Limpieza y ubicacion del hotel

El trato del personal ( algunos). Normalmente me hospedó ahí, y siempre por mi estatus de cliente oro me dan privilegios que esta vez me negaron.

ubicacion excelente centrica . cerca de los puntos de interes. amplias instalciones y trato amable

muy bueno en su variedad y calidad el desayuno, sigan así. la atención del personal del restaurante es muy buena.

todo está muy bien, todo me gustó. es la segunda vez en al año que me hospedo ahí y me ha satisfecho

Voldoet aan de verwachtingen! Schone en ruime kamer, alles netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. Een goed onderhouden zwembad en gym. Hotel is makkelijk te bereiken met de auto, en parkeren is mogelijk in een overdekte parkeergarage. Eenvoudig om via een taxi het stadscentrum op te zoeken. Goed ontbijt.

Personal de limpieza en alberca! Me robaron mi cartera y no hubo solución

Todo la comida, la alvwrca, el cuarto todo mut bien

Sólo está un nevero en la alberca y por consiguiente se tarda en llegar las bebidas, pero todo muy bien

La atención del personal de amenidades,LUISA Y FER DEL área de AYS. La ubicación, el menú del restaurant y las atenciones del personal de room service, del vallet parking y personal.

La habitación, estaba poco ventilada, había goteras del aire acondicionado en el baño, mi habitación no tenía frigobar, el horario de acceso a la alberca no estaba definido, decía un horario y el personal adjunto indicaba otro.

Desayuno excelente el bufete del domingo y la ubicacion excelente , son muy amables y rapidos en recepcion para atenderte y darte las llaves

Ya requieren cambio de alfombras o dejar piso en los pasillos , los baños el agua se filtra por la bañera , requieren remodelacion o quitar esas tinas

al parecer tengo un doble cobro de la tarifa... ¿podrían revisarlo por favor?

The building is beautiful inside, gives impression of old luxury, the room was spacious and lovely, my only complain is it was bit dark even with lights on in bathroom for things like make up, otherwise very comfortable. The staff were excellent, very polite and accommodating to all my requests such as later check out (2pm) and if I could get a take a way breakfast for my 5am hike.

Bathroom lights could be brighter, and also there are so many switches for different parts of the rooms

Good location, nice pool, everything was nice and easy to do. If something was missing, for example there were no robes, they were promptly brought to the room.

las habitaciónes, para ser un hotel marriot de cinco estrellas esperarias algo mucho mejor, estuve en la habitación 110 realmente mal olor, tapado el lavabo y la tina, tuvieron que venir a destaparlo no salia agua caliente incomoda brincar de la tina al piso soy una persoa de 66 años me muevo bien pero siento que si deberian de tener sentido comun en acomodar el cuarto de una manera facil para los huespedes ya las tinas ni se usan estan anticuadas

The room met our requirements and with access to the M Club meant an added plus to the booking.

All was good for our needs and expectations so no negatives.

El cuarto es extremadamente cómodo, la cama es la mas suave en la que me ha tocado dormir, sin duda una estancia excepcional.

Ubicación y atención del personal, el desayuno buffet esta muy bien

Piscinas Grandes diferentes profundidades, buffet variado y rico, cómodo limpio, personal atento agradable. Me encantó la estadía.

Que por ser primera vez el chek in era a las 12 muy temprano para salir. De ahí en fuera todo exelente.

El hotel está bastante nuevo, buenas habitaciones y camas cómodas, el baño bien, buenas amenidades, el personal muy amable, el desayuno bufet muy bueno y en general el hotel esta perfecto

We booked an M Club Room and it was definitely worth it. We received full buffet breakfasts and dinners, which were gourmet quality. A light lunch was also provided - sandwiches and pastries. The M Club attendants are very attentive and offer beer & wine with the evening meal. We enjoyed the pool - there's also a well equipped fitness centre. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk to Parque Museo La Venta. It's an interesting walk as you can route through Parque Tomás Garrido Canabal which is set on a lagoon filled with crocodiles. The park is also host to a number of stray cats who appear well cared for by locals. The pedestrian streets near Casa de los Azulejos are worth a stroll. They're filled with shops and cafes. The market is a decent one and a good place for a snack. We also enjoyed a walk on the Malecon on the Río Grijalva.

