Signalisation de l’hôtel peu visible. Quartier plus ou moins Securitaire en soirée.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026We vonden het prettig dat we tot laat konden inchecken. De kamer was basic, maar voor ons helemaal prima: een bed en een nette badkamer. Het personeel was vriendelijk.
We vonden de bedden erg hard. Verder heeft het hotel niet een hele centrale ligging, maar is dit met het OV prima te doen.

Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié c’est le fait qu’on nous a pas donné des cartes pour les différentes portes nous étions obligés de mémoriser 3 codes différents. La porte ne se ferme pas bien elle bouge a chaque petit courant d’air. Ils nous ont demandé un cautionnement et ce n’était pas annoncé avant la réservation.

Konnten erst um 16:30 Uhr ins Zimmer, obwohl Check In eigentlich ab 15:00 Uhr angegeben war. Außerdem hat in der Nacht ständig ein Herr geschrien, was das Schlafen trotz geschlossener Fenster unmöglich machte. Zimmer so klein, dass man kaum seinen Koffer öffnen konnte.

o local de tomar banho para pessoa um pouco acima do peso ou mais alta é pequeno mas nada que não dê para se adaptar até ´porque a água é bem quentinha.

No deberían ofrecer cama supletoria porque el colchón era una capa textil sobre unos muelles de alambre. Les solicitamos algo mejor pero era lo que tenían así que usamos las mantas para ponerlas entre el colchón y la bajera para poder amortiguar algo aquel desastre. No es admisible hoy en día que ofrezcan cosas así en ninguna parte La habitación que es muy decente queda empaquetada con la supletoria , ni puedes abrir el armario.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Nos ha gustado mucho este sitio. Tiene una ubicación excelente, a pocos minutos de una parada de metro de la línea verde que te lleva al centro de la ciudad en 5 minutos. La primera habitación que nos dieron era un poco reducida, pero la segunda (porque hicimos dos reservas por separado) era súper amplia. Todas ellas equipadas con aire acondicionado, mini nevera, amenities. Todo estaba limpio y cuidado. Si volviéramos a la ciudad repetiríamos sin dudar. En recepción hay una máquina para cafés y una máquina expendedora para coger algo.
Nos ha gustado todo. La relación calidad-precio se cumple.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Por lo menos nos han hecho la devolución de la primera noche. No tienen personal, solo está 1 persona en la recepción y se hacen filas enormes para el check-in.
Al llegar a la habitación (que literalmente es del tamaño de la cama +50cm alrededor) encendemos el aire acondicionado pero no enfría y además hace muchísimo ruido como de motor. Iba a ser imposible dormir ahí. Pedimos que nos cambien de habitación pero no tenían ninguna disponible, solo nos ofrecen aguantar la primera noche y cambiarnos a otra en la segunda noche. En ese momento tuvimos que buscar otro hotel pero solo para la primera noche porque My Charm se negó a cancelarnos la reserva completa. Si no tienen las habitaciones en condiciones lo mínimo es dejarnos cancelar por completo para irnos a otro hotel y no obligarnos a mover maletas de uno a otro.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026We really enjoyed our stay: the bed was very comfortable, the double bed was huge, and the location was excellent, with convenient metro connections and only a 10-minute drive to the airport. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to leave our luggage before check-in. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.
The main issue was that we booked a room for three people, but upon arrival we found a double room with an extra folding bed, which took up almost all the space and blocked the wardrobe. There were also only two sets of towels and two cups, but the receptionist was very helpful, provided everything we needed and moved us to a much better and more spacious room the next day. The bathroom and shower were a little small, but overall we were comfortable in the new room.

На ресепшені беруть завдаток 50 євро, що не дуже приємно.. В номері не приємний запах сирості, немає бальзаму для волосся, рушники не дуже свіжі, для двох людей був тільки один пакетик чаю, один цукор та дешева кава 1 стік. Води для пиття також не було в номері🥹

Le stanze sono un po’ piccole e non c’è lo spazio per aprire due valigie. La struttura ha la metro vicino quindi è ben collegata ma la sera la zona non è delle migliori.

A limpeza dos quartos mesmo aquando do check in ficou muito além daquilo que eu estava sempre habituada. A luz da varanda do quarto 101 não funcionava, o gel de banho tive que pedir para colocarem pois não tinha nada, e a varanda nem sequer tinha sido limpa.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It’s also very convenient for the airport, which is only about 12 minutes away.The hotel was clean, comfortable, and great value for money, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was just as I hoped for, and the location made exploring the city so easy.

We had booked a room with shared bathroom by mistake, which despite communication with the property through the booking com app we were unable to change before arrival, and on our arrival late at night the reception desk wasn’t helpful. There were 2 bathrooms shared between 5 rooms in the first floor and we used one of the bathrooms after one of the other guests so it wasn’t clean. My mistake for not realising when booking. There is apparently a change in management so that after making our booking, and just a couple of days before our arrival we were informed of a €50 security deposit. I wouldn’t have booked had I known, there are enough properties available that don’t do this. I thought it was a bit cheeky to apply it to bookings that had been made previously.

La cauzione di 50 euro che chiedono all'arrivo mi sembra inopportuna. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate in 4 giorni di pernotto dal 12 agosto al 17 agosto. Le scale e l'ascensore appartengono a un palazzo molto vecchio. Le camere sono comunque state ristrutturate. Il quartiere in cui è ubicata la struttura è pieno di mendicanti e gente poco raccomandabile, pertanto quando si esce bisogna fare molta attenzione.

Le bruit incessant jour et nuit. Les voisins du dessus semblent vivre dans votre chambre. Ils hurlent et cris du matin au soir et presque toute la nuit. Des travaux sans cesse dès le matin. C’est l’hôtel le plus bruyant que je connaisse jusqu’ici. Le quartier est assez éloigné du joli centre et il n’est vraiment pas agréable.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Die Unterkunft war für unseren 3 tägigen Aufenthalt in Lissabon genau richtig. Man hatte eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß um in die Altstadt zu kommen. Das hat uns jedoch keinesfalls gestört! Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden diese nochmal buchen!
