The bedroom tv not functioning, water in shower so slow, and when we asked concierge if they had a disposable utensils they said they don’t have it when they do provide breakfast at the hotel.

There is a manager that is weird. He was very unwelcoming to my partner and me. We almost decided to cancel our booking. Also the plugs on the laps in the room did not work. We had to unplug the lamp from the wall to plug in our cellphone and laptop chargers.

The staff makes sure your needs are priority. It was a busy weekend at the hotel. The morning staff in the breakfast area is awesome he greet ask you for your drink preferences and was over all very friendly and welcoming!
