Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Завтрак безумно вкусный, прям возле отеля было метро в паре станций от центра, комнату аккуратные и чистые, персонал очень милый, помогали по всем вопросам, все было супер, очень советую, напротив отеля так же есть милый парк и в магазинах рядом можно найти все необходимое, спасибо за такой прием

We stayed in room 427 and I must admit, it has the worst view I have ever seen. Quite disappointing actually. Although there was plenty of food out at breakfast, it was generally cold or barely warm.

The room was very small and just like a Bird Nest. The Air Conditioner was leaking and there was water on all over the floor. There was no place to keep my luggage. There is no wardrobe in the room. The electric kettle has no place near power outlet so i had to keep the kettle on my bedside table. My luggage also got wet by the AC leaking. The AC has also some problem because I was very well at night and when I got up in the morning i had a severe allergy and my nose is still running. Bathroom and toilet were too small and with very low water pressure. The restaurant and laundry room is in basement and they basement smells and full of humidity. You can't breath there. When you checkin, the reception staff just handover you a toothbrush and a small toothpaste as the guest is a prisoner and has checkedin in the prison.

This hotel is a complete SCAM, it has no Air Conditioning and they have the rooms at 30 degrees Celsius, we were sweating in all rooms without any possibility of sleep, the hotel staff is fully aware of this so they try to scam you by showing you the thermostat that is set to 24 Celsius no matter how hot the room gets they point to it and say, perfect temperature. When we told them to give us our money back and we wanted to leave they made it impossible to let booking cancel the remaining nights, they have about 100 fans they offer you as only solution and they are noise AF. The staff was so rude and the neighborhood is so nasty and desolate. Just skip this hotel. 這家飯店簡直就是個騙局！沒有空調，房間溫度卻高達攝氏30度，我們每個房間都熱得汗流浹背，根本睡不著。飯店員工對此心知肚明，卻還試圖矇騙我們，他們會指著溫度計說“溫度完美”，實際上溫度一直設在攝氏24度。 當我們要求退款離開時，他們百般阻撓，根本不可能取消剩餘的房晚。他們只提供大約100台風扇作為唯一的解決方案，而這些風扇噪音震耳欲聾。 このホテルは完全な詐欺です。エアコンが全く機能しておらず、客室の室温は30度にも達していました。どの部屋にいても汗が止まらず、一睡もできませんでした。ホテルのスタッフはこの状況を完全に把握しているにもかかわらず、宿泊客を騙そうとします。たとえ部屋がどれほど暑くなろうとも、彼らはサーモスタットが24度に設定されていることを指し示し、「完璧な温度だ」と言い張るのです。 返金を求めて退室したいと申し出た際も、彼らはBooking.com経由での残りの宿泊分のキャンセル手続きを一切認めようとしませんでした。唯一の解決策として貸し出される扇風機が100台ほど用意されていますが、その騒音たるや、耳を塞ぎたくなるほど酷いものです。スタッフの態度は極めて無礼で、周辺エリアの環境も劣悪かつ荒廃しています。このホテルは絶対に避けるべきです。 Este hotel es una estafa total. 上海天氣很不穩定，這幾天有下雨，開窗房間也是有點悶，目前尚未提供冷氣，所以想說開空調送風，讓空氣至少可以流通，卻一直飄來煙味，後來發現會有客人在電梯那抽煙，不知道是不是這原因，住了3天，都是一樣的狀況，之前住過北京東直門智選，感受很好，這次卻有點小失望

Não é possível diminuir a temperatura do ar condicionado, mesmo abrindo a janela (que é bem pequena) o quarto fica bastante abafado.

Hotel muito bem localizado em um bairro lindo, bem em frente a um belo parque e repleto de opções de restaurantes e pequenos mercados. Além disso tudo, ele fica a poucos passos do metrô, o que facilitou muito a nossa vida. Nosso quarto tinha um bom tamanho, as camas eram super confortáveis e o banheiro impecável. Certamente ficaremos no Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Gubei by IHG novamente quando voltarmos a cidade.

С английским все хорошо в этот раз, хотя у нас больше дочь с ними общалась на китайском. Магазин со всеми необходимыми в двух метрах со входом в отель.

There was a good variety of Western and Chinese breakfast items along with plenty of fruit. The hotel helped us call a taxi to the airport early in the morning and in general, the staff was very pleasant.
The hotel set the air conditioning at a fixed temperature and I found it a bit hot in the room. Breakfast dishes could have been served hotter. Location is a bit of a walk from the metro station (10 mins or so).

Окно выходило на стену , но в целом все норм. Мы почти не сидели в номере.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025A modest exterior and located in a side street away from the city centre, but inside all is very good. Nice comfy , quiet rooms, an excellent breakfast with a wide choice of local and western foods and beverages, and a Line 10 Metro station 8- 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast dining area is spacious and very clean with helpful smiling staff. The hotel is only a few stops from Hongqiao airport and huge new train station, from where you can get to several of the pearl Delta Water Towns. Near the hotel are lots of small eateries , some pleasant tree- lined avenues + a quiet little park just across the road with a bridge and water feature. A well-managed hotel and we'll certainly stay there again next time we're in Shanghai.
