El personal excelente, siempre atento a cualquier inconveniente. Buena ubicación del hostal.

Mi habitación daba hacia la calle y al frente se encontraba un nightclub, por lo que había un poco de ruido.

Muy buena ubicación, muy tranquilo el sector. Muy amable el personal que pudo acogerme antes del horario de check in esperado, ya que mi vuelo llegó muy temprano a Punta Arenas. Muy atenta la Señora Betty y la chica del aseo.

Lamentablemente me costó mucho quedarme dormida, ya que en la noche salía un olor a desagüe muy desagradable, no sé si del baño o de la ducha. Y la ventana daba a un patio interior, así que no tenía mucha ventilación.

The door to the room was mostly glass, so the light from the hallway would light up the room which made it difficult to sleep. It would be nice to have a curtain over the door.

Very noisy. Next to busy street, music from nearby disco till 4 am (I was rhere on Friday). And loud neighbors I had to ask to stop chating after the midnight.

Betty was a very friendly, helpful host. A simple breakfast of yogurt, bread and slice meat/cheese was provided.

The property is located in the red light district with several neighbouring “clubs”. The property was dated. The host only speaks Spanish which is less ideal for tourists.

More run down than the photos online make it look, but served its purpose and had a good stay!

L'accueil est chaleureux mais il faut savoir que l'hôtel est vraiment au bord de l'avenue de España qui est très bruyante.

Si bien es una casa antigua, la pieza cumple, las camas cómodas y el baño en buenas condiciones, sirve mucho para ir de paso, nosotras pasábamos gran parte del día afuera. Se agradece que dentro de la habitación cuentas con frigobar, microondas, hervidor y loza.

No se podía regular bien la temperatura de la pieza, en las noches se hizo muy caluroso. Poca variedad en el desayuno, pero cumple.

Muy buena ubicación y el personal muy amable.

道路を挟んだ向かいにナイトクラブ？があり、一晩中音楽が鳴り続けていて眠れませんでした。耳栓をしていても音が響くので、道路側の部屋は避けたほうがいいです。

1rst night was noisy (along the street with lots of traffic, including at night). However for the 2nd night the hosts agree for a room change: much quieter.

Fue una estadía bastante cómoda ya que la habitación estaba muy limpia y temperada. No puedo dejar de mencionar el desayuno que estaba 10/10

Great location for the centre of town. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Mostly, however, the lovely host, Betty. She stayed up for my late arrival and let me store my bags the next day.

Extremely helpful staff, comfortable beds, a basic but adequate breakfast, and a good location at a good price.

Calling it a "hostel" is a bit of a misnomer. It's a guesthouse -- and it's a very good guesthouse! But if you're a solo traveller looking to make new friends and meet travel companions, this isn't the place. The bar just across Balmaceda Street plays very loud music until about 2 AM. Bring earplugs just in case you're in either of the rooms at the western end of the hostel.

Betty was a fantastic hostess and made me feel so welcome. Very flexible with check in times and helped a lot with my last minute change of plans. Great place to stay and great value for money.

Good price. Clean. Great breakfast. I had to check out very early and they were very accommodative, and let me grab a breakfast/coffee.

A little confusing to get in. Rang doorbell a couple times. Even though I communicated my arrival time, it didn't seem like they were expecting me. But was all cleared up when they found my reservation.

I gave this a 10/10 because Betty is really a woman from a magical realm, and so her staff Miss Venezuala, I like them all and they live in peace and let you just do your thing. The accomadation is very clean and I was nervous about going in a place and smelling a bad smell and there was none what so ever. It was a little room but it was peaceful and the mind is free to have wonderful thoughts. I like Felix the Cat and seeing hes little sleeping face in wonderland.

I wanted to enjoy all more but I ended up sick.

I enjoyed that the room was clean. Additionally, the house was beautifully decorated with ship-themed sculptures. The staff was amazing—friendly and helpful. Although they didn’t speak English, we managed to communicate. Breakfast was good. Most importantly, the owner put their heart into everything and truly did their best.

The bed mattresses were not the best—they were old and sagged. Additionally, the photos online are quite outdated and haven’t been updated; the rooms look older in reality, and some furniture and fixtures were broken. What I liked the least was that the toilet and shower were shared, not private. On top of that, there was a nightclub right across from the hotel, and it was very noisy throughout the night.

Clean rooms and excellent service from the friendly staff. The decor was too-notch; you’ll know its theme the moment you step in.

It was a little far from the town center but wasn’t a big deal as I enjoyed the 10-min stroll, which allowed me to check more things out.

Great location, just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas and restaurants, bars, and shops. The waterfront is just a few blocks beyond that. The amazing cemetery is about 15-20 minutes walk away. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.
