The reception staff were lovely and gave us a welcome drink.

The beds were so comfortable, and the bedrooms had lots of space. The private pool was perfect for my daughter, since I could keep an eye on her while I made a snack. The front desk was so nice and amazing to us.

I didn't realize I had to go down a flight of stairs to reach the main living space. A pump was broken and kept running throughout the night (as soon as I told the front desk, they had someone come look at it and fix it). Even though the breakfast was delicious, it arrived a bit cold, and without a microwave, we couldn't heat it up.

Nous avons apprécié tout mais juste deux remarques pour amélioration : - les pompes d eau font du bruit à chaque ouverture d un robinet même chez les voisins et ça fait du bruit surtout la nuit. - les ustensiles sont au minimum (à compléter.)

The villa was well presented and had all the amenities required. It also had a pool in the centre of the home which was pretty cool.

The breakfast came out lukewarm on the first day and we couldn't eat it. The second day I had some eggs and became very unwell that evening and the following day. I believe I got Bali belly, unfortunately - perhaps from the way the food was handled and delivered, as we were very selective wherever we ate. I also would have loved the pool to be heated so we could swim all day/night without the discomfort in the cool evening air.

Очень понравилась вилла Агрануса. Отличный бассейн, хорошая мебель, очень уютно. Есть парковка, вайфай хороший. Рядом несколько продуктовых маркетов. Рекомендую семьям с детьми.

Уборка не очень хорошая, до моря далековато, но учитывая стоимость виллы хорошо

We were greeted very warmly and sincerely. All the staff we so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was just the 2 of us and our daughter joined for 5 nights. We were in Villa 103. Any requests were met at once, like bottle opener, cooking equipment etc. The bed was so comfortable and we felt really spoilt, the set up was superb and practical. I loved having green leafy plants outside my bedroom window and in the living area! The premises were beyond wonderful and the grounds beautifully maintained. 2 bakeries and supermarts just a short walk away. My husband was so blessed with a surprise birthday seranade and candle lit cake on his birthday.. that was so thoughtful! Overall our stay was so nice and peaceful. Just idyllic. We hope to plan another trip and stay here again.

Just a suggestion..to perhaps provide some soup sized bowls besides flat plates and better washing up scourer and a dish cloth?

We stayed in a spacious and luxurious 2-bedroom villa. The kitchen and living areas were functional, well-equiped, comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, with high quality linen and bedrooms had effective air-conditioning. The private pool was sensational, with access direct to one bathroom! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s located very close to Puja Mandala, with a supermarket and street food stalls just a few minutes walk away!

The living area is open to the pool, with only blinds as a screen, so some mozzie coils would have been good to control unwanted pests in the evening. Breakfast was good, but arrived cold.

24 hour front desk was a relief, especially as my flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until 3am. Warm welcome that was hassle free awaited me.

The property delivered what was advertised. It would have been helpful if they had a deal with the gym next door to allow guests to use for a fee during their stay as they don't have a facility of their own.

SCAM!! На вилле 307 очень воняло плесенью, диван в пятнах, плесени, стулья и столы в точках плесени, комнаты старые, унитаз грязный и старый. нам отказали в раннем заселении мотивируя тем что гости еще не выехали с номера, после заселения в 14:00 мы обнаружили что на вилле 307 никто не проживал очень долгое время. Деньги отказались вернуть, мотивируя тем что мы по своей инициативе отказались а не по вине отеля

Хорошее расположение. Уютная вилла, со своей кухней и бассейном. Просторные комнаты , со своими уборными. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал. Убирались каждый день. Рядом через дорогу есть большой супермаркет. До пляжа нуса дуа 15мин.

the location was good but it is quite far from uluwatu / party areas if that is what you are looking for. there were a lot of marts and a supermarket on the street right there which was great and there was a long drive way so you could not hear street noise.

De privacy die deze villa heeft, is gewoon top ! 3 ruime slaapkamers met eigen badkamer was wat wij als familie wilden. Vanuit de slaapkamer op de begane grond kon je zo het zwembad induiken. Gezellige woonkamer met eet tafel waar je gezellig kan ontbijten. Je kunt ontbijt via het hotel regelen. Die komen ze ook brengen, maar die is vrij sober. Gewoon ontbijt bij de supermarkt tegenover halen. De service is heel erg goed. Je hoefde het maar te vragen en het werd gelijk geregeld. Locatie is heel goed. Dichtbij supermarkten, winkeltjes en restaurant/streetfood Prijs/kwaliteir verhouding is ook goed.

Een magnetron zou fijn zijn, maar is geen noodzaak

The staff. ,super friendly offered assistance constantly. The villa was comfortable and designed so well. This villa was so relaxing with the private pool that once you closed the door, silence was your only friend. Beds comfortable and the bathroom and living places stunning. It rained once, and the living room wall became a living waterfall. Will definitely choose this villa as my home away from home. Gardens lovely.
