The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were close to both bus and subway stops and only a 20 minute walk to Old Montreal. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious with plenty of options for everyone in our group. We had a great long weekend here and will definitely recommend. We hope to be back ourselves!

Supposed to have on site parking for $25/night. Lot was full so we paid $40/night. And 10mb wifi? Come on, in this day and age, you can do better than that.

Breakfast is great

Professional employees, basic breakfast offered. But the area kind of sketchy during early morning especially it’s near the metro with some homeless people roaming around.

Good breakfast even with small area for sitting. The room is nice, ac is little loud but it can also help sleep as white noise. The gym was nice for kids to play since there is no pool. Staff and service always nice and helpful. The location is the best of all. 10 mins walk to China town.

Only drawback about this property is No parking. Over the phone I was told that for $30 I will get the spot for night however upon check in the attendant told me that their is no spot and I had drive 3 block down the street to park the car and walk back to the hotel

The front desk and cleaning staff are so friendly and helpful! The beds were super comfortable. I was near the elevator and didn’t hear a thing! The room was comfortable and homey and I’m sad to be leaving because I feel so rested.

Parking problem. Breakfast and staff were good. Neighborhood was a bit scary and unsafe.

The only thing I did not like was, there was no parking in the facility. I have to walk more than a block to get to a public parking.

I was welcomed and given all instructions about parking and breakfast. Even though there was no parking at the hotel, the one that was not very far away was convenient. We were about a 25 minute walk from Old Montreal. The room was clean and well air conditioned. While some of the channels on the tv were not working properly, given that is only a fist world problem, we fully enjoyed our stay. Would recommend if you don’t mind walking or even taking the subway.

Anas the hotel management at the front was amazing, genuinely a nice guy and you can feel it the moment you walk into the hotel with the welcoming. Hotel was great overall, very clean, continental breakfast was really good , lots of options. The rooms are spacious and have a nice bathroom. Great location , also I was paying $15 overnight parking at the big library across the street and my car was safe the whole trip. God bless

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room (Large King) was clean. Hotel staff was polite and helpful my entire stay. House keeping consistently refreshed our room. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The surrounding area is close to all attractions. I plan to stay here again on my next vacation:)

1. Hotel ad suggest parking available, but its 15 min far. 2. Washroom door latch can bite your fingers 3. Room AC is too loud. 4. Breakfast options are just okay. 5. Kitchen staff was nice and cooperative 6. One of queen Bedding was too soft as if its at end of its life. I wohld suggest if one has to spend this amount to live in downtown, get something near old port.

This is our second time at this hotel, we had a good stay. Abacas ( my apologies, I believe is misspelled his name) is very cordial and is always welcoming. We were disappointed in the breakfast quality, it declined from our last visit. Also when asked for a coffee, the service staff said it was closed (15 mins early?!) they were busy removing food and clean up so nothing would be available at 11. I thought the clean up should have started at 11 and no one should be removing food or cleaning up while people were eating and conversing. I strongly encourage management to observe this process and think over the clean up in a packed lobby on Saturday morning. Having a packed lobby with a hotel at its capacity, I would have hoped that the staff and management would have appreciated this and offered better service.

We had a handicapped adult with us and we asked for the trash to be picked up daily, but the cleaning lady went above and beyond! Everybody were very attentive. Breakfast had a good selection for a continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable and room was amazingly distributed. The bathroom is the best one for handicapped that my family has seen so far.

The property was clean, the room spacious, bathroom very nice. The beds were comfy and the pillows nice. Daily breakfast was a plus but monotonous, the same things every day. The parking situation was horrible. We had to park in the library up the road, same price with a much longer hike. We were there for a wedding and the parking situation caused us to have to use a taxi. Unacceptable.

Good location. The buffet breakfast was okay and convenient. You can do your own laundry in the laundry room near the front desk. Which is a bonus because you don’t need to pack a ton of clothes for your trip. It also is very close to IGA, Dollarama and shoppers drug mart. You only need to walk 15 minutes to the Old Port, St. Paul Street and around 20 minutes to Chinatown, etc.

Amazingly centrally located. Great quality, spacious rooms with all amenities (except parking, which they offer, but is limited). Breakfast was above average for typical hotel breakfasts. Additionally, the place was spotless, from the gym down to the microwave in the lobby

The hotel is about 15-20 min walk from the old port area, the staff are nice and the rooms are descent - cleaned every day. Breakfast is basic, not too much choice but ok, although not far from all main attractions I did not like the location, on the busy road and close to the 'homeless hub'. We were staying over the Grand Prix weekend so I believe it affected how much we've paid but I'd say it wasn't very good value for money. One last thing to mention is the aircon, not sure if it was old or broken but the noise overnight was unbearable!

Perfect for the weekend. We stayed during the F1 event. Walking distance to the Metro. Staff was accommodating. A wealth of information about the area. Very clean and friendly.

Room was beautiful, clean, didn’t need much from my stay because there was everything. 3min walk from Berri UQAM station, everything was great! Breakfast was okay, would’ve appreciated some halal deli!

This hotel is on par with most Fairfield Inns except that it is on the fringe of what is considered downtown. The neighborhood is OK, but not the best. There are some homeless people on the block nearby. It is only a 15 minute walk to the old town, but otherwise there are no nice restaurants nearby. There are some pubs within a 10 minute walk and the so-called Village neighborhood (a section popular with the LBGTQ community) and pedestrian street is nearby. The suite was large and the bathroom was nice. The Hotel parking garage costs more than off-site parking but it is not valet, and it is tricky to find. There is no sign on the garage door to access it. At first I wasn’t sure if it was the right place. I guess the hotel is OK and more reasonably priced than other higher level hotels, but you get what you pay for. There are other Marriotts downtown if you are looking for a slightly higher level of lodging.

No parking, they told us to park more than a 15 mins walk away in a rainy day (over 30 mins round trip). No water and empty tap water bottle was dirty. No coffee (I saw so many customers were looking for some water & coffee), we had an injured family member but there wasn't even basic first aid available. our reservation was for non-smoking room, but it reeks of cigarette and gave me a headache. Terrible family trip experience, and it was so disappointed!!

Good location, clean room, comfortable, excellent breakfast but only reason why I didn’t rate it as excellent is the parking not on site or very limited space and was already full when we checked in at around 5:30pm. They do really well explain how to reach the safest and closest parking but we had to walk 7 minutes to the hotel back after midnight… glad it wasn’t in winter and I wasn’t alone. Apart from that, all was wonderful!

The hotel was very clean and a great walkable distance from the Old Port. The off site parking was easily accessible. Overall, the staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great!

close to many things thats good part of the property, area around the property is not great, too much dirty , no car parking , need to go another kilo meter to park the car, for some reason they didnt clean / change the towels bedsheets for the guests

The location is very convenient and the check-in | check-out were very fast. The only thing we didn't like was an employee at the breakfast on Saturday morning, she was the only female and her name was Frida or Pia. Maybe she was going through a lot or having a bad day but her behavior was extremely unfriendly. We asked her a couple of questions regarding some breakfast items and she was very rude. Plus, at 10:30 am when she was cleaning everything she didn't care about the hotel clients. She was just slamming the breakfast items.

Helpful reception

The team at the reception was extremely helpful and so friendly. The room is clean and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is average but includes different opinions. The location is superb, 8-10 min walk to old Montreal. The hotel is next to a metro station.

Staff is very not cooperative at all. It’s a below average hotel.
