This is my third time I come to this hotel , what can I say Angela Qiu has been always helpful and very professional , thank you so much and see you next time

I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel. The service was professional, the hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff made the whole experience even better. A special mention goes to Angela Qiu, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. She genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly and made me feel very welcome. Her excellent service really stood out. Thank you to Angela Qiu and the entire Radisson team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Camere un po’ vecchie. Un bel giro di muffa nera sotto al bordo del lavabo. Staff cordiale all’apparenza, ma già alla prima richiesta non tanto.

The manager ANGELA QIU was the best , she is so welcoming and has a fluid communication, that’s kind of people that makes you want to rebook every time and I’m going Back to this hotel again next week thanks to her , see you soon

Great swimming pool and fitness area. Good breakfast. Not too far from the Metro line 10.

We booked and paid for a Collection Superior Room but don't think we got it despite me trying to confirm at reception (this is the 2nd Radisson in China that did this). Staff at reception a little dismissive. The room was supposed to be a triple room but only had a double bed. It wasn't very big and had a lot of furniture in so felt cluttered. There was an office desk which was far too big for the room. There was no plug, light switches or bedside table on one side of the bed! There were no USB sockets in the room, which for a modern hotel is quite poor. No mini-bar. Only had one bathrobe. The bedding felt damp. The location wasn't the best for eating out (unless you like Japanese). No information in the room about the hotel facilities.

La habitación grande y la cama comodísima, insonorizado y perfecto para descansar después de caminar por la ciudad. Metro a unos 15 min andando. El desayuno completo y variado con opciones para occidentales y orientales. Personal que habla inglés.

Las instalaciones de las habitaciones algo antiguas para un hotel de este precio y calidad. La ducha tenía cortina en vez de mampara, algo bastante anticuado para el precio y calidad del hotel. El aire acondicionado hacía ruido.

Alles was over het algemeen goed. De kamer was proper en comfortabel en het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet was zeker een pluspunt.

De fitness kan wel beter onderhouden worden: de toestellen zijn vrij oud. Het grootste minpunt was de wifi, die zeer slecht tot soms helemaal niet werkte. Daardoor moest ik veel mobiele data gebruiken, zeker omdat ik via VPN werkte.

Moquette puzzolente sia al piano che dentro alle stanze , questo al 24° piano, non ho verificato gli altri Stanze e bagni di almeno 20/30 anni fa 30/35’ di taxi per andare in zona centrale Bund

Очень сильный и дико специфический запах в лобби. Подразумеваю, что это, наверное, какой-то модный аромат... по факту, находиться просто невозможно. Крайне дискомфортно

Staff speak very little to no English. Quite common in China

Hotel a 5 minuti dalla metro. Molto pulito e con tanti servizi. Ottima colazione. Gentili e cordiali i ragazzi alla reception. Check in in anticipo senza problemi e dopo il check out ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli.

Номер был чистый, просторный, со всеми необходимым, кровати очень удобные. Завтраки понравились, был большой выбор и китайской кухни и стандартных позиций для завтраков.

Breakfast selection was incredible and high quality. Staff were very helpful.

One staff member was a little rough with how they spoke to me, like they were annoyed or angry at me. Really just one person. But even that person was helpful so it wasn't a big deal for me. I do think this will earn you bad reviews from most other guests though, so it would probably be best to make sure all staff talk to guests in a slightly more cordial manner.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben goed geslapen en het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Alles was netjes en functioneerde zoals het hoorde.

De fitnessruimte kon wat beter onderhouden worden. Ook aan de kamer en vooral de badkamer merk je dat het hotel al wat ouder is. Alles was wel in orde, maar een kleine renovatie zou het geheel opfrissen.

La moqueta de las habitaciones, necesita una renovación de habitaciones pero en general está muy bien.

Честно говоря, я не понимаю откуда у этого отеля такие хвалебные отзывы и высокий рейтинг. Из положительного, более менее была уборка в номерах и то есть вопросы, да и тот факт, что каждый день приносили воду и все остальные расходники. Неплохая территория у самого отеля, нормальный подъезд для такси

