Check in was easy and quick, the rooms spacious, clean and quiet (at least our room). The lady responsible for the breakfast was extraordinarily helpful and nice!

Everything was bare minimum. The breakfast is even for American hotels below average. What does it cost to offer waffles not only on weekends???? Only apples for fruit-no bananas, no oranges! After one of two toasters stopped working it wasnt replaced so the next two days there was only one toaster for the guests instead of two! In the gym one of three treadmills wasn't working at all and one was not working properly . The first day there were towels for the guests doing their workouts but once used up there were no refills.. not on day two..not on day three.. room cleaning should have been done 'every other day' .. well we had to ask for toilet paper on day 4.. oh and pool capacity is 8!!! Eight!!!! Unfortunately, my impression of the hotel has worsened since my stay. I contacted the hotel regarding a piece of jewelry that may have been lost there—an item of great sentimental value to me—and asked whether it had possibly been found. I received no response whatsoever. I understand that the hotel cannot guarantee the recovery of a lost item, but completely ignoring a guest’s inquiry is disappointing and shows a serious lack of customer care.

Communication about pricing was incorrect. I was specific when looking for a hotel that was pet friendly. Was not however was told there’s additional cost involved with having a pet. This is not my first time traveling with my pet.

Night staff on duty was very rude and abrupt. She seemed put out and annoyed.

The bed and pillows were great and so comfy. They were able to let us check in early at our request without a fee. King suite room was nice and they were able to give us 2 rooms next to each other.

Breakfast wa average, the front desk person made my day! I was up early asked for cofee and even though it wasnt time to make it she went and made it for me. Totally impressed!

The front desk lady was not helpful at all. We checked in late, asked about place to dine for food. She act like she had no clue about any restaurant open. Only fast food. That was not true. Texas Road house. And a few other restaurants open.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Interstate 10. Es gab Frühstück und sogar einen Pool.

Die Klimaanlage ist unfassbar laut und kann dadurch in der Nacht nicht genutzt werden.

Showed up at 11:30 pm to find out they overbooked themselves so they turned me away, even after already charging my card. Still no success with getting my money refunded through booking app

It would be nice to have an additional chair in the room. We travel as a couple. One of us gets the desk chair, the other the bed. Not comfortable!

Hotel elevators were not working and no one warned us of this when checking in. Elevators took over 20 mins to arrive. No AC in hallways of hotel when waiting for elevators. AC took forever to cool actual room down.

Location was perfect close to food, fwy & shopping, breakfast was above any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were very friendly & efficient. Clean pool. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. The a/c worked amazing!

I had no complaints , just a slight inconvenience the elevator was extremely slow and one side was completely out of service our last day.

Shower fixture let 2/3s of water run out of tub fixture -- wasted down the drain -- while only 1/3 of water came out of shower, so had to spend more time rinsing off. Waste of water in desert environment.

We really like the location and breakfast buffet. Room was clean, easy parking.

This time front desk definitely fell short. Upon check in Jessica wasn’t friendly and there was no warm welcome that we’ve become used to while staying at this hotel. I wasn’t asked for identification and given details. Just asked for a credit card. No mention of fees, amenities, like breakfasts, were skipped over. Handed key cards with telling me our room number until I asked. Very strange. Then at midnight we called the front desk because there were people at the pool with their dog and the screaming and barking was a little over the top for the hour. Front desk literally said “I was wondering what that noise was!?” Absolutely no apologies for the chaos of a pool that was supposed to close two hours prior. I guess we just weren’t impressed enough to stay here at our “go to spot” when traveling through Indio. We won’t be back strictly due to these reasons, even though we enjoy the location.

The pool was great after a long day of golf. The location being close to food (especially Pablo’s Tacos) was great.

The breakfast started a little later than expected so we never got a chance to eat due to early tee times.

Nice size room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Very clean. Good breakfast.

AC was quite noisy. Also we were on the 4th floor and couldn't get hot water in the shower for more than 15 minutes. Makes me feel guilty having to waste so much water, especially in the desert.

The system was down for two days. We had no key or our room. We weren't able to access our room without the assistance of the maintenance man. This was very problematic when leaving our room since we were unable to access it.

We had a bit of a hiccup upon our stay initially and were quite frustrated. However, Stephanie assisted us in smoothing things out and once things were sorted our stay was very enjoyable.

I booked a second reservation in addition to our initial reservation and although I tried my best to prepare the hotel and let them know, we did have some difficulty in getting the reservations linked. As mentioned, Stephanie helped us through this frustrating time and once this was resolved all was well.

This hotel was a perfect fit for our budget and needs. Practical amenities such as free breakfast with hot and cold options, 24 hour gym access, free parking and onsite electrical chargers for our EV enhanced our experience. The gym was efficient, up to date, and had a set of eucalyptus face towels for post workout refreshment. Room amenities such as makeup remover wipes, microwave, refrigerator, and inbuilt phone chargers.

Easy to get to from the interstate in a commercial location

Breakfast was a little short on fruit and started to clean up at 9 AM, closing at 9:30. Didn't have toast. The personnel however are very friendly.

Very noisy. I asked specifically for an upper floor quiet room. Waited two hours to check in because they said they would accommodate that request. Ended up in a room with noisy people above me, people running up and down the hallways late at night and again at 5AM. I got very little sleep.

The location was good.

There was an overwhelming smell of sewage. When this was discussed with the staff, it was dismissed. It was hard for our son to breathe at night. For the price we were charged, it was completely overpriced and we feel we were robbed by the Marriott chain.
