff was super friendly. The location by the airport is great.

The room had a terrible smell like to urine and humidity, and I told reception and nothing was done.

Close to the airport

Kostenloser Shuttle.

Keine Angabe

It was clean and friendly. The room had it enough space for all the things

Very convenient, near the airport, and with pickup that arrived in 5 min from the call. The room was big and comfortable. Also, the personnel were friendly, and check-in was rapid. The room is very quiet. Great experience. The price is good, considering also the location.

The room is a little bit old, but it's OK

Service, Sauberkeit

Service, Shuttle

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

The rooms were clean, spacious and we slept well.

Goeie bedden

Dunne muren wakker geworden van buren ernaast. Parking 15 euro per dag mag vermeld worden

Convenient option close to the airport. Complimentary shuttle service and free breakfast.

The rooms are a bit outdated.

Alles Bestens

Nichts zu bemängeln

Alles Bestens

The location is very good, the personal is very friendly and service is great. The transfer to the hotel and to the airport is quick and reliable.

Clean spacious friendly

Sehr große Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten, super gedämmt gegen Fluglärm.

Top

Fantastic location great staff and service. Great food.

Perfectly fine after another hotel gave away our room

Dated

It is good to use this hotel for late and early flights.

The mattresses can now be replaced

Kein Weckdienst

I loved the staff. They were so friendly and helpful.

Nichts

Unfreundlich beim Empfang. Shuttle service funktioniert schlecht.

Minden rendben volt,

Reception staff and restaurant / bar staff very friendly. Hotel in good condition and room comfortable and clean.

Shuttle bus unreliable. Booked collection at 5:45 after extensive deliberation with reception staff who was very friendly. I was at reception the next morning at 5:40am. Then told at 5:45am that the shuttle would be 5-10 minutes late. ( which could be 15minutes...) Not good, for a regular 15 minute shuttle service. Ended up walking to terminal, 10 minutes if you are a quick walker. Kitchen staff were friendly enough to take last minute order following late check-in. However, whilst eating, I spotted the special offer ( which I was eating) where a 0,3 beer was included for €20. This deal couldnt be honoured as the food had already been booked in the system. I noted other guests having the same problem when cashing up. Tip: ask service staff explicitly if any specials are on at the moment. They will not be forthcoming otherwise. Airport has night flights and cargo flights. Expect air traffic noise throughout the night.

Der Shuttlle Service fanden wir super! Vielen Dank!

Included airport transfer service Spacious room Comfy beds

Some lamps in the room were not working 100%

Location was great, staff were great.

There was no bath bat. So when i was getting out of the shower, i slipped and hit my leg off the side of the bath. This was the first night of our stay.

We were visiting Cologne to attend a concert, so we weren't particularly concerned what our hotel was like as long as it was clean and comfortable, but the location of this hotel was wonderful - we walked to and from the airport, which was particularly convenient for our very early morning flight. We visited the hotel bar both nights we stayed, where the service was very friendly

Spacious room and pretty close to the airport

Bathtub is not super clean and check in was chaotic

Alles Bestens

Gibt nichts zu beanstanden

Nice and clean

No air conditioning

So convenient for early morning flight. Room was clean and comfortable. This is my 3rd stay here.

Nothing

Lovely room, helpful staff, free shuttle bus to airport & station, easy access to Cologne centre, good value, free parking

Gutes Essen, Biergarten, Bar ! Die Zimmergröße top! Personal freundlich 👍

Alles prima

Keine Beanstandungen.

Nix

I liked the position, the private shuttle, and the late check-in.

I didn’t like the climatization and the price.

Gute Lage.

Convenience next to the airport

The staff were really unhappy that I’d booked through booking.com, stating the option id booked didn’t exist. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. But the corridors and room smelt like smoking, even though there’s a no smoking policy. When checking out, a mouse was running up and down the reception.

Very friendly staff, extremely spacious room, clean and tidy and a great ideal location close to the airport.

Hairdryer and fridge weren’t working

Vicinanza all’aeroporto

Everything was nice we enjoyed a lot. It is a very peaceful and convenient room. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Yesterday 19/06/2026 night my husband got puzzled while coming to restaurant took wrong train 3 times after 4 hours travel hardly he reached on terminal 1 and finally he called at restaurant's reception to send the shuttle to pickup him at was around 11:30 pm. He was very tired and we don't know the German language so it becomes more difficult for us to commute from one place to another.. when he called at the hotel for a shuttle to pickup him , shuttle was available and driver was present there still the receptionist said can you please book the 🚗 cab on Uber and come here and please bring the receipt to we will pay you. My husband got disappointed a alot He walked to the hotel at night. We never thought that night staff would behave like this with us. Anyway we were very appointed because of that male receptionist in the night yesterday otherwise everything was fine.

Close to airport with frequent shuttle . Very comfortable bed. Effective air conditioning . Really nice and helpful staff.

The shower head wouldn't stay in position and spray directed to wall. The phone needed cleaning. The air conditioning was behind the curtain so a section of curtain had to remain open. Vegetarian options are limited on menu.

Restaurant was available

Rooms were ok but bathroom was outdated and smells
