Exellent stay
We loved our stay at the Ritz Hotel in Lisdoonvarna! The staff are very kind and attentive, the welcome guide is incredibly thoughtful and full of great local information, the food is great! Hands down most comfortable bed I've slept on this whole trip. And the live music is lively and fun! Can't wait to return!
Accommodation was ok for the 3 off us Clean & comfortable.
Wonderful place to stay. Food was excellent
We had a great 2 night stay, close to everything we wanted to do. Lots to walk to from dining and drinks to fun walking trails.
We absolutely loved how wonderful the staff was!!!! They went way above and beyond, assisting with our unintentional midnight arrival due to traffic and travel issues. Plus when we arrived the nice gentleman helped carry our luggage up the stairs. The shower was a little confusing. No a/c or fans but the window opens and that worked just fine.
Great live music!
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Would stay again if we were back in the area.
The room is very tiny and it was hot as hell. A fan or ceiling fan would have been great. But neither of those happened. Spent the entire night trying to sleep while sweating profusely.
Amazing place
Amazing Staff!!
It’s a small town so not much to choose from. But this was the only hotel with restaurant with live music. The rooms are very tiny but clean.
Really nice room on top Of a restaurant and bar staff really nice we arrived and the restaurant was closed but they offer Us to dine
Quaint and cute. Perfect if you don't need to be right in Dingle but want to check out the music and food scene. Close to the natural tourist highlights, the Cliffs, The Burren...
We really enjoyed our stay here! The service, restaurant, bar area & breakfast were great! We enjoyed your live music in the bar area every evening & the room had everything we needed. Thank you for your gracious hospitality!
Very cute place that’s really old school in how they operate. Staff was really sweet. Only issues were that Parking is not actually there you have to find it on the street and
Nice location on the way to or from Dingle right in the middle of the town
It’s a cute hotel and has a nice restaurant and bar. There was live music both nights we were there and they were very good. The staff were amazing and the food was really good. Just some things to pay attention to if you want them. There was no refrigerator, but if you don’t need it then no problem. Also the outdoor pics are not the actual hotel I was told it was of a local spa that is no longer in business. I went by it because it didn’t look like the picture. I’ll post what it looks b like so you don’t miss it. The other pics are just what is around town.
We loved the location and the staff was super friendly and helpful. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here!!
The rooms were nice on the second floor. The staff and owner was very accommodating. The gal that cleaned the room was able to put a top sheet on the bed. There is a convenience store across the street for anything you may need. Breakfast was served fast and hot. I would stay again if in the area.
Centrally located, cute boutique hotel above the restaurant/bar - no elevator. Restaurant was quite good, with a nice atmosphere.
Cute little town and nice hostel.
Nice, comfortable, room, well appointed for 3 adults.
Older hotel but suited our needs. The breakfast was made-to-order and was delicious! Staff was amazing! The only cons was the paper thin walls. You could hear the neighbours talking. Luckily everyone was quiet all night (and it helped that I had ear plugs)
Highlights: charming location and convenient to cliffs of Moher and Lahinch - great little surf town. Charming room - very well maintained. Restaurant is open late into evening when most else is closed. Food is excellent. Breakfast was hearty and good - not sure it’s worth the higher priced rooms though. Wish list: There was no AC. We were there in a warm spell and with 4 of us in the room it was hot at night. Window only opened a crack. The photo of the lovely garden stetting on the property details page is not of this hotel. No garden setting. Right in village which was convenient. There were no hooks for towels anywhere which was annoying.
The property is dated for what you’re paying.
The staff were great! Unfortunately the room was not. No A/C and water was limited to a trickle. Apart from one amazing Restaurant there is nothing to do for visitors. Free bus service to the cliffs of Moher and entry is offered by the tourist dept.
Nice place. Friendly helpful staff and very clean room and bath. Breakfast was delicious and the food in the pub was good as well. Location not great but quiet area.
Stayed here with a group of 3 gals! Very safe, very cozy, very spacious. Perfect for a quick night in town so we could visit the cliffs. Staff was very kind and very helpful. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed the closeness to doolin.
Charming irish b&b
Bar/restaurant downstairs and b&b upstairs. Had dinner at the restaurant and I had the best fish and chips. Breakfast was really good as well. They had a breakfast menu you order from and it’s well done. Was worried at first since they had live music at 9pm thinking that it would be noisy but they did good job at noise proof. Cliff oh Moher was only less than 30 minutes away by car. Very nice location for that.
Such a cozy and friendly stay! It was only 15 minutes away from the Cliffs of Moher which is why we stayed. A lovely town, walkable to see a view buildings and shops. The Ritz House staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They had a bar downstairs with live music which was great to hang out in. And the breakfast was fantastic. A proper classic Irish breakfast. I definitely recommend!
The goat was amazing very accommodating and friendly. Great service comfortable room and amenities
Great location. Very friendly staff. We had the added enjoyment of seeing the Matchmaker dancing. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.
Great place. Very convenient.
I would totally recommend this hotel. We booked here because it was really close from the Cliffs of Moher, literally a 15 minutes drive from the hotel. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They allowed us to do early check in with no previous notice and no charge. It was a Tuesday and there was live music in the downstairs pub and dinner available in the restaurant.