От рэдисона тут одно название, отель это замороженные телепорт на 30 лет назад, если хотите поностальгировать по концу 90-ых годов и позднему СССР, тогда едьте сюда, всем остальным не советую. Теперь по пунктам: 1. Вас с ходу встречает персонал, который практически не может не понимать вас, не говорить по английски, чтобы объяснить, что у меня бронь через букинг мне пришлось потратить 5 минут, и это в 2026 году в Китае, где уже местами с тобой говорят по русски местные и есть встроенные переводчики на ресепшенах, да о чем речь, неужели отель не в силах позволить себе установить какую нибудь ИИ сотрудникам, чтобы облегчить их страдания в незнаниях языков, отмечу лишь то, что был паренек похоже из Индии, вот он английский знает отлично, но меня заселяли два китайца, которым не помешало бы иметь переводчик. 2. Сами номера не видели ремонта лет 30, если не больше, это буквально уже очень усталые номера в рыжих оттенках, ни о каких технологиях не может идти и речи, если захотите заказать себе доставку, то пойдете вниз на улицу забирать ее с специальной стойке и это в век роботов, которые повсеместно доставляют еду в Китае. Подушки как по мне неудобные, но тут на любителя. Окна в номере это отдельные разговор, они открываются и там мог бы быть красивый вид, но окна не мыли наверное те же 30 лет. 3. Я читал кучу восторженных отзывов на тему завтрака, (кстати во сколько он и где при заселении мне не сказали, нигде этой информации не было, но спасибо, что в каком то отзыве, известная ИИ из трех букв нашла инфу, оно проходит на первом этаже в кафе при отеле, рестораном это назвать язык не поворачивается) Выбор на завтраке абсолютно минимальный, ни о каких пяти звездах тут не может идти и речи, в трехзвездочных выбора сильно больше, два вида колбасы, два вида сосисок, два вида картошки, но они чередуются из дня в день, то есть два вида картошки в один день вы не встретите, овощи по минимуму, единственный плюс можно поставить за фрукты, но они повсеместно в Шанхае есть.

Hôtel très bien situé pour ceux qui doivent prendre l'avion ou le train à Shanghai Hongqiao. Nous avons trouvé une excellente offre avec petit-déjeuner et départ tardif (16h) inclus. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable, avec une superbe vue sur la ville. Buffet petit-déjeuner très varié (chinois et européen) dans une grande salle agréable. Personnel très attentionné et professionnel. Bref, une solution parfaite pour une dernière nuit en Chine :-)

Very disappointing experience. I came to breakfast before 10:00, which was still within the official breakfast hours. The restaurant staff told me that, because there was little time left, I could only take a takeaway breakfast. I agreed without any complaints. However, the takeaway they gave me contained only a few pieces of bread, some pastries, and a small juice box. I explained that I do not eat flour-based products and asked if there was anything else available. The staff replied that this was all they had, although I could clearly see that other food was still available in the restaurant. People choose an expensive hotel like Radisson Collection because they expect excellent service. We are paying guests, not beggars. No one will starve because of one breakfast, but it is the attitude and lack of care that completely ruined my impression of this hotel. Great hospitality is made up of small details, and unfortunately this hotel failed at one of the simplest ones. I cannot recommend staying here based on this experience.

Bellissimo hotel con servizi eccezionali e personale molto attento e gentile. Mi sono trovata molto bene e nonostante sia un po' decentrato è vicino a delle belle zone, non turistiche e molto interessanti da visitare. Mi è dispiaciuto dover andare via e spero che potrò ritornare a soggiornare qui!

Il primo giorno al mio arrivo ho provato ad aprire la finestra ma era chiusa a chiave, penso per sicurezza e per insonorizzare la stanza. Temevo di avvertire un po' di claustrofobia a causa di questo ma infine non è stato affatto così perché la camera era spaziosa e comunque ben areata.

A very well run hotel, even though it looks a bit dated. Professional and friendly staff. Good dining experiences (breakfast and dinner). Very comfortable beddings.

The spa was not open, also there's renovation work around the lobby bar, it would be nice to give access to the executive lounge upstairs as alternative. (A random person was doing live broadcasts on his phone in the lobby bar, which was not a pleasant experience to other guests).

Staff in the club lounge were great, despite the language barrier, most were willing to go extra mile to help.

La ubicación, la habitación y la comida estuvieron muy bien.

Un dia pagamos por el Buffet que ofrece el hotel de 5.30 pm a 9,00 pm. Llegamos a eso de las 7.45 pm y parecia que todo el personal ya quería irse. Quedaban dos rollos de Sushi y cuando pedimos mas trajeron un rollo con solo pepino. Pedimos mas Sushi, pero con algo de pescado y dijeron que no. Es no nos parecio tan bueno. Cuando queríamos vino, no habian copas, traian cualquier copa y no con la mejor disposición. En fin, ese sería el único punto bajo.

Adorei nossa guia (Wangxianyu), que nos levou passear pelas plantações de chá e pelo entorno da cidade. Ela foi maravilhosa, simpática, elegante. Recomendo a todos.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut wie üblich in den Kettenhotels. Die Dusche hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Hotel liegt in einem netten Viertel. neben sind mehrere Einkaufszentren, mehrere Parks. Die Metro Station Jili Road liegt ca 7 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Das Frühstück bietet viel an. Es wird aber sehr schnell um 10/11 Uhr abgebaut.

Das Schwimmbad haben wir nur angeschaut, es sah nicht so einladend aus. Man braucht auch die Schwimmkappen dafür.

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The main reasons were the breakast, which is amazing, with so many options and good quality, and the value for money. It is an excellent option if you're looking for comfort - the bed is perfect, good shower, amenities.

Location is not the best but perfectly fine because there's a metro station and buses 10 min away.

Great breakfast, business lounge access was good especially the light afternoon tea, check in and out was very efficient. Not too far from subway.

Very dated facilities. Bathroom in particular requires modernisation.
