The whole experience was amazing. Getting together with family was a great experience here. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon.
That there was so many things to do for adults and kids
We liked everything about it
Extremely clean Cute towels in the bathroom Felt very welcoming, especially when we first got there
Wouldn’t take charge to the room at Starbucks Better choices of food on the property
Es muy tranquilo el apartamento ara muy amplio y sus camas muy cómodas
No avía señal en mi teléfono y ya le ase falta remodelación los chillones de la sala ya están muy sucios
The suite was unclean: unmopped floors, dirty carpet, broken pieces of appliances, dirty countertops and handles, and hair everywhere. However, it was much better than the room they initially assigned to us - it was not cleaned at all - the previous guest's check-out note was still on the door.
La résidence et au top
Le wifi payant
Very disappointed and saddened over the fact of how I was treated by your greeter. After previous amazing stays I was shocked when I was told I didn't qualify for incentives or sales presentation premiums.I was asked to leave and he did not help or answer any further questions I had.
It's always an experience staying at this Resort I love it
perfect place for vacation with all family and friends has all what with need pools arcade happy hour spa store inside resort and Starbucks
Nice and clean and friendly
Everything was fine
Fantastic place! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The lovely terrace, convenient parking, swimming pools, gym, barbecue areas and hot tubs were all excellent. Highly recommended!
Rooms are great
The rock , building 11, we did not enjoy the patio with the ugly rocks
The bed is always comfortable
When checking in the waiting to get out room was too long. And the staff was not that pleasant. We got harassed at the pool by a security guard. I called and complained about him. I don think they did anything about it. Because we were on my balcony the next morning and saw the same security guard and he noticed us kept staring at us. He was a tall heavy set Hispanic male. It was just a bad experience for my family and I. And we go there every year. This was the worst experience we've ever had.
While check in was great and I was able to get in my room early the disappointment came when we went to the pool. No place to get a drink. The market place for food was very disappointing. The staff running it seems to be very unhappy. The first day I order wings. They told me it was going to be a long time. The second day they told me they were out of everything fried. They say it’s a family place but I saw many people bring in alcohol and smells of weed. We check out early because the excellence was terrible.
The bedding was awesome! I went to relax, and I had a great night sleep.
I didn’t like the fact that people got up at the crack of Dan and saved pool seats that they didn’t sit in till four hours later leaving us that only wanted to spend a couple hours at the pool unable to find seating
Condo was awesome ~ loved the extra room and all the extras ~ Fridge with Freezer all the comforts of home.
Booked with Booking.com and it said internet/Wi-Fi included ~ but it actually WAS NOT included. Had to pay for it!!! They tried to set us up for a tour/selling us timeshare/vacation purchase. When I declined ~ I did not get the Welcome gift and other things listed on a paper that I was told I had to use to check in. They were respectful and tried several times to get me to sign up or go to the presentation. Bummed we couldn't enjoy the lazy river without a innertube.
The room was spacious, and check out was very easy
The room was very dirty, bathrooms had hair everywhere, it looked like there was some kind of brown stain on the wall near the toilet paper, toilets had stains in them, floors were dirty, which made our daughters feet dirty when they walked on it.the lights flickered on and off our entire stay in our room. The pool area was very crowded and the water was murky and hot. Very off putting. We found clumps of hair everywhere and saw band aids floating on several occasions.
Pool in the heat. Lazy river. Maintenance was prompt and responsive. Larry was very helpful and quick to address our issues. He is an asset to the company and was able to fix a table in one room and remote in another, including battery and programming it.
The cabana we booked wasn't ready when we got there. I could have sworn they used to have a swamp cooler too.
Everything
Good pool area for kids , lots of bbq grills to use
We did not get free wifi, that was disappointing. We were close to one of the pools but a shorter way to get there was through the slider in our unit but the rocks were a bit difficult, could use stepping stones to access the pool gate, other units next to us did the same...
Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful
There wasn’t anything not to like
Fascility was clean and well kept, including the grounds.
The NON-smoking policy is a farse. People are smoking/vaping (cigars, cigerellos, marijuana) on their balconies, at the pool, in front of security that is walking by the room-patio, etc. Exposing under age children to second hand smoke and chemicals from vaping.
I like the place over all. It is a nice little getaway.
I didn't like that the staff lied about my refund for a meeting they had for time share, saying it was too late because the payment was processed even thought it said refundable. I didn't like that it looks they're aren't maintaining the location. A lot needs to be fixed and updated. The light fixture in the bedroom kept going out.
Tolle Ausstattung.
Size, multiple bedroom and bathrooms. Full kitchen with everything you need. Front desk granted some complimentary wifi.
One elevator per building. It’s slow and in constant use with cleaning crew so if you have a stroller it can be challenging. They have started charging for Internet. Coffee machine wasn’t working at the market. The bracelet keys are only given if you listen to a timeshare spiel.