I would not recommend this hotel B&B to anyone. Although the rooms are comfortable and clean, the bathrooms are too small with no where to put your toiletries and the water was too cold to shower. The food was very underwhelming and tasteless (extremely basic scrambled eggs and toast) and the staff was not welcoming at all. They charged full prices for my kids meals even though they were half portions and made a big deal about it. Therefore, this hotel was not accommodating to me or my family. The hotel is pretty outdated. I would never stay here again!
The staff was awesome. The rooms were clean and were recently remodeled. The restaurant served great food.
Whilst the location was ok, rooms were warm with no cooling which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was average, I don’t think the cook understands the different was things are cooked particularly eggs. Fried is not the same as poached. Coffee was definitely instant or badly made. Nevertheless the staff were good and helpful.
A very nice place to stay. A classic Irish feel.
The pub in the lobby was perfect with live music (a guitar player and a concertina player).
Wonderful place! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Pub onsite was full of lovely local people who were happy and welcoming. Definitely recommend if going to the Cliffs of Moher.
Staff were great and dinner was excellent. Rooms were a bit warm though.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Only downside to our stay was the thin walls and lack of room ventilation. It got hot in the room overnight.
Very friendly staff. Great service. Lively pub with live music. Rooms were comfortable.
Wonderful staff. Hearty and delicious breakfast. Easy parking. Traditional Irish music in bar. Will stay again. Easy place to stay when visiting Cliffs of Moher.
Great breakfast
My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel that has an attached bar and restaurant. We felt very welcome grabbing a pint with the locals. The lamb stew was quite delicious.
The staff was exceptional. We stayed here for convenience of location for one night. We would definitely come back and stay another time for the same reason.
Hotel was fine, live music was entertaining. Town very quiet.
Pleasant surprise!
.
It was fine. Stayed for one night to be in the Doolin area. Thought it was overpriced for the room though, I booked the “family room” that has multiple beds but received a bed with 2 full beds which is small for 4 adults. Breakfast was good but served kind of late. It was okay but not great for the price.
Very nice stay for our short visit.
Staff was super helpful! Amazing family. Breakfast was included which we hadn’t realized. The town itself was a little deserted, but it was close to the Cliffs of Mohar and the Burren. Both of these attractions were spectacular.
We stayed here for two nights in early May 2024. Luckily there was a heat wave that week and it was a beautiful stay. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom was immaculate and comfortable. The staff was one of our highlights of the stay. Location was perfect for all the local sights.
Although the rooms were really clean and comfortable, the bar and dining area in the evenings were not. The breakfast dining room was lovely and the staff great.
Beautiful place to stay close to the Cliffs of Moher. Great food, great breakfast included and attention to the little details from fresh flowers in your room to little complimentary biscuits.
Great stay. Easy friendly check in. Newly renovated. BEAUTIFUL bathroom and room. Included breakfast was hearty and delicious. Thank you to the friendly accommodating staff.
Really neat place and beautifully kept.
what a pleasant discovery, where we wanted to stay in Doolin was sold out, opted for The Ritz Hotel a few kilometers away, worth the short drive, pleasant welcoming staff, comfortable clean room, delicious breakfast…plus staff even accommodated us for an early breakfast as we needed to catch the ferry…will stay again
Siobhan was a wonderful hostess and very friendly and accommodating. Music was traditional Irish and Pat was a talented singer and guitarist. Very quaint and authentic experience with friendly local people.
Actually booked a room through Expedia short notice but the room was not available when we got there. They were not expecting us as we booked short notice and they still tried to make us at home. We were a family of 4 and the room they had was too small. They helped us call around to other hotels to find accommodations. Very nice folks!
Wonderful, clean hotel in the middle of lovely Lisdoonvarna. We spent the night after visiting the nearby Cliffs Of Moher. The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant with live music at night. The included breakfast was fantastic.
We arrived later than expected and they accommodated us. However the beds were not comfortable and the room was stuffy and warm. The faculties were clean and the staff was very nice.
Lovely staff and very clean. Pity the whether was bad. Lovely view around the town
The property is a bit dated but extremely clean. The staff was outstanding and the bar tender who checked us in was wonderful!! She haves us pointers on places to go in the area and was just so delightful.
Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Hotel has a nice charm about it. No mod cons just a good old fashion hotel with great staff, food and craic..Hazel is a very nice host. We will be back🤞 ❤️
The room was acceptable but the shower was not. I know European showers can be small but I’m petite and barely fit. The shower head was also pitiful so washing my hair was comical. The included breakfast and restaurant dinner were very good - so high ratings for the meals.
Beautiful family brunch place. The rooms were excellent and exceeded my expectations!!!
Very friendly staff. Very good food.
Decent place, free breakfast, easy parking on the street. Breakfast coffee was weak.
Comfortable, exceptionally helpful friendly staff
Great place staff friendly and clean
Staying for only one night. Very friendly, good food in the evening very nice and breakfast lovely
The property had a very large room and bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and there were insight lunch and dinner options as well as a couple of bars/pubs.
.
The breakfast at the property was really good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Nothing
This was a great facility, wonderful rooms, great staff, and we parked out bikes by the front door. The town was very nice and when you see so many locals come to this pub for enjoyment it says a lot. The food was also pretty good.
