Tutto dall'accoglienza alla colazione. Staff molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a venire incontro al cliente. Clima molto rilassante e confortevole, bella piscina dove rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata in giro. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più in assoluto è stata la spiaggia attrezzata e privata dell'hotel che si trova a pochi chilometri di distanza ma raggiungibile facilmente con la navetta gratuita messa a disposizione dall'hotel.

The breakfast was not that great as per the taste and the variety was also not that much.

The breakfast had very little variety, the bed was not that comfortable and old

very happy with room , beds great very clean and tidy, good pool easy to get in , staff great very helpful, new covers on pool side beds allowed us to be comfortable, nice quiet areas, great bbq.

noisy road outside and its very busy , this only affected us when we had to cross road. NO noise heard in the rooms or by the pool.

Our room was amazing - we were kindly upgraded as we were on our honeymoon. The private pool was fantastic, and a great place to relax. The main pools were great too, and we enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pancakes. The beach club was nice, but some effort to clean the rubbish that washes on shore would have made a huge difference.

We ordered food one evening expecting it to be ready in around half an hour as we had to go out. When we went to check after 30 mins we were told it would be another 30 mins (1 hour total for pizza and chips). The restaurant seemed empty at the time. In future, if guests could be told approx how long it would take at time of ordering that would be helpful.

It’s a very comfortable hotel. Good pool area with restaurant where you can buy refreshments and food - very convenient and you don’t even need to go anywhere. Quiet and tranquil I would say. Room was also quite spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Spa facilities are very good too. I’ve got massage twice, can recommend. Personell is very friendly, helped me with the bags (there is no elevator in the hotel).

I guess the minor pirking is for the smell of chlorine - towels smelled it, and also water in the pool. It’s understandable hotel wants to make sure everything is clean and so, but it’s first time I get towels that are so smelly with chlorine/bleach (they are for sure very white though). Air conditioner is extremely noisy. I had to turn it off or sleep with earplugs.

Restaurant meals were just like the Warung around the corner . We would have eten there if it was more upscale

Nice resort style hotel. My room was upgraded which was nice. It had a plunge pool and it's own veranda. The rooms are very big, if a little tired. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed here for the last few days of a 2 month trip, so I was looking for some peaceful R&R which I got. The Saturday night buffet was excellent, although the musical entertainment wasn't the greatest.

Hotel has a fantastic pool area with 2 pools and bar area. We were upgraded and had lovely outdoor jacuzzi and seating area. Much appreciated

We spent a day at the hotel beach club and were disappointed to see rubbish on the shore line which we felt spoilt the environment and could have been cleared up by staff

Nous avons aimé le calme, la propreté et l‘authenticité de l’hôtel ainsi que la gentillesse du persinnel toujours prêts à répondre à nos besoins. La proximité des restaurants et magasins à 5-10 mn à pieds et la navette qui nous amène à la plage en 10 mn.

コスパが最高。ビーチやバリコレクションへのシャトルもあり、レストランやスーパーにも徒歩で楽に行ける。朝食でオムレツや目玉焼きを焼いてくれるのが嬉しい。

部屋に二人で過ごせるイスとテーブルが欲しい。朝食の品数がもう少し多ければ更に良い。エレベーターがなく、スーツケースの運搬がやや面倒だった。

It was a perfect location and staff were great and always very helpful . Loved the beach club and the food and drinks there were nice .

Een prachtig hotel, Complimenten voor het hele team: het personeel doet er werkelijk alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Niets is teveel. Wij hadden het meeste contact met Marsha, wat een topvrouw. Ze denkt aan alles. Super dat we direct in onze kamer mochten, terwijl we veel vroeger waren dan verwacht. Op de laatste dag hadden we een late vlucht, maar moesten om 12.00 uur uitchecken. Dat was geen enkel probleem, we kregen een kamer toegewezen (toevallig "onze eigen kamer"), waar we nog heerlijk konden douchen. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet. Omdat we (bijna) 50 jaar getrouwd zijn, werd onze kamer extra mooi versierd: van handdoeken prachtig gevouwen, twee zwanen. En we mochten de hele dag 2 mountainbikes gebruiken, wat een service! We hebben een rondreis gemaakt door Bali en The Grand Bali was onze laatste accommodatie, we hadden geen betere keuze kunnen maken. Aan alle medewerkers: heel hartelijk bedankt, we hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij jullie.

