Breakfast is always a bonus when booking a hotel.

The air conditioning was not working. Room was very warm.

Always quiet staff is always amazing and kind! Love that breakfast rotates so not same thing everyday!

Well I didn’t like that some asshat syphined all my diesel out of my truck while parked in the parking lot over night

Suite option was good for a family of 7. Breakfast was decent

Rooms were very hot with little way to cool them down. Housekeeping never made it to my floor had to call for more towels. Overall hotel is very outdated

Staff was very friendly. Room although very outdated was clean and bed was very comfy.

We got the room with jacuzzi tub in the room because it was our 12 year anniversary. The tub however did not drain so we used it once and it took 4 hours to drain. I was not impressed and probably won't be back due to this. When spending the extra for certain things and then them not being up to par it kinda throws you off. 😒

The shower has mold on the grouting that should be cleaned with bleach. Room could use a good detail clean!

Our room never did get clean during the two days day, and I had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper because we ran out.

The staff was friendly and professional. The price for the room was very reasonable. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of options.

The room was dingy and dirty. While the bedding and towels were fresh and appeared new, the mattresses were older and lumpy, the furniture was scratched and shabby and the couch in our suite was dirty and stained. The room had a feeling of being unused. The bathtub was dripping water all night, the windows were dirty and the bathroom wall looked like someone had spilled a cleaning product on them and not wiped it up.

We love Montana Trailhead Inn! Always very friendly and welcoming! Always clean and quiet we are always happy and comfortable there!

Wish they would empty our trash and switch out towels more often

Only had heat in 1 half of the 2 room suite (not the bedroom section) As well as when i booked suite i read on site details that I was getting a suite with "hot tub" in room.... it was not a hot tub at all instead it was an over sized bathtub with air jets otherwise known as an aerated bathtub

I liked how spacious the room was, and for the most part it was clean. Bed was very comfy, fridge was nice size. Very decent priced

I rented to room for the spa bath but ended up not using it because it was dirty. Found hair in it. Tried wiping it out, but when the bath was filling up more hair started showing up. The spouts and side filter/drain need to be cleaned better. The room could use some more plugins/usb for phones, had to unplug the lamp in order to charge my phone

It was more than amazing!!! My kids never liked any of the hotels we stayed in, but this one, oh my gosh!! They didn’t want to leave!!! The manager Bruce was amazing! Helped us with anything and everything! The room was clean and comfy! And breakfast was such a treat!!! Amazing hotel and great price! Kid friendly too!

The lobby is beautiful. The glass elevator is really cool. Our room was very clean. Beds comfortable. My only complain was it was too warm. I turned the temp very low and it made no difference. I opened the window which helped a bit. Breakfast selections were wonderful. Very fresh. We will be traveling from Washington to Ohio often to see our daughter so when we stop in Billings we will stay at this hotel again. Oh also thank you for accommodating my service dog!

The location, of course, and the person who checked us in was very accommodating and so welcoming. Just as the one who checked us out.

Sheila at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Beds were really comfortable! Continental breakfast was better than expected, including some hot food. Desk service was super friendly.

It was okay… close to the freeway which was a tad noisy. The bathroom was pretty run down the caulking around the bathtub moldy. There was left over stuff in our fridge from previous guests. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel and the breakfast was nice. Loved the oatmeal Good stay fir one night

Kept extending our stay because of location, atmosphere, friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism. Hope to come again soon!!!

Clean easy and convenient accommodations. Very close to freeway. Perfect for one night stay while driving through.

Nice room, nice facilities, convenient location. Communication prior to our stay was excellent. They reached out prior to our arrival to ensure we would have everything we needed. The building was pretty fancy considering the very reasonable price. Breakfast was better than typical. 10/10 would stay here again!

Our stay was super awesome,prior to getting there we got a call from Sheila a staff member ensuring our room and noting that we would be a late check in everything went extremely smooth from booking to this day to checking out would 100% recommend thank you Sheila.

The room was excellent and roomy. Overall the staff was very good. The only drawback it the breakfast was average at best.

Very clean rooms. Property surrounding is pretty barren. Bad texas thorns in parking lot to the side. Poor dog suffered.

Dated facility but clean overall. Room size was decent. No place to plug USB cables in to charge iPhones or laptops so make sure you have ac adapters. Will be nice to see waterfall if they get it going again. Plenty of parking but could use more lighting, especially farther from the building. Overall nice considering the price.

OK room in a worn out hotel. Mold in shower tile grout. Peeling wallpaper. Below average breakfast.

24 gym good but could use another treadmill. Blood splattered on the wall in our room.

Shower curtain was difficult to keep in place. Fixing that issue would be greatly appreciated!

Hotel is old but it was clean and staff was professional and pleasant. They have a pancake machine which makes fresh pancakes on demand 😊 We would stay here again if passing through

This is the first hotel where the staff actually called me and told me I left stuff there and everyone was extremely friendly and help me when I needed! 10/10 would recommend they have an amazing price for what we got out of it!

Staff were all very friendly. Rooms were clean and location was very convenient.

Where it was located. The desk people where very nice. Very quiet! Place. I have stayed there before, love to see the changes that have been going on.

The lobby was not as inviting as it could be. The curtains in the room did not shut, it felt like someone could still see in even when we were only on the second floor.

The room was huge. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just what we needed. The staff was wonderful. Definitely recommend.
