I don’t recall anything I didn’t like all the staff was great, special thanks to the gentleman who checked me in I think his name was Amr or osama but I can’t recall, Tarek at the external cafe who does the hookah for me and Abonobo up at the pool. I will def be back

La vue de notre chambre était top ! La piscine est belle et très propre. Il y a une petite boulangerie/pâtisserie en bas qui vaut le détour !

Nous avons signalés un problème avec notre climatisation défectueuse et pour autant personne n' est venu ne serait ce que regarder ce qu il pouvait y avoir comme problème... La piscine est dans un autre bâtiment, il faut prendre deux ascenseurs qui y arriver. Il manque également de transats au bord de l eau.

What a wonderful location. Our room faced the baron Empain palace. It was extremely roomy, very modern and the hotel itself is very well looked after and staff were very attentive.

This is my second time at the Baron and I got an upgrade! Also my stay was with breakfast included. Buffet covered literally everything so I got to eat different food every single day and all of it was amazing. All of the staff were so friendly and such positive energy! Everyone at the reception were very welcoming and responsive to all my requests. The pool cozy and chill and the staff at the pool were great help. I also requested a last minute massage with no appointment and I was on the wait list, I got a call shortly afterwards from the spa telling me a spot is empty if I still wanted it and I tried the Egyptian massage which was not the best but still good.

The bathroom in the room I was staying was leaking from the sink which led to wet floor every time I washed my hands. And the structure of the shower itself was not very practical to me because water still sneaked out and wet the floor as well so I had to put a towel on the floor.

Breakfast is amazing! Staff friendly, housekeeping wonderful. Look foreward to visit again

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel lors de notre transit au Caire avant de nous rendre à Genève, et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport à l’aéroport, avec de nombreuses activités et commodités à proximité. L’établissement est propre et le personnel est particulièrement gentil, accueillant et attentionné. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt, vers 5h du matin, et l’accueil a été chaleureux. Un petit supplément nous a été demandé pour un early check-in, ce qui était tout à fait compréhensible et nous a permis de nous installer dans un bref délai. Nous avons également eu la chance d’avoir une magnifique vue sur le palais de Baron depuis notre chambre. Le repas était copieux et de bonne qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage au Caire !

The view, food, and location were all wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot, Mr. Yousef. “Yasser” I’m not sure of the name hopefully he will forgive me for not remembering the name all I remember that it starts with Y 😅 Ms. Rahma and Alia at the restaurant were very nice and friendly, and they made a great Turkish coffee. Mr. Mahmmod was also very helpful, answering all my questions.

There is no GYM

Room is well sized. great view of the Baron Palace. Location is one of the best, in the center of cairo, near the airport, great balance between the new settlment and newer parts of cairo on one side, and the nile and pyramid on the other side. Breakfast is good, have a good oriental and intenational mix, and the team is flexibile to get you anything you want if they can source it.

Rooms whilst clean, are a bit out dated, particularly the carpets in the room. the wider hotel facilities, and in bathroom are newish and well maintained, but I think the hotel should invest a little more in renovating the rooms. they are good and functional but could use a renovation - they can even go for an oriental style that matches the character of the hotel as oppose to the standard modern look.

Very friendly staff ... and the customer service girl was so nice. Also the restaurent manager and employees were quite polite and helpful.

I regularly stay at this hotel, and every time I visit, I have a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, always clean, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Excellent Stay in a Great Location: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—situated in a quiet area but still very close to the main attractions and locations of both Nasr City and Heliopolis. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were cheerful, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to the staff who assist with luggage and take it to the rooms—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. Room service was also very good, with prompt and efficient service. The hotel’s sky-view swimming pool is another great feature and a lovely place to relax, and it overlooks the Baron Palace Overall, a very pleasant experience with excellent staff, great service, clean and quiet rooms, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Baron Hotel. We would like to especially thank the reception team for their amazing hospitality and cooperation. They kindly upgraded our room to a Suite, which was a really lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. A special thank you as well to the gentleman at the night reception for being extremely helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

Çalışanlar gerçekten çok ilgililer, odalar çok temiz, check in işlemleri çok kolaylıkla sağlandı, özellikle otelin temizliği çok rahatlatıcıydı ve oda gerçekten çok ferahtı.

L’emplacement est top pour aller rapidement à l’aéroport. Le restaurant est top,le petit déjeuner est acceptable. Ce serait beaucoup mieux si les serveurs étaient plus réactifs.

Au petit déjeuner on devrait toujours avoir du café, du thé pour ceux qui ne prennent pas le café et du chocolat chaud pour les enfants. Au Baron, le chocolat chaud et le thé song en extra. Une abérration pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Première nuit, j’ai à peine fini mon petit déjeuner qu’une hôtesse m’accoste pour me demander comment se passe mon séjour et récolter un avis 5* sur Google, en insistant pour que je le fasse devant elle. J’ai sû esquiver avec tacte, mais il faut du coup comprendre que plusieurs avis sur Google ont certainement été récoltés de la sorte, et ne sont donc pas authentiques. C’est triste pour un tel établissement. Dernier point, j’ai fais mon checkin très tard dans la nuit. Vu l’heure tardive de mon vol, Le réceptionniste, très aimable m’a “offert” un late checkout de sa propre initiative, me disant que je pourrais libérer la chambre à 15h. Le lendemain la réception m’appelle à 11h50 (10mn avant l’heure limite de checkout) pour me demander si je libérerai la chambre à temps. Je leurs ai précisé que leur collègue m’avait offert le late checkout la veille, mais la dame en face de moi semblait comprendre chaque mot de notre conversation sauf cette partie 🤣. J’ai donc dû payer 20$ supplémentaire pour pouvoir libérer la chambre à 17h.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was excellent, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is outstanding, and the overall service was excellent. Everything was well organized, and the team made our anniversary stay even more special. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Clean and close to the airport

When we arrived at Baron Hotel, it was around 1:00 a.m. Despite the late hour, we received a very warm welcome. As soon as we arrived, we were offered a complimentary drink. After that, the staff told us that they had availability and wanted to make our first visit to Cairo even more special, so they kindly upgraded our room free of charge. We were given a wonderful room with an amazing view, where we fell asleep and woke up looking at Baron Palace. Every member of the staff, regardless of their position, was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to help. If we ever come back here, I’m sure we won’t even consider looking for another hotel. In fact, we didn’t even have enough time to enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool area. Next time, we’ll definitely set aside an entire day just to relax there. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff is extremely nice. The breakfast was delicious and the room clean, comfortable. The hotel is well located. I would come again with no hesitation. The view on the roof top was amazing. The food at the rooftop's restaurant was excellent too.

Some items are a little outdated, but not a big issue. The lift wasn't working well all time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baron Hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our time there. We were very happy to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

I do like this hotel, it is my number one choice to stay in Cairo. It is very convenient, the buffet was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially both Ms. Youstina at the reception, both of them were very kind and welcoming during all my stays in this hotel. Lack of service at the pool restaurant, but we went to the buffet dinner downstairs and we loved it.

The food. 3 shrimps per cocktail is not satisfactory. Spaghetti bolognais was not Italian.

Two eggs anyway breakfast , asked for fried, got omelette!!?
