Die in-house Restaurants und das Frühstückbuffet hingegen traffen nicht ganz meinen Geschmack. Auch das Gym hätte etwas sauberer sein können, erfüllte aber seinen Zweck :)

Just the hotel improve the informations. For example the stairs hole was not informed on anywhere so I could not find the stairs.

Hotel was very comfortable, rooms were large sized and clean Reception desk rather small compared to the large hotel size

2 lifts are inadequate for room guests There was a large delegation of sports personnel on the days I stayed and it wasn't easy to go up & down the lists as also the buffet restaurant was very noisy

Neatness , sharing an image showing how dirty the part in room behind the bed was . The dust was there perhaps not cleaned since days . Wasn’t expecting this from a 5 star .

The staff and facilities in the hotel were exceptional. The staff were readily available to assist when needed. The facilities were good and basic. The restaurants also served good food and some were available till late at night. Location was perfect and central with accessibility to taxis. The hotel also offered free airport transfer when we checked out.

النظافة 3/ 10 للاسف الستاف غير أمين وغير نضيف واسلوبهم مش لطيف الفيلا محتاجه صيانه كتير وأدوات مطبخ وادوات نظافة عشان تستمتع بالإقامة بدون ارهاق لو احتاجت خدمة كهرباء ولا غاز ولا دش هتستني اكثر من ساعة لساعتين القريه تعتبر قديمة مفهاش رش ناموس و مفيش مصدات امواج سواء البحر او البوول فى كافيهات ومحتاجين يشغلوها ف الجلوس على البحر بالليل بفلوس ولو عاوز ترابيزه ولا شيزلونج على البحر ولا البوول بفلوس

Situation géographique de l'établissement, loin du centre, malgré qu'elle soit accessible par Uber ou en taxi, le manque de slippers et de fer à repasser dans la chambre. Un sèche-cheveux performant serait apprécié.

I ordered breakfast in my room this morning, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. Some of the food items were not in good condition and I was unable to eat them. In addition, the orange juice and some other items from my order were not delivered.

Tout est bien à commencer par le personnel au petit déjeuner bien sûre il ne faut pas oublier Marina qui est partout et toujours prête a vous aider aussi la propreté des chambres et tout l'hôtel les agents d'entretien surtout Mhamed du 5ème étage disponible presque H24 sans oublier les agents de sécurité la piscine est propre est belle et son personnel je pense c'est un bon hôtel si vous venez au caire pour tourisme ou travail il est à côté de tout

Le matin il y'a des travaux qui comme ce tôt au 6ème étage ce qui dérange un peu

Das Fenster in unserem Zimmer war nicht ausreichend isoliert. Man konnte alles hören, was im Innenhof des Hotels oder draußen auf der Straße passiert ist. Dadurch war es besonders nachts sehr laut und störend .

Check-in is the slowest thing on earth. Checkin took up our evening. You cant possible have just two staff checking-in each person for half an hour. This is very inefficient. There were long queues. We came in the evening tired and needing to rest for a wedding the next day, but we spent the evening queueing up to check-in. Rooms are small

I was quite disappointed with my stay for a few reasons. Construction noise made it very difficult to sleep, and the front desk staff was unhelpful when we brought it up. Additionally, the special preferences I had requested in advance were not provided

تم الحجز على غرفة تنفيذ مطلة على مسبح بيوم كامل قبل الوصول ودفع قيمتها لضمان وجودها حيث وصولي في الصباح ولكن للاسف غير متوفرة وتم تغيير الغرفة ولاني متعب من رحلة دولية قبلت وهذي فنادق مصرلا يوجد نظام سياحي يحاسبها

La chambre était vraiment très bien, j’ai même été agréablement surpris. Elle était confortable et surtout très propre, franchement rien à redire de ce côté-là.

Le seul point que j’ai un peu moins apprécié concerne les espaces d’accueil et de réception de l’hôtel. Je les ai trouvés assez peu chaleureux et pas vraiment conviviaux. L’ensemble manque un peu de vie et d’ambiance. C’est dommage car la qualité de la chambre est vraiment très bonne.

