We loved this hotel! We had a family room and it was a good size, great bathroom with bath. Housekeeping was excellent, front of house staff was excellent.

Very friendly staff and I like this very much. This place is very nice. The area was very home like and I absolutely loved it.

התחזוקה והניקיון של החדרים ירודה. עובש במקלחת. נאלצנו אחרי לחץ מצידנו להחליף חדר בלילה, הניקוז במקלחת לא עבד. בבוקר המים היו פושרים. ארוחת בוקר די עלובה. תמונות החדרים באתר לא משקפות את המציאות.

Large reception area and decent breakfast options.

Unfortunately the hotel is quite run down and needs proper renovation. The rooms we got were not that clean and very smellyt. One of the room smelled strongly like urine and smoke when we entered. So we had to notify the reception and they ordered a proper cleaning of the bathroom and gave us a scented diffuser to mask the smell.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was an easy check in, our room was clean, comfortable, and nice! The location was good. The staff were great and accommodating.

We had a lovely stay , staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Very pleasant and would go back.

Welcomed at the reception beautifully and our room was very close to the reception due to mobility issues.

Good location for seeing the sights around Da Lat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Carpets in the hallways were disgusting. Absolutely filthy. The net curtains in the room could also do with replacing. Bed was too firm for a good nights sleep.

Really lovely stay and the staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely and clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The rooms are light and airy and the shower was fabulous.

バスルームが汚い。特に、洗面台周りの清掃が行き届いてない。写真を添付。べッドの下の台が大きすぎて、危険。トイレに起きた時、角で足を打ち、けがをするところだった。コーヒーの産地なのに、朝のコーヒーが最悪。おかげで、ホテルの向かいにあるカフェに行った。レンタルバイクのメンテナンスが酷い。私は煙草を吸わないにも関わらず、２日、ベランダに吸い殻が放置されていた。誰かがベランダに来て、たばこのポイ捨てをした。気分が悪い。

The staff is really nice and friendly, the hotel was very clean and well located. for a short stay in Da Lat is a good choice

Brudno, znajomi zmienili hotel bo mieli apartament na 6 piętrze z grzybem, plamami etc. Nasz pokój apartament też z grzybem i brudną kanapą. Brudne korytarze, grzyb w łazience, brudne ściany Hałas z dyskoteki do 23.00. Jedna noc kompletnie nieprzespana przez krzyki na ulicy. Monotonne śniadania

The room was splendid and spacious. Cleanliness was exceptional, my children like the room, the beds are comfy too.

An amazing family run hotel! Very cozy hotel, wooden rooms, kind staff, perfect cleanliness very comfortable beds.

Clean bed sheet n comfortable bed. Stayed 5 nights with good breakfast. Location is walkable to some attractions like lake, night market, cafes n eateries. Good shopping at Moc shop n massage along the road too. Strong water for showering n big room too.

The silicone in the bathroom if changed new will be perfect!

Location of the hotel, staff and breakfast were great

The room isnt comfortable for many reasons. 1. Matress is really uncomfortable. 2. Outside noise at night and roaster from 5am, makes it really hard to sleep 3.the worst noise is actually from the hallway, you can hear anything and we happened to have a bunch of youngsters bang on their friends poor til 2am, with the staff doing nothing despite calling them many times. Overall I wouldn't stay again.

Overall we had a pleasant stay, it met all our expectations and the manager is very nice. The location was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Xem lại vấn đề vệ sinh, nhà vệ sinh có mùi khai . ngay khi nhận phòng đã có... Và cái quan trọng là, mình yêu cầu dọn phòng.. Thì ..... phòng vẫn dùng ga trải giường cũ để trải lên. Vì đêm trước con mình đái dầm, nên mình biết, Khi mình về, Ga giường đã đc trải phẳng phiu, nhưng chính xác vẫn là cái cũ. Vì vết ướt vẫn còn... Đừng qua mặt khách hàng kiểu đó... nhé

The hotel has good location in the center of Dalat. The staff were friendly and polite and the breakfast was good.

However our room was dirty: the walls had black stains. The hallway on fifth floor was also dirty the walls were damaged and had black stains. The room was really cold (maybe it's ok for Dalat). During the breakfast the hall door was opened and it was really cold so we had to wear jacket . And we have some issues with our room. Overall, I don't understand why this hotel has high ratings for this price we paid 35 dollars per night for simple room so it felt overpriced for Vietnam. Of course it was high season but I think for that price we could have found something better

The location is great the staff is very helpfull and friendly and the breakfast was good too mostly serving vietnamese food which we liked.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated and need a bit of a upgrade and a lick of paint, it wasnt as clean as we have found everywhere else.

The room was big and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. Everything is clean.

I couldn’t be more grateful to be staying in this hotel with an exceptional receptionist Doan who constant provided recommendations regarding activities , street food and best spot for sunrise and sunset in Dalat. She is most attentive, caring and hard working receptionist I have ever seen in all my years of traveling. My trip wouldn’t be amazing without her.

スタッフの対応が、人生で初めてのひどいものだった。チェックインのためにホテルに到着すると、チェックインではなく、部屋を確認してほしいと言われ、「臭くてうるさい部屋しか空いていない。2泊で予約しているが、泊まるとしても、1泊したら嫌になるだろうから1泊ずつに精算は分けたほうがいい」とホテルの変更を暗に勧められた。booking.comで予約しておりメッセージできたはずなのに、到着してから言われたため、結局当ホテルで他の空きホテルを探すことになった。なんとか見つかったから良かったが、メッセージで知らせることもせず、当日のフロントもニヤニヤしており（おそらく、部屋の事情を伝えるのが気まずかったと思われる）不誠実で気分が悪かった。 確認した部屋や廊下もメンテナンスされておらず、汚く不衛生な様子だった

This hotel offers a comfortable and affordable stay. The rooms are cozy and modern, with new furnishings. The check-in process was quick and easy.

It was easy walking distance to the town centre The staff were lovely and very helpful in.

There was a cockerel very nearby which woke us up the two mornings we were there very early and we could hear a lot of road noise in our room. The windows seemed to have a gap where they didn’t shut properly. The staff kindly moved us to another room after our first night but as it was on the same side of the hotel and the windows were of the same design we were woken around 4am again. We actually checked out a night early and relocated to a much quieter room in a different part of town. I understand that the noise from the cockerel is out of the hotels control but if the windows were to shut properly there would be less noise. The hotel we moved to also had a cockerel nearby but we didn’t hear it until we woke ourselves in the morning as the windows were a good tight fit. It’s a pity because the staff there were lovely, the hotel is in a good location for the lake, restaurants and night market, the breakfast was good and the rooms comfortable.

We enjoyed our short stay and recommend Len Hotel to any visitors to Da Lat. Our room was large and the bed provided very good support.