A medence szuper, közel gyalog is Bali Collectionhöz, kedves személyzet. Ár/érték arányban is rendben van, a reggeli korrekt.

Lehetett volna tisztább. A kendő és a leoedő is foltos volt, nem volt öblítő illata. Kaptunk egy másik szobát, ahol ez már rendben volt, de erre jobban kellene figyelni.

Location and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Horrible pool and beach lounge chairs that we had backaches. Unfortunately the beach shuttle only ran every 2 hours. The breakfast was also not particulary good. For being in Bali would expect a better fruit selection other than melon and sometimes papaya.

We had a pool access room which was awesome. Rooms were clean and so spacious. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. It is a little away from the beach but we used beach shuttle which was perfect.

Room furnishings are a little tired but still very clean and did not impact our stay. Some of the breakfast items from the buffet were soggy and not hot.

Huge rooms - friends were upgraded to spa room. Pools were beautiful, and was not crowded.

Breakfast was a bit - idk, unorganised? One girl pumping out eggs as many ways possible, but you’d finished the rest of the breaky before you got eggs - not her fault, just could’ve had 2 people on - and it wasn’t busy. This hotel is a big walk from beach - they have a shuttle bus, but only every 2hrs… NUSA Dua is quiet though - not heaps to do there…

Duzy apartament z ogromnym łozkiem . Jeszcze na takim nie spaliśmy . 2 symetryczne, ale nie za duże baseny , w ktorych da sie poplywac . Sniadania tez ok , omlety byly smaczne tak samo jak kawa z ekspresu. .

Szkoda ze 15 min na plaze chociaz Hotel oferuje co 2h darmowych dowozow

Die Poollandschaft war wunderschön, die ganze Dekoration und Pflanzen- Toll. Das Personal war ebenfalls super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Grundsätzlich war alles in Ordnung. Das Essen war gut aber etwas mehr Auswahl hätte nicht geschadet.

This was a great stay for my first time in Nusa Dua. I came here as I wanted a place to decompress after traveling to Bali and picked Grand Bali for the cost, distance to the airport, and the actual design of the property. I was very happy with my stay and would come here again.

There wasn't any issue with the room and resort. It met my expectations. General issue with the private beach is it can sometimes have some small plastic trash floating.

The room is very big, the bed is very good, I sleep well. I like the simple breakfast, this hotel have best value for it's price.I will come back to stay in this hotel again.

The facilities were very nice. We enjoyed the swimming pools and playing billiards.

Príjemný a ústretový personál, príjemné prostredie hotela, čistota, bez pavúkov a iného hmyzu :-) hotel má vlastný kúsok pláže pri mori s lehátkami a slnečníkmi a barom, má aj shuttle odvoz v dvojhodinových intervaloch super spojenie na letisko

Friendly, welcoming staff. Very accommodating with allowance to stay in lounge for about 7 hours after checkout. Beautiful pizza on the menu. Free shuttle to Bali Connection as well as Beach Club & back.

Buffet dinner had horrid prawns with no taste & didn't appear fresh. Most other items ok. To their credit they did ask after & we would assume future buffets would improve if other guests thought the same. Love the authentic Balinese feel of the whole place with modern ammenities mixed in.

A fantastic, unpretentious, luxury experience. The rooms are wonderful, the staff are even better (especial thanks to Yuni and Santi who are the most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered). Would highly recommend staying here without caveat.

The property and staff was perfect. Very occasionally other guests would have done well to remember their manners but that is NO reflection on the service or experience.

The staff were always helpful and pleasant.

The hot dishes at breakfast were good but the fruit and yoghurt could have been better and more varied. There was an incessant drone in my room which I think was due to some mechanical malfunction. We didn't complain because I think the staff were busy and the hotel is old.

No cushions on sun loungers at hotel or beach, they were very uncomfortable.
