The staff were appalling and rude. On check in snatched my passport out of my hand, were unnecessarily rude when I asked about breakfast (which I subsequently decided not to have). On going to the bar I found the server there to be just as rude. This is the certainly not the norm in Germany, so this is worth remarking on.