Easy check in, Amazing staff.
Has anything you may need. Starbucks, market, arcade, movie theater, lazy river, basketball court.
Although the resort is nice, it’s too many teenagers roaming around freely, banging on people doors. Also paying for internet after spending money on a room that should be included in the cost. The room itself was nice and clean, love that they have a kiddie pool and then a area for bigger kids/lazy river. I don’t know we will stay again.
Everything was great!
We've been here before, but this is our first time in the first floor. When we were about to leave we found a black widow spider next to the sofa on the carpet. We let housekeeper lady know for her safety. Other than that everything was great!
Loved everything about the trip. Atmosphere, the people, staff. The overall ambience of this place is awesome. 10/10 stay. Will definitely be back. Great place to relax and unwind with family and friends.
Wifi. The fact that you have buy wifi in order to use your devices is crazy. This needs to change. It wont stop me from visiting again but only negative about this place
Loved the atmosphere. Location is great. Great vibes. Love the place. Pool, grill locations, jacuzzi. The people all always nice.
Wifi sucks. Not sure why you should have to buy a wifi package just to be able to use your phone and video game console is crazy. Never the less, me and my family absolutely love this place. We will definitely b bk
The property was really clean and well maintained. They have plenty of BBQ grills that you can use and ponds that you can enjoy outside your back door. Two large swimming pools and a kiddie pool and also a lazy river that was very relaxing
Nothing negative to say about the property
Very clean, beautiful property, lots to do. Safe. Comfortable
Liked everything
Well maintained
Zero
It felt safe. Staff friendly. Lazy river amazing.
Geese poop ơn our patio. We couldn’t sit outside.
It was an amazing experience , the property was beautiful well taken care of . Everything was closed by The gym was something I used every day
Everything was good
The pools are fun.
Our room in bldg 11 did not have the best views. The BBQs near bldg 11 were broken and dirty.
The rooms are fully equipped, very clean and had an overall feel of home . Nice views and lots to do for fun
Property was excellent with lots of space to spread out. Pool areas did get busy on weekend but that’s to be expected. Activities schedule through the day kept everyone happy and small self serve mini market was awesome. Grocery store was less than 10 minutes
Wish they had ice machine on property. They did offer a complementary bag of ice to get started
I liked everything about this place!
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the resort for you. Very crowed and noisy. Remote location away from what the Palm Desert and La Quinta area has to offer.
Nice location for families. Playground, kiddie pool, family pool and lazy river. I wish they had more food choices than a coffee shop and sandwiches but it was fine. With a full kitchen it was easy enough to bring your own foord. I suggest bringing a cooler bag. Or rent one of the cabanas We had 3 couples, an infant and 4 year old. The cabana has refridgeration fans and shade the whole day. They bring you 2 bags of ice and extra towels as well.
Walking the grounds is like an oasis of greenery and lakes/streams. Makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise.
I enjoyed the Lazy river and swimming pools Grounds were beautifully maintained Staff was respectful and courteous The Barb B que stations were well maintained The onsite store carried a variety of items needed
Driving from Seattle and told this is the only room available which was designed for a wheelchairs users and everything was low. Coffee pot had to be moved each time I needed to open cabinets to access dishes. Unit needs to be updated
Everything
Lazy river and cafe onsite
Needs a cold water thermos filling machine. Cafe charges for ice and cups of water
We liked the large property, the pools, the lazy river, and the comfortable room. The staff was polite, and check-in went smoothly. It’s a great place for a family vacation.
Overall, we enjoyed everything. The only thing was that some days were windy and a bit too cool for swimming, but that was weather-related and not the property’s fault.
Ruime kamer, fijn zwembad, prima airco.
Check in was chaotisch, geen ijsmachine, geen housekeeping.
Le complexe est magnifique. Piscine, installation sportive, jacuzzi, rivière bouées, l’appartement est sur équipé, tout est laissé à dispo c’était parfait. Les piscines chaudes.
Le tarif de la Supérette dans le COmplexe
Great resort
Black countertops and incandescent lighting directly over bathroom mirrors are very un flattering.. that puts women in a negative mindset. Small coffee mugs are inconvenient in this era of big coffee. However, the apartment kitchen is well equipped. The bedding and pillows unblock out drapes are good TVs good .Rooms could be supplied with a simple channel guide sheet . Staff is kind and effective. Not too sure about being asked to take out my own trash or start the DW. That seems a little over the top . Love the texting option to access staff , however if there was a time lapse that would be annoying
Pros: they let us check in early and leave our bags after checkout (standard). Good location for coachella/stagecoach but do not buy the standard festival shuttle as it does not go anywhere close to it. Pools seem nice but we did not have tme to hang out in them. Cons: Timeshare presentation push (every day, multiple times a day). The floor of the room was not even vacuumed/dirty. You have to pay $15/day for crappy internet (and the phone signal was horrible). No ice anywhere. Hotel market/cafe more of a mini-convenience store with minimal products.