Airport service and assistance through Cuatoms was seamless. Worth the additional fee!!

A bit crowded at breakfast with huge amount of yound sport participation from various countries..good to see but the service delivery is stretched then... best eat a bit later seemsnto work.

When I first arrived at Sonesta, I wasn’t sure how long I would be staying, but I ended up extending my stay to 10 days—and I’m so glad I did. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located close to everything. What really made my stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone I met, from reception and security to housekeeping and transportation, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Saif, who took care of our room. He was very professional, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfect. Romani Thabit, who drove me to the airport in the hotel shuttle, was also very professional and kind. I also really appreciated Ashraf, who helped me with my luggage. Everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I also really enjoyed the hotel café, and the room service and food were excellent. I highly recommend Sonesta. I’m already planning another trip to Cairo, and I know exactly where I’ll be staying again. Thank you to the entire Sonesta team for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Large room, good food, great location.

Unfortunately, my stay was far from comfortable. We checked in and found that the AC in our room was not working. I contacted the reception four times, and it took more than an hour for someone to come and check it. A technician came with a ladder and started repairing the AC while we were still in the room, followed by two more people trying to fix it. Eventually, I had to ask the reception to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The next morning, we were woken up by the loud noise of a drill and ongoing construction/repair work. The laundry service also took almost 24 hours, and when we followed up the next day, we waited another hour and a half to receive it. We repeatedly informed both the reception and the manager about these issues, but unfortunately, there was no effective solution or real improvement. Instead, every day we woke up to drilling, construction, and repair work. For a hotel stay, basic comfort, proper room maintenance, and a peaceful environment should be a given. Unfortunately, none of these were provided during our stay. Very disappointing experience, especially considering how much time we had to spend following up on problems that should have been handled by the hotel in the first place.

Oplevelsen var rigtig god. Hotellet har mange forskellige faciliteter og underholdningsmuligheder, og det er rent og velholdt. Personalet er meget hjælpsomt, venligt og respektfuldt, og servicen er fremragende i forhold til prisen. Værelserne er rene og godt udstyrede. Jeg boede i Royal Suite 1018 på 10. etage og nød virkelig mit ophold. En særlig tak til Sherif i receptionen og Khaled, lifeguard ved poolen, for deres gode service og venlighed.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially when dealing with the security staff.

Very disappointing experience. The security staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if they were thieves, especially when ordering food from outside.

افطار غير متنوع متكرر يوميا مقابل المبلغ المدفوع لم يتم احتساب الافطار مع الحجز وهذه نقطة لابد ان يتم التفاهم عليها من قبل الفندق وندفع مبلغ 700 جنيه يومياً لعدد افراد غرفتين الغرف مجددة شكراً لكم ولكن الحمامات لم يتم اكتمال تجديدها بشكل كامل ، أبواب الحمامات كانت شكلا فقط جميلة ولكن عملياً غير ذات جدوى الاخوة والاخوات في الاستقبال اشكرهم على سعة صدورهم جداً فردا فردا وأما بخصوص المساج والجاكوزي يحتاج له اعادة تطوير بالكامل والتايلندية لاتنفع أخلاق صفر ويفضل من الجنسية المصرية والمغربية انظف بشكل كبير

اعجبني كوني كغريب استكان في ردهة سفر يراقب تدفق الوجوه بعين راضية و ارتشف عبير الحضور من غزل لحظة عابرة في وطن مؤقت .

الذي لم يعجبني هي اللحظة التي يتحول فيها ثني الوسادة الى فعل مقاومة وجودية تحت غطاء الاستجمام الذي ندفن فيه اعصابنا المنهكة وارهاقنا .

الي يخلي الفندق حلو هو الطاقم هنيئا للفندق بهذا الطاقم الحلو الست نرمين في الرسبشن والبقيه في الرسبشن ما اعرف اساميهم بس جدا جدا مريحين وطاقم النظافه الست هدى روعه وطاقم النادي الصحي خصوصا السونا والجاكوزي المكان بالطاقم روعه مافي شحاتين ابدا قريب الفندق
