Bữa sáng chọn món khá ok với mình. Nhân viên lễ tân và buồng phòng rất thân thiện. Mình khá thích khách sạn này.

Nice room, clean and spacious, very friendly people.

In our room in the 1st floor ee could clearly hear the noise from the reception and breakfast area, where some people were very loud very early in the morning.

The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything, including arranging our transfer to Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!

Đồi dốc quá nên người già, trẻ em nên cân nhắc. Phòng 4 không tiện nghi và bất tiện do 2 phòng thông sử dụng 1 wc 2 cửa. Phòng 2 người thì nhỏ quá.

Khăn tắm cũ mòn và ngả màu, giá phòng mắc không bao gồm bữa sáng. Khách sạn không có gi nổi bật. Một trải nghiệm không thoải mái. Sẽ không bao giờ trở lại.

Central-ish location but tucked away in a small alley so not too loud at night.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. When notified, they offered to “clean” but just sprayed room fresheners to mask the smell. Also, it was a bit deceptive to say “first floor” when the room is actually in the basement without any window. I stayed in the room for a week and felt really stuffy/sick towards the end of the stay.

The hotel was cozy, comfortable and the staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. We stayed for three nights and were able to rent a bike from the hotel. They gave us their contact information in case we needed any help and were always so friendly whenever we saw them. Definitely will be going back again soon. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel seems comfortable, but nothing special. The location is good.

Cleanliness was disappointing. I stayed for less than 24 hours and noticed several areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was a used toothbrush and other kinds of trash behind the sink — it was disgusting. Additionally, the room only has a window facing the corridor, which completely eliminates any privacy. You have to keep it closed at all times, making the room feel very claustrophobic

Due to transportation issues (a common problem in Vietnam), I arrived a day later than planned and had to leave a day earlier. The receptionist man helped me manage everything; he was very attentive and kind, which I greatly appreciate. They didn't mind shortening my reservation. They adjusted the price for just one night, and that was that. They also let me check in before 2:00 PM.

I am vegan and for breakfast the option was scarce and limited.

As the name suggests, Nature Boutique Hotel in Dalat is truly idyllic. It is a wonderful place to rest, unwind, and rejuvenate. The rooms with a view offer an even better reason to wake up surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely did their best to make our stay comfortable. The two team members at reception were especially friendly, and Vy went above and beyond by organising breakfast for my family on the day we arrived in Dalat, which was very much appreciated.

There was very little to fault during our stay. The only minor consideration is that rooms without a view or windows may feel slightly enclosed for some guests.

Everything! Location, walking to town , the lake , restaurants. Great room.

The bed was super large and comfy. Stuff were nice and helpful and any time of day. Location is a few minutes drive to every place in town, and in a very quiet street.

The staff are very helpful and they did an excellent job to make my stay smooth and comfortable. They helped with booking my tours and arranging for my breakfast . They also try their best to communicate in English and trying to improve their language skills every day.