i come here every year and i love it ❤️
My husband I have stayed at 3 Worldmark resorts prior to this one Seaside, OR, Phoenix, AZ, and Kona, Hawaii. This one met and exceeded all expectations. We knew it would be nice, with multiple pools and a lazy river, but the amenities were next level! Not only was it a nice newer area of Indio, close to grocery stores, golf courses, and even a casino - the game room and onsite Market with a Starbucks made it so convenient to not even have to leave the resort. The 2-bdrm unit we stayed in was spacious enough to entertain family guests for part of our stay, and courtesy call from the concierge mid-way to ensure all our needs were being met was stellar. And the comfort of the beds/pillows provided an additional level of elevation. We can’t wait to go back!
This resort has maintained it stature, as they maintain the grounds, keep thing clean and tidy, staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. If you are a golfer, the course is steps away and their prices are very reasonable. And of course having a Starbuck on site is a big benefit for the coffee drinkers, if the room coffee is not for you. The room are adequately furnished and are starting to show their years. As busy as it was we still had plenty of room in the pool and deck area. There are plenty of BBQ for your home cooked meals. Although Indio may be away from the busy area of Palm Springs, it was nice to be in a quiet and peaceful resort.
Nice
Serene
Comfortable beds. Full kitchen.
The resort has plenty of activities to offer in addition to two swimming pools, spas, gym, shops, playground and pickle ball court. The grills were very convenient and made outside cooking fun. Staff were quite friendly, helpful and eager to help. The unit was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Internet was free and easy to be connected to. The only surprise was the daily resort fees.
A good time. Not sure if I would go back. I felt like the staff was trying to pressure me into their tour of the complex. I was there to vacation.
Upsetting tactics from the sales team here. Went to a presentation to receive free nights accommodation and a $150 dining card. We had zero interest in what they were pitching but wanted to see what goes on in these things and take the gift. They preach time with family and statistics of stress without vacation without showing a price for the first 90 minutes. We went to the office where a screen door was leaning against the window off its slides and the glass was covered in dirt. It was not luxurious. Almost laughed when sales rep Vickie pulled out a price sheet with an over 100k price tag at 17.99% financing, what a steal. Don’t worry you can refinance it later and pay off the down payment with multiple credit cards. Their words not mine. That package gets you 300,000 points a year. About enough to spend 14 nights away annually. There is no property ownership. This is not an investment. There is no property appreciation. This is a sunk cost for average accommodation. What they don’t tell you clearly up front, once you pay off that price tag you still have to pay monthly maintenance fees that increase as per inflation (avoiding inflation was the main tactic of the sales pitch). You will be paying monthly your entire life. Signing these contracts can financially ruin families, even after you die your children can inherit the deed and be on the hook for the monthly payments. The packages are going for $1 on eBay just so people can get rid of them. I don’t usually care about these pitches offered everywhere and simply write them off as scams, but after attending one I think these people should be ashamed of themselves. I have a pregnant wife and you’re telling me that signing this contract is what we need to do to have a stress free life as a new family. If it was my job to pressure people to spend their hard earned money on what I knew was a garbage product I would take a long look at myself in the mirror. There are many better sales avenues in this country. Don’t talk to me about the importance of family while sliding this ticket to hell deal across the table. We got all this from a 2 hour presentation. We spent the drive home imagining the nightmare of the poor souls who sign up. And read Reddit reviews once getting home to confirm our suspicions. There was an older couple in there with us, both US military veterans, who had sadly already signed up. Older couples like this are probably being taken advantage of the most. Sales Rep. Carmen was super nice. I hope she finds success in the future.
I had a horrible experience at this resort. Upon check in my key never worked, I was told multiple times that they would send someone to fix the door but they never did. I had to call for security to let me into the room every time I left and wanted to reenter. It was an absolute pain. When they did apparently send someone to fix the door it was at 11pm
Resort staff was available and helpful. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. Great location if visiting Joshua Tree NP. Conveinent drive allowed multiple park visits. Scenery is incredible if you enjoy the desert.
I stayed in a two bedroom in Jan 2026. The resort was wonderful - clean & comfortable. There were two issues that were addressed immediately. Things happen but the staff (housekeeping and maintenance) were fast - so fast - at arriving to fix the issues. I was pleasantly surprised! KUDOS to that!
WorldMark Indio is in an excellent location and has everything our family needed to enjoy the sun, pools, hot-tubs, lazy river, movies and more!
It felt like home as soon as I entered. We had enough towels and the beds were comfortable. They thought of everything from spices in the kitchen to beach towels.
Some of the golfers were rude to my teenage daughter but it wasn't the hotels fault.
I tried to stay an extra night and the only way was if I booked 2 nights...2 night minimum I did not care for...I was already there !
