Reviewed Jun 29, 2026This apartment is PERFECTLY located, just 5 mins away of the centre. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities for us three. The heating worked great and my wife really loved the big smart TV for the cold nights. The bathroom is very nice with a shower that works well. The rooms were spacious yet cozy. The host was responsive and very friendly; getting the keys was also very easy. An amazing stay, we WILL be returning to this place!
Not a problem for us, but this is not an accessible spot for people with reduced mobility. A microwave could be useful, but the little oven worked so we made do.

Un detalle que se puede arreglar, la cabaña de al lado los huespedes metian mucho ruido en especial en la noche y de madrugada, quizas poner aislantes de ruidos las habitaciones seria mucho mejor

There is a decent incline up to the location if you have luggage, but easy walking distance to the waterfront, main square, etc. A beautiful overlook is just up the stairs from the property. There were also a couple of cafes and an amazing restaurant up the stairs. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice decor and layout for our group of 4.
The address given didn't map us to the correct location. Not sure if this is an issue with the Google and Apple mapping? But the owner was so helpful in getting us there once we arrived.

Como punto negativo o en contra, es el ingreso para vehiculos. Es una calle empinada y el espacio para maniobrar y estacionar es muy limitado, entre varios autos y en subida. Un poco incomodo pero no imposible, el resto muy bueno todo.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Mi prioridad es que sea un lugar limpio, cumplió y superó mis expectativas. Es un lugar amplio, cómo para hospedarse en familia. El baño funciona perfecto. Es un lugar silencioso, con unas vistas muy lindas. Cerca de la ventana hay un sillón que te invita a pasar un rato muy agradable mirando por la ventana con vistas al estrecho. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para preparar la comida, el desayuno. La heladera está muy bien. Es un lugar cálido. Los anfitriones están para lo que necesites sin por ello estar sobre uno. Tiene estacionamiento privado, con portón corredizo automatizado. Todo lo que tengo que decir es que nuestra estadía en Punta Arenas fue muy buena. Volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo

The main bed seemed to be broken. It made strange noises even just sitting on it. Still, it was comfortable enough. We could hear the neighbours to the back, or below us. Again, not a big deal.
