Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bedding, clear blue ocean, clean beach, beautiful views, and easy beach access.

The only issue was the elevator situation. The two elevators inside the lobby were working Friday but one was out of order after Friday. Which made the wait for the elevator longer. But nothing to truly complain about it. I think there was another elevator in the parking garage. I just never used it.

Loved everything, it was modern, on the beach with great facilities. It was a nice holiday splurge for me! The restaurant is great!

It’s a nice quiet place and I love how everything was pretty much close by and I loved that the beach was right behind the hotel.

The staff was welcoming. It was such a beautiful view!! In the most suitable location along with having restaurants, bars, coffee shops in the same building.

Beautiful location, easy to get to the beach, clean

One elevator was not working and we were on the top floor so sometimes we had to wait a bit longer for the elevator.

The Hotel is on fabulous location, on sandy dunes overlooking ocean. You can hardly bit it. And eating at veranda overviewing ocean is also a special pleasure. Breakfast was reasonably good. You can get eggs per order. Fruit salad was good. Scones were very good. Nice choice of meals and reasonable pricing for diner. Excellent hamburgers.

Yet the services of hotel and its price do not pair well with its location. Me and my husband, we have travelled the world and can thus fairly well evaluate this property. We have visited this property for over 30 years at least once a year. It uses to have 2 tiny jacuzzi-es, but we were happy with those as it still allowed to fund place in at least one. For the last several years only one jacuzzi was left. In the winter time you can not fit into it as it is full of people. it is also old and needs renovation to a large size appropriate for such large hotel. The hotel has now blocked one side of outdoor pool deck for special separieres which look to me serve no purpose and the use of those is probably very expensive. The outdoor pool was so warm that it was not inviting. The hotel should cool it down with icy water. New outdoor pool chairs are needed as existing ones are too old and many of those dirty. Also the small tables accompanying the chairs have not been cleaned regularly. A serviceman was however circling around the pool deck but not checking on the the tables. The hotel did not offer anything for the inconvenience of out of service elevators on our day of arrival. Just as a kind gesture, they should have done so. The indoor pool needs renovation, such as pool deck, including better air conditioning. Finally, the air-conditioning in our room was so loud, that we had to switch it off to be able to sleep. Not big variety of breads for breakfast, such as multigrain, or pastries, or jam/fruit spread. Scones were very good, but oats were too sweet. Nice choice for diner. Excellent hamburger. Outdoor tables are small for 4 people. Hotel used to have comfortable tables.

Elevators were not working and the fire alarm got us out of bed and stood outside for thirty minutes until fire trucks came and announced it was a false alarm.

>Only one elevator was working, so extremely long waiting times. >It wasn't clear that the additional payment for breakfast was only for 2 adults. We booked 4 adults for 2 nights, so it didn't make sense to get breakfast only for 1 night. >Only 40 beach umbrellas available. Insufficient for a full hotel and was totally booked out the day before. This is not something that one plans in advance, so we did not have an umbrella or chairs.

The pools and the beach access

One elevator was not working, which is understandable, but the staff could have mentioned that at check-in. A little honesty goes a long way. It took upwards of 5-7 minutes for the elevator to arrive. Also, several of the housekeeping staff were yelling to one another throughout the hallway on our floor. Think outside voices.

Breakfast was good

I had requested a Beach front view but Booking.com didn't get this and the facility couldn't change it without a $300 increase in cost

Приїхав на місце,двоє чоловіків чергують на вході , машина зупинилася біля них, напевно вони і охоронці. Мені майже сімдесят років проблеми:спина травмована, з ногами теж проблеми . Довелось самому діставати речі з машини брати телеку розташування не знаю куди підніматись на поверх не знаю ніхто не допоміг

It is clean and beautiful. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and nice.

It is not really walkable to shops and restaurants but they have a shuttle service which is great!

Prices for drinks was way too high could have been a little cleaner restaurant needed supervision. Waitresses were not very responsive.

The entire property was clean and amazingly free of sand everywhere, given that it’s directly on the beach! Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The restaurant was very good and everyone at the property was helpful and friendly.

We stayed during the week and there were multiple business conventions that took up the lobby.

Great location on the beach, nice pool, good coffee in the foyer. Room was ready on arrival ,check in was smooth and the room was a good size with a large bathroom. Balcony was lovely

Latch on balcony door was not functioning. Would be great to be able to boil water and to have some teabags in the room. Table in balcony was without glass

The washer and dryer was against our wall and both nights people were washing clothes late. You need time restrictions.

Facilities, accommodations, staff (especially the staff). Really no complaints. I normally don't give "10's" to any rating of a facility, because I don't rate many facilities and I always think there is room for improvement. I gave this one a "10" because they deserved it. Thanks. We'll be back.

Thanksgiving buffet was the best I have ever had and the staff was professional, close to the Ancient Cypress and US Navy memorial outstanding

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable king size bed in room.

Pull out bed was uncomfortable. Huge dip in the mattress and mattress was stained. Hair on shower walls and floor in bathroom. Crumbs and debris on table and chairs in room. Sticky tables and stained seating throughout hotel in general. Chair and umbrella rentals stop at 3pm but you can’t check in until 4pm.

Beds were very comfortable. There was a lot to do at the resort, especially for the location

Water pressure could have been stronger, but the showers and bathrooms were nice.

Delaney, taylor and Emma the bartenders were fantastic! Can not give them enough credit! Keep them employed! They entertained the bar crowd!

I booked this property through booking.com and taxes and resort fees were included in the price quoted by booking.com. At check out, they tried to charge me a different price than the booking.com price and it took quite a bit of arguing with them to get them to honor the booking.com price

We did not have a balcony & no view at all!

All the staff were wonderful and accommodating. Especially the Waiter Katie at the restaurant ~ she was lovely and made me and my girlfriend feel really special during dinner on our first night. The access to the ocean was incredible and we loved the large patio on our 6th floor room.

One of the elevators was broken, which made wait times a bit long.

Excellent service, clean and spacious rooms, great facilities and location. Additionally, the food at the restaurant on the property was fantastic.

Elevator was a little confusing: buttons did not match up with floors/floor guide on side of elevator. We figured it out eventually, but it took a couple tries.

dinner was a real disaster - cleaning room process absolutely unclear - elevators didnt take the exac capacity of people there "there was a situation We were waiting over 5min for elevator" Elevator door as well as room door are definitely NOT kids friendly - they are moving too fast and as they are very heavy my son got hit by both door twice!

It was lovely. Great room-spacious with very comfy bed and very nice decor. Loved the complimentary shuttle and underground parking! Steps from the beach. Big beach towels provided. Great pool.

It was a bit noisy this morning. Kids running up and down hall screaming before 8 am.