This was my first time staying at the Villahermosa Marriott, and overall it was a very positive experience for a business trip. The hotel is well located, easy to access, and feels calm and professional — ideal after a long working day. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were efficient, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for business travel. The bed was good, the room was quiet at night, and Wi-Fi was reliable, which made it easy to work without interruption. Breakfast offered a good selection, although it was very busy during peak times, which is worth bearing in mind if you are on a tight schedule. Outside of this, the hotel facilities were well organised and the general standard felt consistent and professional. Cleanliness across the hotel, including public areas, was very good. Overall, for a first-time stay, everything worked as expected. A solid and dependable choice for business travellers, and I would be happy to stay here again on future trips.

Well kept hotel. Comfortable rooms and in a very good location.

Although the staff were generally very friendly and helpful the hotel reservation section was not at all helpful with unforseen reservation changes.

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. The service was great. The hotel staff were very gracious. In particular, I really enjoyed interacting with Fernanda in the front reception. At the buffet breakfast, Francisco makes exquisite omelets. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent but priced high .It should be not be mor3 that $15.00-$20.00 which we paid recently in Panama for similar hotel.

I stayed at the Marriott Villahermosa for just one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a slightly dated décor but a very cozy bed. The bathroom had a bathtub and all the necessary amenities. The restaurant offered a good menu selection, and the breakfast area was large with a rich buffet. I had an early morning departure, and the staff was kind enough to prepare a breakfast box for me, which I really appreciated. In summary, a comfortable stay with attentive service, perfect for a short visit.

El clima estaba muy frio y no lo puide controlar , en un lugar caliente , tuve frio en la noche, porque todooel hotel tenia un clima frio y aunque apague el clima de la habitación seguia teniendo frio.

Hay desconocimiento sobre los eventos. Vinimos por el congreso de pediatría. El Empleado dijo no saber nada. Al día siguiente nos remitieron a otra sucursal y luego regresamos aquí porque siempre si era aquí.

Las instalaciones súper bien, el área de alberca me encantó suficiente espacio, la habitación todo muy bien.

I stayed at the Marriott in Villahermosa for business, and overall the experience was positive. The property is well-maintained, the room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable; the only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit dated and small. The internal passage connecting directly to the adjacent shopping mall is very convenient. The restaurant is a good option for both lunch and dinner, with the choice to order à la carte or enjoy the buffet, which features a different theme each day (Italian cuisine on Wednesdays). The breakfast buffet is also extensive, offering both sweet and savory options. The only issue I encountered was being asked to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in my room reservation. The refund process was not immediate or particularly straightforward. Overall, a good hotel, suitable for business stays, but make sure to double-check your reservation details.

The customer service was fantastic. I felt very welcome, and it had a clean and luxurious appearance in every aspect. I loved it.

La cama y almohadas comodas, habitación limpia y espaciosa. Excelente vista. Muy buena ubicación, amables y atentos. Sobre todo en el desayuno, nuestro mesero. Además el desayuno bufete es delicioso, los muffins de moras nuestro favorito. Además las estaciones en vivo de omelete y quesadillas, todo muy rico. También el equipo de bellboys y recepcion. El pastel de chocolate de toom service muy apetitoso.

Olor fuerte a humedad en los pasillos Se fue el agua durante un largo lapso de tiempo. Un poco tardados al traer toallas en las albercas, al caer el sol se nota algo de descuido del personal del área, toallas, platos sucios y los botes para las toallas podrían taparlos para una mejor vista

En cuanto a la estancia estuvo bien pero tuvimos una terrible experiencia en cuanto a la reservación ya que en cuanto termine de hacer la misma en la aplicación me llegó un mensaje con todos los datos de la reserva diciéndome que había sido rechazado el método de pago y que tenía que liquidar directamente al hotel para conservar mi reserva enviándome los datos para el depósito del mismo. Acto seguido “FRAUDE”. Lo que me pregunto es como obtuvieron los datos de la reserva tal y como los di a la aplicación de Hoteles?!. Es triste que después de cerca de 12 años de ser mi aplicación de reservas de confianza haya sido víctima de tal hecho!…

The hotel was definitely the nicest one in all of Villahermosa. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The only small thing that bothers us is the refrigerators would not get cold. I even called maintenance and they said that is how they are. So you could not keep leftovers or even get a cold bottle of water.

Good hotel with good breakfast. Good service and nice pool. It is in a good zone. The rooms a relatively small, but sleeping was comfortable. It needs to renew the furniture of rooms and design at some time, to keep Marriot status.

El precio esta super bien por lo que te ofrecen, a mi me dieron un desayuno de cortesía y sinceramente estaba super bueno. Hay alberca en el hotel y mientras disfrutas puedes pedir snack y bebidas los meseros te lo llevan a tu camastro. En la habitación tenía cafetera, refri y plancha para ropa y secador de cabello. Todo excelente.
