The lady said I can get out or move to 2nd floor. But there's no elevator and my luggages are heavy. I don't think 2nd floor would have no cockroach as my knowledge. As a Hotel's service employee, the duty is to help customers and guests, Garden Executive Hotel is 100% doing the opposite way.

Struttura un po' vecchia ma comunque accettabile. Niente di rotto o sporco.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The room was clean upon arrival. The TV worked well. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The front desk staff was extremely helpful - I recently had an injury that had me on crutches when I arrived at the hotel and the front desk staff switched my room to one on the first floor and offered to help me if I needed since I was alone.
Everything could have been updated a bit, things were a little older in the room. The location had a few restaurants around, but it wasn't in a super happening place.

I was in the 2 nd floor no elavators no microwave in the room we ask for extra towel didn’t get it all ice machine was in the first fl the bucket didn’t have a lid the sheet had 2 stain old ones we just took it of the bed they never told us about the WiFi I only stayed one nite

The bed was too high and not comfortable, the pillows was indifferent. There was no microwave, no counter top in the bathroom too put your toiletries. The hot water was Luke warm. There was gap between the headboard and the mattress, so your pillow would get stuck in the gap, just awful sleep. Had to leave a day early very uncomfortable.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The facilities are good overall. No frills, very basic and moderately comfortable. Excellent for the price for sure. Walking distance from a few shopping areas which is a plus. Clean and manageable.
The hot water gave us issues during the tail end of the visit over the final day or so. It's only two floors, so there is no elevator. Basic and bare bones kind of place, but for the price, you can't really ask for more. Otherwise, all good!
